YET ANOTHER 7 ELEVEN THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAS DDCIDED TO LOCK THE DOORS AND NOT LET ANYONE INSIDE. SHES LITRERLY STANDING THEIR PLAYING ON HER PHONE AND DOING NOTHING. GAS PUMPS ALL SHUT DOWN, SHE WAS RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS. 7 ELEVEN IS NO LONGER A 24 HOUR STORE AND EVEN IF SO WITH EMPLOYEEES LIKE THAT WHO WPULD WANT TO GO THERE ANYWAY. TRAHS EVEYWHERE OVERFLOWING OUTSIDE, DIRTY FROM LOOKING OUTSIDE INTO THW WINDOW, JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE, WOULDNT RECOMNED ANYONE TO GO HERE UNLESS YOUR DYING OF STARVATION OR NEED EMERGENCY SERVICES CAUSE ITS A TRASHY STORE AND IS RIN BADLY.

Ever since COVID hit this 7-11 has gone down hill there not 24/7 they close in the early amand open back up around 6am half the gas pumps don't work,sometimes it's either debit and no cash which makes no sense at all,they take their time helping people or have conversations while there's a line to the coolers I try to avoid going here now

No ice in the dispenser for fountain drinks. Ok, but no explanation offered when I asked if they ran out, or if there’s any in the back, just “we don’t have none.” And no slurpees, either! Monster drinks… 2 for $5 signs all over the cooler. Lady says, $6.44. I mention the 2 for $5 signs, and her response… “They just put the signs up, but that sale don’t start til Tuesday.” I ask, Well, shouldn’t you honor the sale since they put the signs up? Her… “Nope, cuz it don’t start til Wednesday.” Just wow. Not surprised to see so many poor reviews, and I have to think this store must be going out of business very soon. SMH…

everytime i step to this disgusting location, the lady that works overnight has had this store closed for no reason, staring at customers at their car and continues her phone conversation. the manager that runs this store is utterly rude, and i asked to work this store because it obviously needs someone with high morale to work here. when i ONCE called the manager to tell her about her worker locking the doors (because i'm still a customer), she tells me not to contact her at those hours. also, she calls me to tell me to complete the hiring paperwork at all hours hours of the day, then tells me not to text her after 6. i never texted barbara and have no reason. i ended up finding employment elsewhere because this location is ran too poorly for me.

This was the worst store I have ever been to it was just filthy. The bathroom turned my stomach as I walked in to the womens. Me an my husband had to stop on our way thru to Georgia to get gas. I went to get coffee an there was only decaf which was old no creamer or half an half. The lady at the register was either high or just not the right person for the job the lady an gentle man in front of me was holding cash in the hand an for 10 mins the kept asking was they paying with a card they repeated over an over they didn't have a card I just sat my coffee on the counter an walked out. This was the worst experience at a 711 ive ever had. It deserves no stars an better management. During covid I don't see how y'all have managed to keep the store open as dirty an nasty as it was .

So 711 is supposed to be open 24/7. Well I just walked in around 450am and the door is wide open with no employees inside. The person that was supposed to be inside was getting high with his friends. I'll take my money to Wawa for now on at least they don't steal time or be rude to customers.

I gave one star only because I had to. I used to like this store, but not anymore! I have been there three times late night and no slurpee any of those nights. Tonight not only did they not have slurpees, but no donuts! I will go to Wawa from now on. They always keep there store stocked with whatever I want!

Watch out for this location. Got a super big gulp and was charged the price for a slurpee. This only happens on first shift. I had tried to use the coupon for the 7 free drinks but it would not work because the caisher had rung me up as a slurpee. I told her this was a fountain drink and not slurpee she would not change. I told manager about what happened and she did not even care i got charged a higher price.

This 7-11 is the ghettoest of all 7-11's I have ever been to. They NEVER have fresh coffee and as to customer service.....what is that? They sure don't seem to know. They're almost always nice when you come up to the register, but other than that that's about it. Heaven help you if you have a problem!

If i could give negative stars i would...this store us falling apart with so many issues. Ceiling leaking, slupree machine out of order, bums in neighborhood working for bare minimum not on payroll. Employees cussing and not acting professionally when asked to unlock the coolers. If u want to have issues go to this store!!!!

I was once employed by 711 recently. I was terminated because of false alligations by two customers because they thought I said they were stealing, it was brought to my attention that the couple steal another employee came to me and told me watch them this is after they already paid for their purchase. I happen to see the lady customer bending low doin something. Fixing coffee is what she was doin. My words were to her don't forget to pay for That cup of coffee. She says she was gonna pay for it I said nothing, I proceeded to take other customers . the lady husband was one, he came bringing a coffee cup I said to him that I need the cup she had so he catches an attitude and says to me what the f***k is the big deal it's a f****ING cup. My words to him were sir it wasn't a problem for you to bring your cup to get rung up so what's the problem for her to bring hers around. The wife comes to pay for her coffee he goes to say that b***CH think we gone steal a cup of coffee I then tried to defend myself by explaining to them that I never said that they stole anything and it was brought to my attention by another employee they never heard none of that. Besides I only had been working there 4 to 5 weeks. Didn't know none bout them people. But everybody knew about them but me. So the husband continues with b**CH this and b**CH that. He say black b**CH something as he walking out the door and I came with they should have bought a bar of soap to wash they stanking asses. That's when the wife say hold up you not gone disrespect my f**king husband and my words were to her neither her or her husband gone disrespect me so they both go on and on now while all that goin on its like 4 other customers in the store actually witness what went on and two employees. Now one employee says they were goin to delete the video like she was tryna hide something but she saw and heard what happened the other employee stood and watch from a distance and heard what was said also. The allegations to it all and what was told to me I called the customers poor white trash. I was removed from the schedule without any investigations. I texted the manager and ask her could I get a meeting with everyone that was there I could even get in contact with the customers she never replied back. The manager had a problem with me because I called her boss on her. She even went beyond to write down that I told another employee that I had a mother and I didn't need her to holler at me. Which is true she wasn't my manager she was another employee

Pulled in for gas, a quick bite to eat, and a soda.Employee was sitting out side smoking and said that they were closed for the next 30 minutes while they smoked and hung out with their friends.Very poorly run establishment.

The overnight cashier is rude and never say a word to me when she ring up my order. Never told me the total and just my threw change on the counter and went back on her phone. She needs to be fired and I'll give a better review.
