The local guys who bring the oxygen are wonderful. The billing system is lacking with this company. It took multiple calls & a couple letters from insurance to get them to bill correctly, but it was finally done. The 5 stars are for the local fellas.

When I was first placed on oxygen. I was with a company that would only provide me with 2 tanks a month and a portable concentrator and an in home concentrator I cannot receive the tanks. I needed to even leave the house. As the portable concentrator battery only lasted 3 hours. I decided to switch companies. It took over a month to start receiving oxygen tank's from them, they told me I needed a new prescription and had to be started over again etc. I was also hospitalized and ended up on discharge needing to be put on a high flowing concentrator because I needed more oxygen than a normal concentrator could provide. The prescription was placed in February and as of this date on June 20th 2023 the company still hasn't provided me with a high flow concentrator after all the testing and everything else they claimed that had to be done. I had a doctor's visit on June 6th 2023 My doctor recommended me to contact this company. I contacted the company on June 9th around 2:30 PM. They then contacted my Doctor to receive the order And the company had everything ready that day and was ready to deliver it 7:30 PM Way after normal hours. They are friendly, Courteous, Professionally, and a special thanks to Jacqueline,Jamie and all the staff. You have made my life a little easier. Definitely a 10 ☆ Rating

Very friendly staff. Aren explained the setup of my CPAP machine and said if I had any problems to just give then a call. And the fact there is a work shop on Wednesdays incase there is a problem and they will fix it.
