I mean what more can you say, it’s a gas station. Has everything you need to take a trip. It’ll the plus side is the app gives you 3¢ off every time you use your number and the gas is always at a considerably competitive rate. The hot food isn’t the greatest but it’s gas station food so you shouldn’t expect much.

OK, so they usually have the cheapest gas prices in the area and that makes you want to stop. Just be ready to stand in trash while pumping your gas. And if you use the restroom, be ready for it to not be maintained with trash all over the place, too. Filling up, I was offered a free cup of coffee, a promo. When I went to get it, the coffee stand was dirty and sticky. I turned around and left. It's hard to trust the food in a place this consistently dirty.

Love sheetz but this seems to mess up every order. I order through mobile ordering and I still had to wait 15 minutes in the store and then they gave me the wrong order. Employees standing around talking and then apologizing for the wait just to get the order wrong.Update: two years after the initial review and they still can’t get it right. Somehow they feel it’s appropriate to place an entire onion in one salad. And smoothie wasn’t even the flavor I ordered.

Spent $50 on food here last night and received the worst sheetz food experience ever. Almost bad enough to make me start going to wawa instead. The Arnold Palmer smoothie tasted like funky dish waster. The salads were half full in the containers, the spicy chicken was overcooked and/or old, didnt get the dressing with the order, and the worst of all I ordered a big mozz burger and literally only got bread with mozzarella sticks and BBQ sauce... No burger on it.... Idk what the deal was but if they were out of burgers they could have communicated this and substituted chicken. This location is 30 min away so returning to the store to complain to management was not an option this evening. I should have went to the Locust Grove location as it's always a good experience. I had to listen to my girlfriend nag for 30 min about how why I didn't check the bag before leaving and her dinner was ruined. Thanks.

This location almost always can't make food correctly, end up having a big mess alot of times because of it, the only reason for 2 stars is they do have a couple people that know what they're doing but it's hit and miss on coming here when they're working, this is the ONLY Sheetz I ever have so many issues with, all other locations are perfect and consistent, it's getting to the point I'll go ahead and skip this location as a repeat customer and got all the way to Zions or ruckersville and even Madison or Louisa, I like this place for the close convenience but they can do so much better

I love how Sheetz has so many options when you're hungry and want something very quick and tasty! They have also added an ice cream machine- Chocolate, both chocolate and vanilla together, Vanilla and Pineapple ice cream flavors are what they have to offer, if you're curious! But for just .99¢, you can't beat that price!! I was astonished by the price!! You get a decent size cup for that price!! Something worth going to check out if you're in the orange area and an ice cream lover😊 who doesn't love some 🍨🤔🤣

Coffee area always untidy looking. Plus it's often a hit or miss on if it will taste fresh. Need to offer individual cream cups & sugar packs, not only the cheap automatic dispensers.

Food is great I go all the time, great for a midnight snack. Can take a little while to get your food and sometimes mess orders up. Store is clean and neat and gas is cheap. It is quite a bit on the expensive side, especially for a burger ($5 For a little burger) But food is great!!

Went in for gas and breakfast. The hashbrowns were very greasy, would not order them again. The sausage-egg biscuit was very good. Americano coffee was new to me, I liked it. The apple fritta was very good. The cashier was outstanding, efficient and friendly. Gas pricing could be better.

Great prices. Friendly staff. Great fast food. Always clean. Only one complaint they don’t always fully staff for the amount of business and the lines get really really long. But other wise a great quick stop for any last minute need.

Sheetz stores sell their own custom "pop" flavors. I bought a bottle of Pumpkin Pie flavor the other day, and it was unexpectedly tasty: a ginger ale base with a pumpkin spice finish. A great seasonal beverage!

The 2 people working the register today at 3PM were great. I couldn't figure out how to do the app and they were very helpful and patient when guiding me. The store was very busy but the line kept moving very quickly. They did a great job.

I stopped at the Sheetz on N. Madison Road in Orange, Virginia. I went into the ladies room and could barely stay because of the decibel level of the bathroom fan. It sounded like a jet plane. I thought about leaving but decided just to quickly use the facilities. It was so terribly loud that I had to put my fingers in my ears. But my ears still hurt. I spoke to the manager about it and she said "Yes it was loud but that they just got use to it." My ears were hurting 30 minutes later. So if you have children please be aware of the decibel level at the Sheetz in Orange, Virginia. I think, it is dangerously high.

Jeff that checked me out is very rude. He throws my money on the counter after he cashes my tickets in. Why couldn't he had it to me? My hands were clean. I don't know if this is the right place to put my real thoughts about why Jeff didn't want to hand me my money.

I gave a 2 because not ALL of the staff just stands around and gawks, but lord I go here multiple times a week and the line can be 4 to 6 people waiting and the ladies will stand there talking instead of helping at register. Also someone please tell Tammy her mask goes over her nose.

I placed an order for a pretzle bread sub with steak topped with cobyjack cheese and mayo (heavy) and greens with salt and pepper... what I got was.. A soggy sub with no flavor and no mayo and rotten lettus with slime on it. Really? I also got my boyfriend a burrito and drink along with mozzarella sticks and a fruit punch, and paid $22.88 (not worth it at all). They need new people to cook (after getting the rotten lettus off my sandwich and getting a mayo packet, it was still flavorless and after eating a few bites I started to feel sick.. so yeah not comming back for food if they dont change who is working back there.

Store manager is extremely rude!! Most of the staff is great! Every time I go by there and there's benders there, poor guys have to wait 15+ minutes to be checked in! And NO its not because everyone is busy, it's because the store manager would rather chit chat with everyone else about anything but work!!

Worst experience ever had to wait forever for my food just to be told I couldn't have my food until I went and waited in a five-minute long line which I could have done while waiting for my food not only that but when they gave me my food it is all wrong and it's not my order has way more food than on my ticket but I'm wrong and that is my order according to the people behind the counter I just asked him to fix it they won't fix it they just keep telling me I'm wrong then I ask for a manager and ask for my money back and I have to ask six times to get my money back and I have to start yelling in order to get it completely rude complete lack of respect unclean area customer service ever do not eat here oh and to top it off went to buy some donuts took a bite and spit it back out to the donuts were crunchy
