Until recently, I would have gladly given Reynolds a 5 star review. In fact, I and the family drove 45 minutes each way to do business with Reynolds. There are so many wonderful people there that it's unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this review. Recently, when getting our Subaru serviced, as the car entered the service area with the door up, the bay door came down on the top of the car as it was at the half-way point. It crushed the kayak racks, the crossbars and the rails. After asking if the driver was okay, she was told that the door has a 3 second delay and she came in too fast. There is no signage as to any 3 second delay or at what speed to enter the service area. She was told that it was her fault and that she would have to pay for the damages. She was told that they had a tape of the incident, which was found to be inconclusive. Imagine if there had been a person entering the service area without the benefit of being in a car. We were unable to get Reynolds to file an insurance claim with their insurance carrier and, in fact, when I looked up their insurance information with the State Corporation Commission, I found it difficult to find out who they had their insurance with. Given the number of vehicles we have purchased over the years from Reynolds, and servicing of the vehicles every 3K miles, their response was beyond a surprise. It would have been so easy for them to say, "Sorry and we'll have the car fixed in our body shop and put you in a loaner." That would have saved a customer and reduced the negative feelings we were left with. Instead, Reynolds management chose to blame the driver and then file a claim on our insurance. By the way, they handed us an estimate for the repairs before we left and then gave us an estimate to purchase our car. Seriously, you've got to be kidding. When asked, I will make it a point to tell everyone of our experience. I have a new dealership and their response was that accidents happen and then the dealership manages it, they don't blame the client.

If I could've given them 10 stars I would. This is our 1st visit to Reynolds Subaru and let me tell ya, they have the best customer service. Emily, our customer service representative was a gem, she carefully explain everything to me to include photos of items that need attention. The services were explained and priced, all with a positive attitude and a great deal of knowledge. I'm highly impressed and would recommend Reynolds Subaru to everyone.P.S. Reynolds Subaru is my go-to for doing the scary CVT fluid replacement and diagnosing electrical issues, because I do not understand electricity. While the pricing for Subaru original parts is as expensive as expected, they are happy to take aftermarket parts. They did warn me not to buy non-Subaru axles in particular, so I will follow their advice there. The pricing for most other services range from great to fair, with nothing too crazy. Their oil change and CVT prices were especially reasonable. Their price for Subaru fluids, such as the deliciously tasty SuperLongLifeForever Coolant (or whatever it's called), is very reasonable.The best part is the service reps and techs. They are all named Emily, which makes remembering names really convenient. The reps are all extraordinarily knowledgeable, quick to respond, and put up with my many questions and requests. I really appreciate the complementary Subaru inspection and provided videos during repairs.The drive to the dealership is lovely and full of cows and boulders.Scores:Price: 2.75/5Scenic Dive: 6/5Communication: 5/5Everyone is named Emily: Emily/5Total: 5/5

My Experience was Awesome and The job was Done in a Timely Matter. Danny and his Team went above and beyond Service to get my Job done . The technicians at this Facility treat your vehicles as if they belonged to them. The service was handled very Professionally and efficiently from start to Finish. I rate Reynolds Chevy a 5 Star Facility when it comes to satisfying all the customers needs .

Reynold’s service department is the best. Bought my car a month ago and my engine light came on, called Braedon our sales person (awesome guy) and he got me in with the service department same day. Walked in and was greeted right away and they did a quick check of why my engine light was on (even though they were very busy) they determined the problem and unfortunately I will not get my car same day so they put me in a loner car. From start to finish, service department was amazing, they keep me posted about my car, and made me feel like family. Amazing service and people!

I can’t explain how good was our experience with Reynolds. Best dealership ever! We had great hospitality and customer service from Harper, Logan and Lynn. I brought my vehicle in to fix my rear deck lid do to it being out of aline and leaking. The vehicle is still under warranty but I was told by the service manager that you all was not fixing it under the warranty and if I wanted it fix I will have to pay for it or go through my insurance company. I was also told that I put something in the trunk to cause the problem so I have to pay for it which I didn't put anything in there to put pressure on the lid. I believe it is to make money off the customer because the warranty doesn't pay the dealership. Since I have had this vehicle I have always wondered why it smells like mildew but could never see any wetting in it until I seen two spots on the bumper that I noticed the lid was not line up right. I will not use that dealership anymore because the service department tried to get me two weeks before this telling me that I had rotten in my vehicle eating my filter in the cabinet but I know that was a lie because no droppings and no paper was eaten. So they was upset with me.

Overall really good just hesitant because manufacturers have tremendous issues telling what features your car does and does not have and will not properly inform consumers but can't be blamed fully because dealerships also are to blame. The internet has almost no facts on it and every time I mention" the internet said x,y ,or z" the dealership says " it's not true". Also repair prices are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and personally feel that they should be HALF of whst they are currently! However on a positive note, it was the first time I was charged less than originally quoted because of service clerks activity helping disabled veterans like me by finding coupons. Many thanks to service clerks! Car work completed in timely manner ,great job service techs!

Service is always a 5 star, prices are not. $115 for an oil change that use to be around the $60.00 range is too much of a drastic increase in my opinion. I'm sure there may be a justification but if prices continue to increase at this level, I will be forced to figure out another option and I do not wish to, but will.

The Service Managers are absolutely top drawer. ALWAYS friendly, efficient, remember you, and actually watch out for you. I was in for service and after receiving a text, indicated that I forgot to add inspection with the oil, lube, rotation, etc. and was quickly informed that inspection was the only thing on their list as the balance of the items were not due for a few thousand miles. They could have done the work and up-charged but their expected honesty prevailed (again).

If you're in the market for a car, you cannot beat Reynolds. They offer vehicles at a fair and competitive price that, at least in my experience, could not be matched by other dealerships. I purchased a brand new Subaru Crosstrek 2 weeks ago and my experience could not have been better. My salesman, Jermaine, was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I wanted. No one I met was pushy or overbearing and they just made the process simple. They beat every other dealer in terms of price and even offered great incentives for financing. This is truly a family business that lives up to their claim of superior service. In fact, my car-buying experience was so amazing that both of my parents decided to buy from them as well. They are truly the best dealership that I have ever worked with and I will continue to go back to them for all of my service and maintenance needs.

If I could give Reynolds Subaru's service department 10 stars, I would. I was 5 hours from home this weekend when, all of a sudden, all of my 2016 Forester's warning lights beeped and blinked unremittingly at me. This happened at 5:00 PM on a *Friday* and I was traveling alone. I Googled the nearest Subaru dealer and gave Reynolds a call. Nick in sales answered my call and his calming and reassuring tone helped to put me in a "less freaked-out" frame of mind. He said he would write a note to the service department letting them know to expect me at 8:00 Saturday morning.When I pulled into the service garage the next morning, Emily was already expecting me. Between Emily and service manager Danny, they made me feel like I as a customer, as well as my car's problem, truly MATTERED. Emily was so positive and accommodating. Danny investigated the issue himself since their master technicians were off that Saturday. It turned out that they had the part to fix my car in stock, and they fit me in that Monday for the repair without blinking an eye. (They even offered me a loaner or a shuttle service so I wouldn't have to wait around.) My car was fixed ahead of schedule AND the final cost was less than originally estimated.When I was essentially stranded alone in a different state, hours away from home with no way to get back until my car was diagnosed and repaired, Nick, Danny, and Emily went above and beyond to help me, make me feel safe, and take care of the problem quickly and thoroughly. I am so grateful for their kindness and utmost professionalism. If you're considering using Reynolds, don't hesitate; they're GREAT!

I’ve both bought a car from and sold a car to Reynolds. They were one of the few dealers not to gouge during crazy car market during the pandemic and made everything easy. Everyone I’ve met at the dealership is helpful and genuine. They’re a business, but they value relationships and care about their customers. This is true all the way from the sales folks to people like Tracey in the finance department. Thank you, Team Reynolds!

Where do I start I’ve had two run ins. One of which I took my Silverado to get a leveling kit installed two weeks later I took it back in for a cracking noise when I turn the wheel it was suppose to be pulled in on a Tuesday but it wasn’t in the bay for 2 following weeks once they looked over it said there’s nothing wrong keep driving it until it gets worse. I told them I’m not ok driving it that’s why it’s here. Was told they think I need to buy a new leveling kit which they installed now 4wks later. Took my business elsewhere just to find out two days at another Chevy dealership that it was just ball joints 🙃. Second run in recently took my suburban in for some issues as it’s still under warranty. You may ask why would I go back because I’ve dealt with Reynolds for years and always got a rental vehicle at no cost which was very convenient with my work schedule well this time I took it in they told me they’ve never done that and it would be $35 a day I refused (glad I did because they had my truck for another 3 1/2wks) I went in on a Friday to grab something out of the truck and the battery seemed very weak, so when I gave them the key back I was Informed they’d get right on it and charge it and look at it. 2wks later I get a phone call hey truck is ready but you need a battery it’ll be $400 some extra dollars when they never took the time to do what they said about the battery or inform us “hey you may need a battery once you pick it up and it’ll be this much money” no they tell us to come get the truck and it’ll be x amount of money for a battery needless to say I got a battery $200 and installed it. I’m not blaming them for a battery dying but let someone know ahead of time not the day you say they can pick it up or do what you say by looking at the battery not waiting 2wks after I tell you. Most likely taking business elsewhere.

It's easy to get sold on the quality of a Subaru and Reynolds is, hands down, the place to buy one. I worked with Jermaine (sales) and Tracey (finance) and I could not have asked for nicer, better-informed, or more patient folks to work with. Throughout the entire process they were helpful and transparent and they were genuinely interested in helping me find the car and options that worked best for me. I came from one county over--a county with its own Subaru dealership--to buy from Reynolds based on the reviews here and Reynolds did not disappoint.
