Barnes is great! I got myself dug in the mud after a lot of flooding. They called when they were 10 min away and the tow truck driver was so nice - I felt bad that he had to walk in such a muddy area but he just wanted to get me unstuck. Awesome company.

I was stuck and my truck would not start. I called for roadside service and I typically receive service from subpar providers. Barnes called me when enroute and again when they were 10 mins away. I have never received such professional service in my life. The customer service is AMAZING, WARM AND YOU CAN FEEL HOW MUCH THEY CARE. This will be my go to roadside service from this point on. Words can not express how much gratitude I have for Barnes.

The driver was great. Fast, polite and nice to talk to. He was the driver that arrived from AAA and he really got us out of a bind. Got us down to Virginia Beach to our hotel from 50 miles or more North. Great job and made a bad car experience much more smooth. Many thanks!

Purchased a pickup from these people (his wife handled the deal while he hid behind some trees on a grass cutter) they offered to deliver the pickup to my house. While following me to my house with my truck on his rollback everytime we came to a stop light or stop sign he ran up on me inches from my bumper acting like he was going to hit my car. When we arrive to my house he unhooked the cable from my truck I just them $4000 cash for. He acted like he was going to dump my truck off the rollback with my truck still in gear before I could even get out my car and get over to the truck to assist with unloading it. Luckily didnt damage anything! Avoid th guy. He hides behind his wife and takes his problems out on people that done nothing to him!

This is a family run business and they treated me like gold. Lost the car keys in the sand on Assateague Island and he was on the way while I was still on the phone with his wife. So kind. I even left my phone in the truck cab after dropping me off and he turned right around to return it with a smile. This family operation is a class act. Thanks again for your help!!

Our transmission went out in Cheriton while on the way to Delaware. He got us towed to the the best place he would have used. Then drive us farther north to meet family for a ride to delaware. He allowed us to sit in truck until we were transferred to our ride. We broke down while on vacation. We needed our pickup and camper towed. They were very quick coming to get us. They left us and our dog ride in the cab which is usually a no no. Would highly recommend them.
