The employees here are nice and helpful.However these items are donated to Goodwill. Prices have gone up drastically. They are selling items used that i can buy somewhere else for the same prices or even cheaper. Also got pants there that had a hole in them. I know sometimes that is overlooked. I overlooked it when i bought them. Some items are priced ok but a lot arent. It is just grustrating to go therf wkmowing items are donated and priced so high.

Their pricing model is out of touch with reality, it’s used items that shouldn’t be priced at new or more prices.

When i walk in GoodWill...i start freezing cuz it so cold in ner and sometines workets laugh at me for being in wheel chair. also I always see dirt on everything and there prices goin up on stuffed animals😠😱😱😱😅👈👈😎👿👿👿👿👿👿😈😈😈

not a great variety of mens clothes, books, shoes, or houseware appliances. if you plan on coming here, your best bet is for womens or kid’s clothes. the shop is well kept that play’s nice pop-culture music, and has kind workers. they didn’t have any categorization on the books, so it was hard to find anything you’re looking for, unless you’re looking for soft-back or hard-back books. very cheap items as well, so it’s great if you’re on a budget.

This is my favorite goodwill in the valley. The clothes are organized perfectly and it's really easy to find the size or style you're looking for. I was really impressed with the selection too. If I needed an outfit for an office job I'd have no problem finding it here. I even saw an employee spritzing a small bit of febreeze or something by the dressing room. They really care about the presentation of the store and keep it clean. Employees were all friendly and helpful.

Great new location, but the new layout is a bit awkward - if you go to browse the DVDs and games, be prepared for the door to constantly open and shut beside you. While the amount of clothes and variety of those has been increased, the selection on toys and sundry is now drastically reduced.Still worth giving it a stop though, the staff are always very friendly, and the larger parking area is a boon.

Hate the fact that goodwill employees ask if you want to round up. Why should i round up? The owner of"goodwill" is a multi millionaire all made us donating items for them to make a profit and fill his pockets. Not a good example of a non profit to me. Definitely not "goodwill" in my eyes.

Great deals and friendly staff.I like that they help people with getting into the workforce and don't mind rounding up to help people become self sufficient.

Bigger, newer store but it seems like less good selection. Finding good buys is easier in the Fairlawn or Christiansburg stores. This store seems like it gets all the afterthought clothing.

I was disappointed to see customers not wearing masks. Not sure why so many people in this area seem to think they don't have to play by the rules.

The new Goodwill store in Pearisburg Virginia sucks not as good as it was when it was beside of Food Lion and the prices are higher
