I LOVE this store. So home town, rural and for a chain, full of character. Where else would you see a store worker carrying a chicken under his arm, into the store? Someone apparently tossed it out in the parking lot, and the worker planned to take it home after his shift to add to his own flock. Our store has the friendliest workers, always baby chicks or ducklings to ooh and aah over. And the funniest quirk - more than once I've gone to buy something, and they were out of whatever it was, and swore up and down they had none in the back either. Then I drove home, ordered it online and returned to the store an hour later to pick it up. And the clerks act like they don't remember me in there asking about it. I could be mad about it, but honestly, I think it's hilarious, and only adds to the charming character.

Was helping my son move to the town of Orange and we were looking for a hardware store to buy a few things to get organized and get things fixed up. Came on this Tractor Supply Store and was pleasantly surprised! We found what we needed and also got food and supplies for pet chinchillas! They had a great selection of food, toys, and supplies for pets! The people working there were super nice even though they were busy! Great place!

Convenient to get there and prices are reasonable compared to some other stores. The only issues that I have experienced is the lack of help from certain employees and not being able to answer questions regarding looking up parts for lawnmowers,etc. Also, I've witnessed attitudes when asking for assistance on reaching items that are on the top shelves. It seems to me thst the store could use more help and better training for their employees. Other than these isdues, I enjoy shopping there for my pet supplies and other miscellaneous items.

The employees are the star of the show at this TSC--every one I have interacted with are pleasant and more than willing to help with questions or in finding an elusive item. The store itself is a little tired and in need of sprucing up, a matter of corporate giving it some love in the form of a light remodel. Otherwise it's a decent store and suits our farming needs just fine.

I have bad experience with customer service at this location.Yesterday, we went to return a chainsaw which we bought it on Sunday but could not get it started. A lady who worn grey shirt with Tractor Supply logo on it told us to empty the gas/oil instead for her to accept it as return.I had to go back into my car and find a bottle to empty it. It's not good customer service. If you think you might have to return whatever you bought from Track Supply you may consider another store instead.We have been a good customer with them for a while until yesterday. I told my family not to go Tractor Supply anymore. I will delete my account from them and stop shop with them. I will also review the chainsaw that we purchased and had to return twice without a single getting started.

Tractor supply does not have military discount which is why I give it 4 stars. Their inventory for pet feeds is great. Not the best prices but the convenience of farm supplies and feed is nice. Employees are more than willing to help and very knowledgeable. I have found that if they dont know the answer they will even make calls to get answers but they are often busy so we may have to wait for personalized attention. They have a small in store reference section which I found to have some great information. What they don't have in the store their online shopping opens up much more variety.

Manager let my son's in the back room to see the chicks even though we weren't to buy any. They have always been helpful and even honored an old sale sign that was left up by accident. Convenient location and just enough to save a trip to Lowe's thankful for our location close to home.

Went to purchase a snow blower today. Bought the cub cadet for $399, last one they had. Snow blower looked like it had been sitting out side for years. Start button and primer button are dry rotted and color faded, owners manual completely destroyed from being wet and dry so many times. Was not offered any type of discount on the machine and now am stuck with a (new) machine that already needs replacement parts. Instead of taking the time to serve the customer appropriately, my wife was pushed through the line because they were “busy”. Needless to say I’m Not very happy. I guess I will find out tomorrow if it even works

Buy all my food here for my dog. Prices are the lowest that I can find in store. Friendly staff and have never failed in giving advice or pointing you in the right direction. Huge plus that the store is pet friendly!

I always love going to Tractor Supply because the people there are so nice and so extremely helpful! I basically quit going to the coop when Tractor Supply opened because the people at the co-op are rude and I don't like dealing with rude people. But you walk into Tractor Supply and you're always greeted with a smile and a friendly face so that's where I take my business to for all my animal need and anything else that I might need that they have. :)

Don't buy grain here! The place is infested with grain mites. I returned my grain explaining this and the girl that checked me out laughed in my face. No apologies, nothing. The bugs are crawling all over the bags and are so abundant, they appear as sawdust on the floor. The blond girl checking me out was also too busy flirting with some man that she couldn't give me the decency to face me when giving me my receipt. She instead held it out behind her with her back turned to me. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I needed a vent free wall unit propane heater. I called and told the salesman what I wanted. He said they had one in stock and told me the price. I asked him three times propane right he said yes. My husband went there picked it . It was natural gas, not propane and it not the price the salesman said. We hooked it up and it wouldn't work . Call a specialist still wouldn't work. So back to the store to return it. thank God the salesman took it back with out any trouble. Three times in two days to the store. I think I'm about done with tractor supply. Wrong price wrong unit. The gas I used, I could have gone over the mt.to rural King. I hope for other people this does not happen to them.

We were in the store dealing with a young man named jeager it think thats how you spell it , and this young man ws so awsome he helped us with picking out some baby chics and ducklings . He was so experienced with it , Nd so polite and respectful it was outstanding to see this young man work and be so full of knowlede thumbs up to you brother keep ip the good work .

I am disabled person and a loyal customer of Tractor Supply Co. They have courteous, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to make both me and my dog feel welcome. My dog absolutely loves coming to your stores in Charlottesville and Orange, Virginia. While I don't get a belly-rub like my dog gets at TSC, it's also my favorite place to go! Keep up the great work TSC, you're the BEST!

I like Tractor Supply. They have most everything 1 need. This store seemed more crowded than most. Lots of merchandise waiting to be put up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was 200 miles from home. I was able to purchase the items I needed and put them on the trailer in the lot. Everyone in the store was nice and polite.
