I miss the Rite-aid. Called to refill prescription on Wednesday for pick-up next day. Next day tried to pick-up and pharmacy was closed, no pharmacist on duty and it was not lunchtime. Two days later, after standing in pharmacy line for 15 -20 minutes, finally got prescription. When I got home realized I only received 1 box of medication…should be 2. The nightmare continues, now I have to call their terrible automated phone system and listen to the repeated messages before I can ever speak to a person. I will say the workers are always kind and try to help, this seems to be a company issue.

Slowest, most unreliable service I’ve ever seen. Filled a prescription with the app, didn’t get filled. Called and they said it would be filled within an hour or 2 never was filled called again the next day wasn’t filled and they finally got it filled that day. Not the first time something like this has happened along with the extremely long wait times to just pick it up. I’ve never had service this slow and inconsistent in my life. This will be the last time I use them.

Thought Walgreens would be at least the same level as Rite aid??? I have been totally let down!!!! Always late with prescriptions!!! Don’t wait till you need it filled better go before your prescription gets close!!!

Walgreens is a good pharmacy. I have no complaints, except for ppl who use the drive thru for problems/questions that should've been dealt with inside at the counter.

Would give negative if possible. My prescription has been here since noon. It is now 8pm and still waiting. There is no excuse for this. More help needed.

Went through the drive through pharmacy, the tech was helping another customer but she was so polite, asked me if I could wait a little longer to finish up with him and was quick to get to me.

The worst pharmacy literally ever. Only go here if you want your medicine pushed off for HOURS and be disrespected by most pharmacist working!! 0-10!!!

This has to be the worst place to try and get your prescription filled. Pharmacy is closed a lot of the time.
