Stopped to pick up a mobile order. The store was called 5 times from the parking lot. After the 5th call I went into the store and had to ask for the order. I don't mind going in and I understand the store being busy. Just answer the phone and explain that.

Love shopping the MVP deals I always have a MVP card but in the case I wouldn't they make it easy to get another or they'll scan their own to save you money

I've never had a problem with them at all. The place is always clean and well stocked with a great variety of choices. Their associates have always been friendly with me as well and attentive. They talk to me like I'm an individual person, not just a costumer.

Shelf pricing is often incorrect or there are multiple conflicting prices shown. There are 3 grocery stores in town that can all provide the same service. Since Food Lion does not offer anything that sets them apart then I will start going back to Wal-Mart.

This fodlion is just like all the others. Good service. Stock is always good. Everything is easy to find. And there's usually no wait time in the lines. And employee service is always good!

A really great store. Great saving with the MVP card, with it I save over 1000 Dollars shopping here with the MVP card and weekly deals as well.There meats are fair, great deals on pepsi products, and all your cooking needs. Great selection of frozen food foods and frozen dinners. The produce is pretty good and fair on selection.

I bought chicken from the deli, 2 bags, its was so over cooked and so crunchy hard, I couldn't eat it, the time on it was 1:10 pm, I bought it and was home by 3 30 eating, was just way over cooked.

Store is fine. Honestly...and I get some funny looks from this. Please just out in a couple self checkouts. Sometimes I'm in a hurry and don't want to wait in the lines this store ALWAYS has.Also if you're forcing me through a staffed checkout.. could they be friendly? Please and thanks

Older woman who is I guess a day shift(early morning) made a very unprofessional and completely uncalled for comment and it wouldn't have been so awful had she not blurted out my personal business when I went to her line as it was the shortest and well looks are very deceiving and no further comment on this store or the employee as.... Well I've contacted an attorney so yes it wasn't just a rude employee. So I pay more and drive out of my way.

Food Lion is a pinch more expensive, but without all the hassle of Walmart craziness, especially during the holidays. I'll take that any day. The store is clean and plenty of employees to help you out if needed. I will definitely do my grocery shopping at Food Lion more from now often

Store is clean, well stocked, not like Walmart's empty shelves. Employees are helpful, except one young so called manager...she tries to act busy, flirting around the front area, doesn't know where store products are and seems like she really doesn't care.

A lot of values and some helpful employees. But I received an email for the 12 days of Christmas savings and value 1 was BOGO Coffee creamer. I attempted to load the coupon 3 hours before going to the store but it didn't show up on my receipt and they told me there was nothing they could do it would show up sometime. Well I finally got it loaded an hour after I got home and now have 6 days to go back and get some more creamer. It's a good thing the creamer doesn't expire for a couple months.

My choice for groceries in the Giles county area. The staff are by-en-large friendly and helpful. The produce is typically much fresher and more appealing than that of other vendors. There is a particular employee who makes my family and me feel quite uncomfortable with his sordid remarks and heavy leering, but we disregard him and have not yet had need for an altercation with the individual.

Always have carts of items just sitting in the aisles with no employees in sight. There's one woman in particular that works the register who is very rude and probably the unfriendliest person I have ever met, if you go down her lane she acts as though you are bothering her.
