Saw past reviews. Nothing has changed.Store looks dirty and rundown. Bathrooms are filthy. Obviously no one cares. Won't be stopping at any more of them.

I came to this Royal Farms on 8/13 and I had a very good experience here and was able to find all of the products that I was looking for, quick and easy checkout. The only issue was that in the women’s bathroom only 1 stall was in service resulting in a line waiting for the bathroom and also there was no toilet paper instead there were napkins. Other than that little mishap my experience here was still rather pleasant.

This is the 2nd time at this location in the past month. The ladies bathroom was filthy then, and even more disgusting this time. The men's bathroom was out of order still- 1 month later!!! I will not be back.

This review is for the exterior services only. The employees are fine.Nothing works here. I have to try two or three different pumps each time. They either freeze up or tell me the pin is wrong (I can promise it's entered correctly). Paid for a car wash and it skipped several of the steps. Don't even think about putting air in your tires. After five attempts I figured I wasn't doing it incorrectly, it just doesn't work.

One of my favorite places to go for gas and a quick coffee. People there are polite. My only issue is that they don't follow their back door sign. It says "this door is closed from dusk to dawn" but they be closing that door well before dusk. Their parking lot stays busy and it's very convenient to park around the back if you're just getting something from inside and not getting gas.

Stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. Gas was fine. The bathroom was filthy. An employee came out before I went in. There was no soap. Not even a spot for soap. Employees must wash hands… with what soap?

Customer service is horrible. Manager responds to a valid complaint from a long time loyal customer by screaming. Never again. Bye!So, "Miss Management",You won the shouting match and you lost the customer. That was kind of stupid.

Every time I pass through this location I have always had a pleasant experience. When I order food it is usually well prepared and not bad for gas station food. On par with fast food really. The store is clean as well as the restrooms.

I can get my car cleaner going through a puddle than going to the car wash there.Last 3x didn't have any receipt paper in pumps so add another 15 min to your visit become I rarely see more than on cashier.Last time I got chicken there it was soggy and room temperature,and I do mean LAST TIME!I don't see any of the convience they talk about, I'm done with the place and the one in Exmore is just as bad!

Overpriced dried chicken. Employees extremely rude. They seem like they hate their job. Need to repeat yourself 3 times before they answer you. These people should not be dealing with customers at all.

I usually love royal farms. My family and I usually stop at one every time going to and home from vacation however this was by far the WORST experience i’ve ever had with them. Two individuals were preparing food, one with the mask completely off and hanging from her ears, and the other with his nose exposed. In a time like this especially with a global pandemic it is scary to see that people run a business like this. The one women also had an attitude when i asked if there was napkins. How does a place that prepares food have no napkins, and cooks who don’t wear any type of face covering. I would give 0 stars if possible. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean, and the lady working as a cashier was very nice.

Bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in days. Staff arguing with Customer about leaving coffee stirrers on counter. Employees must not want to do any work there.

Chicken has previously been awesome, however tonight I got chicken that had been cooked hours ago and not only that it was cold and under cooked. The wedges which I love as a rule had also been cooked hours ago.

I welcome Royal Farms. I think I have stopped at every one from Onley Va. to Elkton Md. I have never had a bad experience either with staff or the food/drinks. Love my RoFo card!!

8 piece plus wedges with Chesapeake bay seasoning super good. Chicken perfect balance of breading, hot and moist. Bay wedges intense flavor without the heat of usual bay seasoning

Stuck me with old chicken. Had to throw it away. I enjoyed it prior to this visit.Will NOT go back for chicken. Rest if the Store is fine and Coffee is great.

Do not use the car wash it is a rip, it beat the hell out of my car left lots of light scratches, the top brush for the hood and the roof didn't even work and left bird droppings not washed off, my rims were not even close to clean and it only scrubbed about half of my tires, it looked awful and I had to re hand wash my car till I find a better place.

I went to this royal farms and some blonde girl was so rude to me and giving me an attitude the entire time completely messed up my order and my chicken was pink on the inside.

Staff never answers the phone. Drove 15 minutes to use their car wash and then it wasn't even open even though the sign out front said it was open.
