Great pet store, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.. they will help you get what you actually need and won't trick you into getting things you don't. (like chain pet stores do.) Customer service is wonderful, my work schedule causes me to have a hard time getting there while they are open to buy my crickets for my bearded dragon, but there's been multiple times Renee would stay after hours and wait for me to get there.. also,, Great place to get crickets, they are cheaper than the big pet stores and live longer. Definitely recommend 👌

The gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. The bearded dragon I bought from Pet Smart in Kingsport tn had died after a month and a half so I decided to get one from Fur Feathers & Fins. He is 3 times bigger than the one from Pet Smart and cost less! Like WoW! I was so shocked at how friendly and tame he was. This is one place I will most definitely be visiting often. Highly recommended!!! Thanks guys!

I went here to buy a scorpion. The scorpion itself was very healthy and well fed, and so were their other citters. The store was very well stocked with pets, supplies, and accessories. They offered a low profile creature den that was very hard to find at the time, even online. The staff were more than welcoming, and had all the time in the world to answer questions and even offered to order specific species if they could find them.Overall a very positive experience and I can't wait to shop here again.

We purchased a tarantula from them, as well as supplies for it. They are great people to do business with.Our only problem is trying to reach them. We have called when the website said they were open, but no answer. We live in Middlesbrough, Ky. Way too far todrive just to find out they are closed! If it wasn’t for that, we would have given them five stars.

There is a very very nice lady there .. her name is Renay and she took amazing care of our moms baby weenier dog . His nails had been neglected sense the beginning of this pandemic . Needless to say it could have been very very painful for our little buddy . The place is located across the parking lot from the huddle house in pennington gap va . We have found our new home pet store ! Thank you Fur Feathers & Fins !I took a minute to read over the other reviews . I have been writing reviews for many many different companies . If a person has had a bad visit to this location . I must apologize but I can not see the staff I met being anything but professional . The store was very well maintained and we'll presented . I will be returning in the future and if I do ever see something that is other than as I have described . I am the man to let others know . Would not recommend going here to buy any fish The tanks are nasty poor water quality some overpopulated when they're empty ones. When I was trying to buy my fish it took about 30 minutes for me to get them because she picked up the phone to talk to a friend and started cussing in front of my child and me. The fish have already Died from being sick from living in poor Conditions. Very unprofessional in my opinion because if the owner cares about his business he needs to fix this because I will not be coming back.
