I hired Chef Randy for our rehearsal dinner and he went above and beyond to make our evening special. He closed the Provisions Market Table so we could host our event in his space. He created a wonderful menu and it was served to our guests by a wonderful and professional staff. He provided guidance to beer & wine options and assisted with rentals and created an upscale experience that we will long remember. The food was wonderful! The passed appetizers were just what we needed to unwind after our rehearsal. Chef Randy's Coq Au Vin was fabulous and the apple crisp dessert was amazing! Our guest enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere, the great service and the amazing food. I am so grateful we had the opportunity to experience such a lovely place.

Today was our second visit to Provisions Market Table for Burger Saturday lunch. The Caesar salad was so yummy; I chose to add an Angus beef patty on top, Applewood bacon, and a perfect fried egg--so good! (Bought a fresh sourdough loaf to take home to share too.) Friendly people, super clean, nice vibes, excellent food. Thank you, Chef Cooper! It's a beautiful country drive from Goochland--a lovely way to spend the afternoon.

A great experience at dinner last night.New York strip was cooked to perfection. Roasted potatoes and vegetables paired well.Creme Brulee for dessert ended the dinner on a perfect note.Appetizer: charcuterie plate. The jam and cheese were my favorite parts.

Had a great experience today today at Provisions Market Table. We went in early wanting breakfast (didn't realize it was almost lunchtime) and the owner had the chef whip something up for us that was simple and delicious. You've got to love this type of customer care. Oh, the chocolate chip cookies are insanely good. They are the perfect crunch on outside, soft on the inside and not sickly sweet like so many chocolate chip cookies. We will be back.

Randy is a master of his craft. His customer service, along with his staff, is exceptional. Everything is thoughtfully crafted for the best delivery of flavor and textures.Don't miss out on this gem. From lunch to dinner, it's a hit. The to go dinners are abundant, and his cold case carries various beautiful cheeses and pate.Anything you may need, they will have.In addition, they take food allergies very seriously, so don't be worried if you have something that needs an exception.Just come try with an open heart and mouth 😋Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance in the back is wheelchair accessible. The front has stairs.

We came in for lunch on a Saturday and had the most excellent burgers. Pork with Brie, bacon and topped with magnificent fresh greens. My partner got the lamb burger with Bleu cheese, another winner. The boiled potatoes for our side dishes was a treat. Desserts were superb too. Staff was outstanding and Chef Randy truly made our experience memorable.

We used Provisions to cater our work event. We ordered a buffet meal for 30 people and the whole experience was smooth and wonderful. Randy was so easy to work with on planning and the food was absolutely delicious and great quality. I hope we have the occasion to use them again!

We had our rehearsal dinner here and are so glad we did! The owner, Randy, was so responsive and easy to work with for the many months leading up to the event. He created a vegetarian and vegan buffet for our 40+ guests - all based on local and fresh ingredients.He went above and beyond helping to make our day special. We didn't have any decorations of our own for the tables and he surprised us by brining in candles and fresh flowers for every table!It was wonderful to have use of the entire inside and outside covered patio area. Randy's prices were very reasonable especially considering it was a private event, the quality of the food, and the nice/professional staff.We all had a wonderful time! I highly recommend hosting an event here or stopping by to eat lunch!

Chef Randy is a master at creating delicious meals with local ingredients, using a light touch so the food itself really shines. Always generous portions. Great casual atmosphere. We regularly drive 40 minutes one way to eat here. Highly recommend! Plus the market has cool things, too.

Stopped in here for lunch after a hike around the Grelen Trails (the line at the Market at Grelen was quite long on a beautiful Saturday afternoon). What a gem this place is! My fiance ordered a burger with a side of potatoes. I got the lobster roll (the daily special) with a side salad. Everything was delicious. I really like the rolls they use for their sandwiches. Highly recommend the side of potatoes. Friendly service and great food. Glad we made the stop.

This is the best restaurant in Orange. The atmosphere is quiet, but sophisticated. The staff are kind and attentive and their food is superb. We had the dinner for two which came with a tasty mixed green salad with a nice white balsamic vinegar. I could’ve eaten three of those salads. The bread that came with it was also tasty and sweet. Our entree was roast beef with Brussels sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. All mixed well together and it was obvious the veggies were fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone but particularly people looking for a nice date location. We didn’t have any drinks, but the wine list looked good. The price was a steal for the amount and quality of the food.

Provisions never fails to deliver and is an absolute gem in Orange. Chef Randy and his team continue to dream up dishes that are interesting and incredibly delicious. They keep the menu moving so things are always new and fresh. Their Instagram always posts their specials, which you can call in ahead of time, and do not miss the gourmet burgers every Saturday at lunch. Huge fan!

The perfect combination of fresh food - food you go home feeling good about and an experience that is definitely one for the memory banks. Highly recommended for outstanding food, personalized service in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Randy - thank you for the delicious food from the delicate focaccia bread, salmon (and sauce..omg), roasted vegetables to the carrot cake (fresh whipped cream) at the end!!😍 It was a perfect evening

WARNING: This place might ruin other burgers for you. The lamb burger on the house made roll is just out of this world. Instagram-ready, super tasty, juicy and can hold itself together beautifully down to the last attack-bite. Wow wow wow.Thoughtfully curated cheese, tea towels, and snacks make for a lovely dining room and the prices are fair for the quality of what they are selling- getting what you should get for your money is so rare these days and these folks here really seem like they don’t want to overcharge for great stuff. I’m impressed.The staff at the counter and grill just knocked it out of the park. Way out. I’m so glad I stopped in- shout out to the iron pipe bartender who sent me there for the best burger in town.If I had any room left I’d go back for more, the lemon honey dressing on the side salad was such a treat, didn’t expect it to steal the show but it totally would have if that burger wasn’t magic.

This is a must-eat spot if visiting Orange.We tried their Saturday burger lunch special. Wife and I loved our beef and pork burgers. Place was busy and still had our online order ready in a timely manner.Their Monday and Thursday Dinners to Go are delicious and a great way to do a dinner date at home. Will do another one soon. Highly recommend lunch and dinner.

Excellent food but somewhat lacking In atmosphere or anything special for the price. Special Valentines Dinner menu with wine pairing that was great, except we had to wait 45 minutes for the last couple to show up before we could be served. For $230 (with tip) including wine pairing, it was a little steep for the overall experience. A few small tweaks and this would have been a five-star dinner.

I absolutely love this place !I come from the next county to eat here 😍Original choices, always something on the specialty menu and it no more expensive than any good restaurant 😉I’ll pay more for the quality, healthy, fresh and delicious food 🤩Today I had the best crab sandwich and German potato salads…mmmm…Hubs had boneless pork, broccoli, grits which he loved and our usual Ginger Beer ❤️💙Of course we’re be back

We were customers of Randy’s back when he had Elmwood at Sparks and were heart broken when he closed. We were there the last night. Randy and his team have created a special home town ‘market’ coupled with exceptionally well prepared meals and an incredible selection of wines. Yes, he can still crush a chicken or salmon salad. But, in our latest meal on 5/2/21, we had seared scallops with beet and cauliflower puree with crunchy carrots and asparagus all perfectly prepared. The savory of the scallops coupled with the ‘sweet’ of the vegetables created a perfect balance. He also added lamb ribs that evening. They were seared and then basted for a few days before being finished. The meat was incredibly flavorful and tender. Whether it is lunch or dinner, the small team puts everything they have into everything they do! As for the market, we regularly order fish, meats, vegetables and other items that Randy can source for us. The shelves are always stocked with both prepared and local delicacies. Check out the wines. There as a creative selection. Found a Croatian Posip as an example. If you’re near Orange, stop by for lunch, dinner or to pick things up. Support this amazing local business!

Excellent duck dish with local plum sauce. The local leg of lamb was perfectly prepared also. The chilled octopus appetizer was also delicious. Who knew that chilled octopus would go with pesto and aioli, but wow was it tasty.
