This giant is FAR superior than any grocery store in virginia for 1 reason. Once you walk in, walk straight maybe 30ft and look left, you’ll find their unique, PERFECT orange juice. Their orange juice is freshly squeezed every morning, making it the best orange juice in Northern Virginia sold by a globally known brand!! I find the hour drive completely worth it. Stop by and try it!! If you’re as passionate to orange juice as i am, you will be blown away!!! BTW only this giant has it. Who knows who does it, or where it comes from; i just know the juice is out of this world!!!

Coupons have been continually printing blank at the self-checkout registers and neither the customer service manager or the front of the house manager will do anything about it. I've called corporate twice, No thanks to the customer service manager who gave me the wrong number . I'm now going to be contacting the better business bureau.

This little shopping center is right off of Route 123 in Oakton. It is only a mile or so from Interstate 66 and a couple of miles from Vienna. That makes it convenient from both locations. Note: Traffic on 123 is heavy almost any time of day.I went to the ABC Store that was OK. Not the best or worst I've been to and better than the one in Centreville/Clinton.If this review was helpful to you please give it a thumbs up.

For years, I did almost all of our shopping at Giant. However, in the past few years, I've noticed generally a lowering in quality but an increase in price. As a result, I often find myself shopping at Trader Joe's, Walmart and Lidl (and sometimes Wegmans), where I find better quality at lower prices. The flower department at this Giant doesn't seem to be managed well, as I regularly see dead arrangements and potted flowers/plants way past their prime. The selection is getting much smaller and more expensive. Flowers are half to a third of the Giant prices at Trader Joe's and are always fresh. It saddens me to say that this Giant (and some others, too) will either have to improve or lower their prices drastically to survive. I see fewer people every time I shop there.

I popped in the Giants in the Oakton Shopping Center late in the evening to pick up some items. Quiet, well laid out with a PNC Bank inside. If you are looking for a restroom it’s behind the cashiers checking out.

I truly believe that this giant being the only grocery store in Oakton reduces property values. I would rather drive 15 minutes extra to anywhere than come here. If I buy meat or produce here it is to be used the same day, otherwise I do not trust the products will last more than a day or so. Despite worse quality, being the only grocery store in Oakton means they can raise prices on dry goods. I hate this store.

Keep track of prices while shopping and check your receipts to compare. We have at least one thing that's more expensive on our receipt than the label in the store per visit. We tell them about it every time so it is intentional false advertising. They'd call the cops on a shoplifter, but they're doing the same thing to their shoppers.

Worst customer service experience ever by any giant. I waited over an hour for assistance in doing a western union transaction. Even after asking why it was taken long the lady at the counter was very rude. She was more interested in what the employee were doing then trying to help me. Not visiting this giant again.

Our mom wanted a 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla cake with cream cheese icing for her milestone birthday. While I am not a fan of supermarket cakes aside from Wegman’s, Giant was the only one who claimed they could do it without having to get Teo departe cakes. Sadly, they didn’t. We were all surprised at the time of the cake cutting/eating to find that they had just slapped on their normal buttercream icing. After a long time searching and going with them, it was a HUGE disappointment. My mom is not a complainer and just rolled with it, but the rest of my immediate family was so frustrated. I will now go back to Victoria’s and skip Giant because they do not deliver what they promise.

Just a great local grocery. I'm there every week. Staff has always been helpful, and selections are always decent - rarely is something out of stock. If you can stop by on a Wednesday, that's when meats and other things typically go on sale and get marked down as "manager special," usually 50% off!Wine and beer selection is more than adequate for most occasions.

This is a good, solid local grocery store. As with most stores it seems, it focuses on families and large buyers instead of single or older people (with specials aimed at large meat purchases and purchases of multiple items). But it does tend to have more variety than Aldi/Lidl. The store brands are generally as (or almost as) good as the name brands.

The meat isle has ham that expired weeks ago. The ham is cardboard, mildew blankets the package, and sewege of rot seeps out. It's necessary to withdraw 4-5 packages before finding meat that hasn't expired. Besides that, it's a nice Giant store.

I gave this giant 4 stars because they always have fruit set out for kids. There is always a wine tasting going on by the wine section. It’s nice because I’m a wine drinker and sometimes you like to try something new. I never have an issue at customer service they are friendly and helpful. The store seems to stay well stocked unless there a snow storm coming but the staff tries to keep up. They have a good selection of natural foods which is better priced than Whole Foods.

A typical grocery store. They have a good selection of items that you need for a fair price. The store is clean and has a nice staff. It is located at the back of the plaza and has plenty of parking. They have propane available near the front.They have a flower shop as soon as you walk in to the right but not often anyone behind the desk so you will need to call for someone.

Its a big box grocery store. They have been a stable in NOVA for decades. They do what they do well. Prices seem about the same as the spring 2022, but the sales are less frequent. They used to give Costco a run for the money but no longer.

If you are African American, save yourself from an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience by avoiding this Giant location. I live in MD, but stopped here on my way to a gathering. Never again.

The flower selection wasn't very good, the blossoms were either still closed or had wilting. When I got to the register, the cashier crushed the few decent packs I got.

Giant is probably the most popular grocery store in Virginia and rightly so. They always seen to be well-stocked with the most nutritious fruits, vegetable and organics. Giant is very competitive in pricing compared to other grocery stores and pedicures bake to its customers with rewards towards purchases with discounted gas prices. This site in particular is large with plenty of space for shoppers to roam around the storefor items, which are smartly placed in aisles. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to item locations and hero you find the best deals. Overall, this Giant receives a satisfactory rating because it's a good location to shop for the family at decent prices. This Giant serves is community proudly for several years now and deserves your patronage. See you there.

I find it's a convenient place to stop to pick up one or two items only. In general their prices are much higher than other grocery stores and they seem to offer fewer sales. Don't stop for wine, prices are exorbitant.

Giant food @oakton wonderful place to be, neat and clean . Its like you get everything under one roof, the staff is so polite and helpful especially Ziba Fahm, she works at solution centre in the store and she literally has solution for all the concerns. Wonderful lady, Even after her leg hurts, I always see her moving here and there just to help her fellow co- workers and Customers.
