I took my 10 year old German Shepherd who has anxiety about grooming, Crissy had 0 issues and Sampson was fine. Will definitely take my 2 other GS's to get cleaned up. There's a reason why they call them German Shredders.

Everyone was nice and professional. Most importantly, they were kind and funny with both our dogs! Their prices were comparable to our former vet, though their Heartworm (Simparica Trio) was more than our mail-in price at Chewy, and they were happy to give us a written rx.

Took my rescue dog to get his nails trimmed. The groomer was extremely patient with us as he was very reluctant to enter. Took us longer to get him inside than to get his nails trimmed.

Always a good, knowledgeable staff. They know the products and will spend time with you. Chrissie is very competent and gentle with the dogs being groomed. The dogs look really good when they leave. Very good group.

It's a nice locsk shop. I've been trying to go there for weeks to get my dogs nails trimmed and it's been hard with their hours versus my work/commute.The people who work there are very nice but the grooming area is cramped and there were several very loud dogs in boarding cages which made my dog really anxious. I want to support local and they are so close to my home I just wish there were more options to bring my pup in.

This is the only place I would ever take my dog for grooming. His groomer Gail is the best. Our dog Ziggy always comes out looking great and exactly as requested. I would recommend Happy Tails for all of your grooming needs. The store is well stockek with quality foods and great toy selection to choose from.

Best place to get pet food locally! The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and they have a great selection of pet food. If they don't have something in stock, they'll order it. They also help you get a free bag of food after buying so much of a certain brand. So thankful to have such a wonderful store nearby.

Usually go biweekly to get my two beagles nails trimmed. which is in and out, but here recently with calling beforehand, no one has been there to trim nails in decent hours. The one time I went in when the said nail groomer was there it took 15 minutes per dog rather than the usual 5 minutes per dog. Both dogs screamed and pulled away and the groomer still had a very firm grip on my dogs paws.... very stressful.

Everyone is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. My puppy loves to go in and visit. They literally have everything you could possibly need for your pet. I even went in to get dog food and just asked if they would trim my puppy's nails and they happily obliged. You can even earn a free bag of dog food.

Just walked in and a nice lady trimmed my Blackberry's nails for me. Easy Peasy. Worth the $12.00 for sure. Place was very clean and dog friendly. Must be on a leash.

The ladies were so sweet, they had exactly what I have been searching for, and, even though they do grooming, the place did not smell like wet dog! Sometimes, other pet store have that.... smell. This one is very clean and organized and the ladies are very knowledgeable.

Best pet food place in Fluvanna, if not the entire greater Charlottesville area. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Great selection of high quality dog and cat food (even go my turtle food there). Would not shop for pet food anywhere else.
