Worse mcdonalds I've ever been to. Super hit or miss. 2/10 times it will be decent at best. Once I got a big Mac and the bread was hard as rock. The quality of food depends on the shift and who is working. They need a leader to come in and get it under control.

I ordered my food on the kiosk to dine here. Kiosk ask you to type in a table number tent, there were nine so I just entered #1. Went to the counter and informed them of the situation. My food was ready in a timely manner and the counter person just yelled out big Mac meal?! Picked my food. No big deal and my order was packaged to go. Several disconnects here but no big deal.The staff was friendly and served with a smile. The restaurant is clean and my wait was minimal.I would return.

I know a lot of people complain about this location but I personally have not had any issues recently. The inside is very clean now. I usually just order on the app and go in and grab it. There is never to much of a wait unless they are super busy.I recommend using the app because of the deals you can get. You cannot beat a bfast sandwich for $1.

I order from here out of convenience and lately it’s becoming less and less. I contribute it to being short staffed but even ordering ahead doesn’t really guarantee you will get your food any fast. I’ve waited plenty of time longer that what it would have taken me to just go through the drive thru. Will I order from here again…. yea simply out of lack of wanting to cook. Plus no one can beat McD’s fries

Hopefully this reaches the corporate manager there, but I've let corporate offices know in Chicago already since there was no even listing from management on duty. We have been all over VA, and this is the ONLY ONE we have found scamming people, either intentionally or unintentionally, but the 2 for $3.49 deal? It's 6pc nuggets, a sm fries, a double cheeseburger, and you pick TWO. Why are they trying to say you pick ONE, with an automatic side of fires???? are they just ignorant to the fact that if it is an option, it wouldn't automatically come with it, also, how many of you around VA have ordered two double cheeseburgers with that deal? Hands up for me! I have! They said that no, it's one and an automatic fry. They tried to over charge us through the drive through( even more suspect) over $12. Check your stuff. Call corporate, cause YOU ARE WRONG ABOUT THIS MENU DEAL AND ARE MESSING YOUR BUSINESS UP. Seriously though, it really does not take a brilliant reasonable deduction to figure this out. Especially if you are the ONLY McDonald's in VA who does it like this, I know I can't be the only one who noticed? Maybe just the only one who posted about it to bring it to the attention of the owner...

(The last time I went)The food good, staff nice got the order right and put all condiments in the bag🤣This time I went it was goodOnly I was upset that the little lady that was working but trying to hold it together bless her heart was very upset!And yes I was trying to find out if she was okay, very humbled she said she was. Once I got to the the next window and was approached by the manager that came to the window after the other little lady brought my hamburger and was making my frozen coke drink. Manager to me" whatcha waiting for ma'am," rude tne I said um my drink that she's getting and as I said it to her the lil lady was handing it to me. So this manager lucky I didn't come in, something is telling me I should have. She obviously jumped on the other young lady and didn't even care to let her get herself together. Which says alot about the manager number 1. But service other than the manager was good.

If I could give service here a zero I would. Drive through is a mess and not organized at all. You will get passed over if you're at the second speaker. I sat for several minutes while they took orders from others that arrived after me. Im usually a pretty understanding person but the fact that they acknowledged that I was there and said they would be with me shortly, makes it even worse that they actively skipped me 3 times. Not to mention previous times that I had the window shut in my face as I was in the middle of speaking to them.

This place just consistently disappoints. The most recent time I went (today), they told me they were out of coca-cola. How does that happen? This is in addition to Dr Pepper and a range of other drinks mind you. McDonald’s is known for having the best coca-cola, I sincerely don’t get how they can be out of it. Also, despite it being 1:30PM in the afternoon and towards the end of the lunch rush, my food still was cold and the fries tasted bland and as if they were sitting for the last 20 minutes. Nuggets too. If this was the first issue I’ve ever encountered here, I’d let it go, however…The time before this, a few weeks ago, wasn’t much better. We sat inside and were the only customers inside at the time. Despite the low volume of people indoors, they still forgot to give us one of the bags in our orders and we had to ask awkwardly after a few minutes. This could be due to the obviously high teenagers working the counter though.All in all, if you want good mcds food, don’t go here (or Culpeper for that matter). Maybe just avoid central VA McDonald’s altogether.

Ice cream machine was down - or it just needed cleaning and no employee felt like doing it…There were no cars in front of us but we had to sit in the drive through for a few minutes before a lady less than enthusiasticly took our order after we had to get her attention.The guy who took payment just gave us the total and handed the card back without smiling, greeting, or asking if I want a receipt.I’m not offended and don’t take anything personally. Life is too short to get worked up over such things. This review is to hopefully help this location out in stepping up their game on customer service, which would hopefully result in more business for them and provide a better experience for everyone✌️

Snotty guy at the window, refused to let me have a slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce without charging me extra. I asked for no bun and thought they'd do like Burger King, Five Guys, Wendy's, etc, with a lettuce wrap. He didn't even offer to give me a price, nor did he ask anyone for help and just stood there staring after stating you only get what normally comes on it. Blamed it on "them" whomever "them" is. So if your management, well bad customer service is my opinion. Too many other places to take my business!

Often slow, not very courteous service. Food not always very fresh tasting. Have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time when ordering a cup of coffee. Why not just have fresh coffee already brewed especially at peak meal times? How difficult should this be if a restaurant is managed well?

The first time I came here we ordered a family meal (Darkcoaster meal) and waited for fourty minutes. They ended up giving it to the wrong car and they tried giving us the food they gave to the wrong car after I watched them eat from it. I declined the food and requested to have a new one. Waited another thirty minutes. The second time coming I ordered just a frap. Waited over 40 minutes. They forgot about the order. Both of these interactions were through drive through and ended up having to go inside.

This McDonalds was terrible. Went through drive thru and ordered breakfast. Server got my order wrong. I told him order was incorrect and he said he'd fix it. After I picked up and drove away I found he hadn't fixed it after all. Seems this is one Mickey D's that just doesn't give a darn about customers. Find another place to eat in Orange.

If you go to this McDonald’s here’s a solution to all of your problems and inquiries.Don’t want soggy food or fries? Ask for cook to order.Want your sauces? Ask for them at the second window. Check your bags before you leave.Want to make sure your order is correct? Check your receipt or ask them to read your order back to you at the first window.Want to know why drive thru or inside is taking so long? This McDonalds is short staffed most of the time.Don’t want to wait for a long time? Leave.Want to know why the ice cream machine is down? It’s like 10 years old. It’s broken. Genuinely.Same with the other machines. The only up-to-date machine is the slushee machine.Don’t want to be treated poorly? Be nice and more considerate. The employees are human too.If it’s busy, the food and fries are going to be as fresh as possible because they’re making food almost every minute. If it’s slow, and you want fresh food, ask for it to be cook to order and make sure it’s fresh, but it does take some time for it to be fresh so they might make you wait. You wanted fast food, so you’re going to get what you’re going to get.

The drive thru line was so long, one of us got out to order at the counter / yell at them, but found the counter man👑 was doing 2 jobs - walkup counter & drive thru window! Meanwhile 1/2 a dozen other "workers" were literally sitting down gossiping. So, just when we thought they were understaffed, it turned out they were overstaffed.

Drive thru can be frustrating. Not sure if activating the outside mics is triggered by a vehicle pulling up, but every time I've used the outside lane, they have taken 2-3 inside people before even greeting the outside lane. The food is what you expect from fast food drive thrus. Staff is friendly. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stop, but use the inside lane.

Ordered 2 $3.50 meals ( 2 Double Cheese burgers and 2 small Fries) + 2 small cokes... I was charge for 1 $3.50 Bundle and the other one was upgraded to MED Fries - knocking me out of that deal. Instead of being just over $7.00 for the Bundles (w/tax) -- ended up being $12 with tax for a final of $14+ ... was in a hurry and did not notice until after I got all the food out & saw the MED fries... I basically paid double for this sneaky little trick ... I even said what I wanted - but the cashier changed the 2nd part to make more money... Enjoy the extra cash - won' t be eating here again.

I don't eat fast food often. In fact, I remember when they had the dollar menu and "big kids" meals. It had been about THAT long since I ordered, let alone eaten, at McDonald's. Recently got lunch for my nephews and picked up some nuggets for myself. Definitely forgot how good those little things were! Still won't make a habit out of it but fast service, fresh food, and everything was correct. The little ones were happy - and they got a Thor toy!

Ordered through deal dash. Never did get my sauces. The shift manager was being a pain. Made a second purchase of sauce. He says that he never got it. But the women at deal dash recorded it. By the time I got my food it was cold and nasty. The woman did her best to get my order correct. The shift manager said he would not give me my sauces on my original order because it says they weren't payed for. That's not my fault it didn't charge me!!!! Very dissatisfied with this and aggravated!!!!!;
