The store manager has a snotty attitude and is always frowning her face up at people.She is very unpleasant. She does not greet people when they walk in the door. Even when on the register she is unpleasant. I was being waited on she pulled the associate away from the register while they were checking me out to do something for her. She is rude and uncanny. I don't even understand how she keeps her title with such manners. The greeters at chic-fil-a could give her a real lesson in customer service training.

Well it’s like most Marshall’s stores. It was clean at least. They apparently need to hire someone to re stock shelves after customers. I hope they wouldn’t just throw things on a shelf. Found some good sale items in the toys section. Electronics are on the cheaper side. Which you pay for what you get to be honest. Customer service at this location was awful. Asked questions floor staff can’t even answer or let alone know where the product is in the store. Then to question if I was sure it wasn’t there. How should I know? I don’t work there. Overall it was okay. Only the second time in a year I have even been here. Easy on and off at a stop light on route 13.

Well, the store started out great for the first few months it was open. Now, the shelves are scantily stocked & the staff (on the whole) are miserable & insufficient. I was in the store today & Memorial Day & the cashiers who helped me on both occasions were polite but miserable & could barely muster a smile! There is no one available to ask questions of & when you do find someone to assist you, they can’t even be bothered! They desperately need to hire more staff…& competent, personable staff who actually want to work!

I shop at Marshals all over the state. Though their plus size section is very small I always enjoy shopping this location. I once left with 2 different sized boots, both left shoes. The manager, I cant remember his name, was extremely helpful and held the other pair for weeks as I live 3 hours away. I was able to switch and make the 2 pairs correct. Excellent customer service. They really care about the folks who shop there. I am going today to see what’s good ❤️

I tried to return a pair of pants that did not fit me and I had my receipt and the tags were still on the pants and they tried to tell me that they smelled like cigarette smoke, and that is impossible because I do not smoke. And they refused to exchange the pants so now I'm stuck with a pair of pants that do not fit

New store location. Very well stocked and lots of employees. Found a few bargains in lightweight coats. It's great to have another retailer in our remote area. Enjoyed my visit.
