Always has been a reasonably priced location... Some Goodwills insist on pricing their stuff too high but this one has been one of my favorites for years. Not any longer. Prices have gone up dramatically. Even the employees were complaining about it. Whatever manager or whoever is in charge of this I don't know how you sleep at night. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Visited the store may 4th and was told all the green tags were half off. Found out acouple days later that it wasn't the green tags but the plastic noodle that the sticker was attached to is how they know the price of the item... We paid full price and was told, sorry 😡No one said anything about that plastic noodle. I have shopped allot of Goodwill's and have never heard of the noodle..WHAT A RIP OFF.... The lady that checked us out never told us about the noodle. $49 and it should of been $25WARNING!!!!! WATCH HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU.

I went to the store today in Orange. I walked in and they had changed everything. The whole store had hardly any people. Looked liked they had taken out clothes and all the wares they had on the shelves were empty. The floor had to much room. Even the staff that they had was gone. They let the people go that made to much money. That store was booming in sales and had a great connection with their customers. As usual Goodwill ruined something that was working. I was told they were not taking all the donations. The ones that they did not use they sent them out. From experience I know for a fact that the donations were takin to the landfill. I will NEVER donate to Goodwill again. I will tell everyone NEVER work for this company. They lie, and use you. I think the company owes the employees they let go back in March an apology. They let us go so they can hire people for cheap pay. SHAME ON GOODWILL.

This goodwill is clean and nice, kind of small, but has good stuff. The only thing I think has faults in their dress organization. I think they should be priced as marked instead of organized by groups gets confusing when at the register. People are nice though and helpful.

I love to shop here and often.. I also have donated many things here, and did so today and was going to shop afterward... but because of the rudeness of the person taking the donations, I felt so humiliated and after looking a while and had things in my cart, I put them back and left.. I almost cried...I will not be back to this store.. this has happened numerous times..

Very disappointed! I had a nice used recliner that my dad had. I wanted to donate it to Goodwill so someone else could use it. The man I spoke with was rude and said he couldn't take it because of a small tear. Hello, it's used!!!! I won't do any business there, I can assure you!

Great place to find clothing for the family at decent prices, and if you donate items, you can receive a 20 % off coupon towards your purchases. I have found new or nearly new shoes for myself that were brand name and in good condition.Clean well organized store.

They would not take nice metal shelving. Shelving was not overly large or bulky. Guess I’ll start taking my donations to the Goodwill in Culpeper, I’ve received much friendlier service there..

A really great place for good things cheap... I go here all the time. They have used and new products for good prices. I bought a 50$ Wii game for 11$. They also have games for PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360, Gamecube, and many more. Tons of DVDs, CD's, games, clothes, toys, electronics, etc. Very nice people working there. If your wallet is near empty and you need something to wear on your big interview, come here. If it's Halloween and you're looking for a cool costume, com here. I was The Joker a few years ago, and everything came from here,

They have it fixed so your phone will not work. You cannot text or receive calls or have access to internet to check on things. If you are in goodwill in orange an you have an emergency your family cannot get in touch with you. If you are looking for something for someone you can’t call them to see if that’s what they want

Not the best Goodwill I've ever been to. If you're buying electronics and they don't work at the testing area, try plugging them in to a random plug on a column.

Here to donate five (5) big bags of clothes and no service... no one here to retreive the bags and when sbe does come, she has no idea how to do the job. Sad.

Not sure how they determine prices but sometimes you could buy the items new for the same price. Not very helpful when donating items.
