A clean and organized store with knowledgeable friendly employees! Their prices tend to be a little more than other Goodwill stores, but they also tend to have tons of name brands to choose from!! One of my favorites!

I always find something at Goodwill. I don't need any junk. But I often check here before going to a department store. I needed bed pads to use for our baby ducks. Checked here first and they had 3 bags with 10 in each for only $3.99 each. What a find.

I brought (2) complete , hardwood , bed frames; full size. They were in “great condition !” I was told that they don’t accept beds. I was told that I could take them to the Goodwill store on 29 in Charlottesville. “GREAT”; I’m donating good furniture to a charity and they are telling me that I have to take it to another store; with gas at $4.00+ a gallon; NO THANKS!! I’ll take it to the the county dump and save my gas money!!!!Wow, you try and support local charities and get screwed in the process.

The three stars is only for some of the people whom work here. But the prices are out of control at every goodwill. Did yall forget you run off our donations as in free stuff and make one heck of a profit at this point if you sell anything at this a point. I just want to know what happened to goodwill the one I used to know and love you sold so much more I got like 5 items the other day and spent 40 dollars. It's just sad too see.

I love this goodwill always amazing staff! But recently I went and I was slightly perturbed yall are raising the clothes prices by a dollar. So it's now almost 5 dollars for a shirt that is used and yes it also is for used tank tops because for whatever reason goodwill charges just as much for a tank top as a shirt so I just kept my mouth shut and bout all my tanks for brand new are 3 to 5 dollars at name brand places. But now im kinda like why are they raising prices by a dollar. I will be buying less and less now cause every time I go some how I pay more than what I bought and I sit in the car counting my items and the prices and it doesn't add up. I guess you can say I'm confused as to why used things are worth so much when you have a back room full of so much stuff. You are gonna end up like the charlottesville store that I won't even go in cause that is a mess my anxiety and ocd can not handle it just to much you can't even.move the clothes on the rack half the time from yall stuffing it so much Noone can look through it but sure let's raise prices and see who buys .

Today when I entered goodwill Kansas greeted me right when I walked in . There was an ok selection of boys clothes but many items were not in proper sizing areas . While I checked out Kansas again was very kind and helpful during my checkout overall my experience today went well and I was able to get some outfits for my son.

This place is disgusting! The stuff that is put out is so dirty. I can’t believe they don’t even clean anything before it’s put out! When you first walk in all you smell is dirty clothes! Most of the items that are put out should be thrown away!

I love this Goodwill! The staff is always willing to help. Today Rebecca greeted me when I walked in and helped me at checkout. This store is well organized and always has a wonderful selection to choice from.

Well organized, friendly staff (mostly). I always find THE BEST stuff here - I almost never leave empty handed. Really good brands, never hard to find. I go multiple times a month!

Since the employees Stephen, Steve, Christy, Angie & Kerri left the service has been extremely rude, short and not helpful with anything. The last two times I have gone I have received attitudes from each of the younger cashiers with dark hair; I refuse to visit this store again until they're gone. The snarky & unnecessary comments made by these two girls had me heated by the time I left. Time to find a different goodwill to find deals at 🤷🏼‍♀️

They always have a great clothing selection. And the prices for children's clothes are great. Just wished they accepted the 20% discount you get from donating.

Due to the proximity to Lake Monticello it is a goodwill with alot of quality items especially clothing. I find many things with tags still on them. Only thing i wish they would do is give you a coupon when you donate like the goodwill in Louisa does.

Every item that is in there was from a donation and there is no reason that there should be items in there for a hundred dollars. I understand there is overhead but prices should be affordable. It's not like they're helping any charities.
