We appreciate using you all but so concerned about the increase in price for overnight stay for cats. We are actually looking at having someone cat site at our house for the same price now. Was sorry to hear about the increase, and also the loyalty program being done away with.

I enjoy for my dog Brownie to go there.When he leaves he looks and smell so good. The staff there loves him and knows him by his name when he comes there. The staff there are very Excellent!! I would give them 5 stars!!

Eastern Shore Animal Hospital is a very wonderful veterinary service. The doctors and staff are top notch clinicians, so good with their patients as well as their owners! We trust them to care for our beloved pet Rosie, we are so happy they are near our city.

I get my dog groomed at ES Animal Hospital every 2 months. He was (and still is at times) very opinionated and doesn't like his feet messed with. Well Anna has worked with Duckie for years now and has helped him become a more docile dog. He let's her cut his nails with little or no fuss! All of the workers there are very friendly and helpful. When I had to go out of town 3 weeks earlier than anticipated, Anna arranged to have Duckie's appointment moved up by switching with another client's date. It was nice and over-the-top! ❤️

My dog gets groomed at the Pet Spa every 2 months. He is not an easy patient, but they have worked with him, and he's become more tolerant. They do a great job and love my fur-baby despite his idiosyncrasies!!

Dr Humphries knows his stuff. Has taken care of our two goldens and very responsive when the fur babies are not feeling well. Supporting staff are also great.

I love them since moving to the shore with my family we had to find our fur baby a vet right away. She is diabetic and we had to get her a curve done to see if the dosage of insulin was working. The vet was able to get a glucose monitor on her so that we could do it at home and not have and expensive bill. We already spent $10,000 to save her because she had gotten very sick when we lived in PA and they had to keep her for 4 days to diagnose her with diabetes. Together the doctors at Lancaster pet emergency and the vets here have given my fur baby the best care. We also use there kinnel when vacationing and my baby loves it. She is a rottweiler and people seem to be afraid but not the staff there. The all fell in love with her and treated her like their's..... they also give them a bath before u pick them up. And since she was diabetic she was housed in the vet because she need her inciln. So don't worry if u have a sickly animal they will accommodate you. I have been going here since they opened and have always had a positive experience. Most recently my rescue pup Shelby developed complications from diabetes and passed away. Dr Drew and the entire staff provided excellent and compassionate care. Dr Drew always takes his time explaining things and is never too busy to answer my many questions. Shelby loved everyone there and i look forward to bringing my next Pup there.

Dr.Cameron, was reallly nice and handled Lady withcare. He perscribed her some medication and in two days she was back eating and drinking water. She is currently back to her old self. Thank you Dr. Cameron.

We have been taking our pets to the ESAH for the past 25 years and they have always provided kind, skilled, experienced care for my animals ...and they're pretty friendly to humans there too! I have a lot of faith and trust in the ESAH.

We had an acute issue with our cat and I had contacted her vet on a Thursday. The office contacted me the next day when they told me they would and they were able to get her in the same day. The fixed what was wrong with her and were very thorough in their care. I’m so appreciative of them!

Best veterans and staff on the Eastern Shore. We have always had a home care veteran in the past but Dr Drew & Dr Paula made all or visits as though they had made a house call to see our two older Maltese. Super reasonable rates. The staff too is top notch!
