Royal farms here's what I'm going to tell you to do You should probably close down all your stores on the peninsula here.......Also every store your bathrooms are extremely small and cramped for the amount of people you have using them and they always are out of order or broken....The food that you order now is coming in smaller and smaller portions and is half hazardly thrown together Not just this store but just about any store that I've stopped at up and down 13 ......Once again multiple items missing boxes piled up all over the place You can't even sit down and eat if you wanted to because there's merchandise and product everywhere piled up on top of chairs and tables....Also apparently if you're going to buy milk or anything that can go bad definitely check the sell-by date nothing like taking a swig of rancid chocolate milk thank God I didn't just throw it in my kids cup.....Royal farms I think out on the peninsula here I will never ever be stopping or eating at a Royal farms again maybe even all of them......It's a shame because your chicken's good but my opinion Rutter's and sheetz just does it better for a overall experience🤷Great now on top of this I have to add I just almost broke my freaking front tooth..... Nothing like a giant bone sticking out of your sandwich......

Wow... worst Royal Farms I have ever been to. Hot and ready foods were empty, so I ordered chicken tenders, expecting a quick enough turnaround given that I could see hot tenders ready on the line. Couldn't be more incorrect. I felt my brain cells deteriorating while I watched one of the food workers just not seem to know how to function at all. The other guy behind the line was literally doing everything to make up for her incompetence and laziness. By the time we got the tenders, the hot and ready food was out (thanks to the same guy doing all the work). Honestly, just mind blown by this RF visit because we routinely visit RFs with no problems.

Royal Farms are must stop always when traveling on Rte 13. Bathrooms clean, plenty of parking, friendly staff and MOST important—->Chicken is on point.

Good place but. They don't have restroom or say they close in the evening. Specially for MeN I don't understand that. At least made Open for GAS/customer. Don't like it

What a big difference between this store n others. Maybe it's because it early, happy we are.Clean n friendly environment, workers helpful n well stock. Most of all, the bathrooms were clean and no urine smell..

MRS. MINNIE IS A 10/10. She is located in Parksley Royal Farms. Her chicken and western fries are ALWAYS FRESH. Her customer service is IMMACULATE!! When I come for lunch she always has a smile on her face no matter how busy the store is. We definitely need a Mrs.Minnie in every Royal Farms around the world!!

Always filthy. The doors in and out are always disgusting. I expect rude employees from previous experience here, so when I get a friendly one, it's greatly appreciated. Today my young daughter and I got an ear full of bad language from the employees talking about someone's cousin. They were standing right in front of us and speaking very loudly. MFer did this and every other word you could think of. Extremely inappropriate for any business and I don't appreciate it at all, with my young child or not. I hate going here.

Stopped in for coffee, which is awesome. Picked up $200 worth of gift cards for Christmas and cashier told me that she wasn't ringing them up because she doesn't know how. I said get someone that does. She said "I ain't doing all that". There you go you just lost a $200 sale

We stopped here for the bathroom and coffee. We also needed soap but they didn’t have it. The store itself was not very clean. The coffee is mediocre at best. I like Royal Farms overall and I would stop again. I don’t think I would get food from here due to the lack of cleanliness.

The convenience store part of this place is fine, a little on the dirty side but was well stocked with normal convenience products. The food here was horrible. If this is world famous chicken I assume you've never been anywhere else. I got a chicken sandwich and a box of fries. The sandwich was dry even with sauce on it, but more importantly the chicken was cold and just felt like one big piece of fat. The "fries" are almost 1/4 chunks of a whole potatoe. They were a little crispy on the outside but felt barely cooked in the inside with how big they were. Overall horrible food experience, would stop for a bathroom and a bottles soda but never food.

Stopped in to Royal Farms to get some chicken, the place was hopping.... the employee standing in front of the order counter was standing there not doing anything. My order won't finish on the kiosk so I asked what was happening so then told me the computer was down. With that I waited a few more minutes then asked how long the computer would be down she said awhole. Meanwhile she had all these people thinking they would be up and working shortly.

The gentleman behind counter was very nice. Stopped for gas and coffee.COFFEE WAS OFF THE HOOOOK!!The only convenience store down south that has creamer in a 32oz size , flavors galore and are kept chilled for your fresh brews. Oh and bathrooms were clean for were this is located.Thank you

Staff was more interested in talking to the person behind me than helping me out. Trash inside store was piled up in front of door , when I came into the store , I had sweet past it get in . The other door wouldn't open . I tried . Worse Royal Farms store I was ever in . Won't stop there anymore .

Worst cashiers ever!!! Completely rude and barely even act like you exist. When they are not talking about how stupid white people are and uttering racial slurs they ring up items wrong and act like its your fault. The deli staff is excellent and really care about people. Unless your car is completely on empty just keep on driving north to the other royal farms that shows common human decency. Oh be prepared to be haggled for money from the local drifters out front so they can have something to buy scratch off tickets with.

As a mom traveling with 4 kids, it was by far the cleanest bathrooms i have ever seen at a gas station restroom. Kudos to this staff :-)

This place SUCKS! Don't go there. Staff is horrible and food is terrible. Fries weren't even fries they were soggy potato skins!
