Normally when coming to this cvs on my way home/work, I haven’t had any problems until today. The actual PHARMACIST and another pharmacy employee has no respect for others, no customer service education, and no skill what so ever of talking to customers.They don’t like their job, then stay home. Stop messing with paying customers money and time.I will NEVER RECOMMEND this CVS PHARMACY for any of their services and PRESCRIPTIONS.

Great service! We had passport photos taken here and were in and out in five minutes. CVS in store variety can't be beat and the quick service makes this CVS one of the better locations in the area.

Once again, this CVS dropped the ball. Last time I visited, an Rx they told was being prepared the day before had not been prepared (over 24 hours later)… This time, they didn’t honor a simple $2.50/off coupon - after wasting a half hour of my time debating it…

I really wish I could say something nice about CVS... Unfortunately I can't. Over 1 hour wait to get a required prescription. So tonight I had to make a choice, wait for medications that couldn't be delayed or vote. Unfortunately I didn't get to vote,..... First time in 30 years I didn't vote. Thanks CVS. I didn't want to move my prescriptions because the store is near my house but now you've given me no choice.

This pharmacy is a mess. If the drug is not in stock, good luck with having someone bother to call and let you know. They sleep on orders until you ask. They promise a date and won't honor it, nor let you know they can't get the medicine. You speak with someone on Thu, another on Fri, and another on Monday, and each one will tell you I don't know what happened! They don't talk to each other and certainly not talking to the patient to provide updates. Transferring all presentations to another pharmacy soon. Find another pharmacy where they respect their patients and recognize their job is not selling lipstick. We're talking about medicines here.

The cashier told me I needed a CVS card to shop there, which was a lie. He didn't tell me until after the transaction there was a $5 dollar recurring monthly charge. It was a huge hassle to cancel. I looked it up and staff get paid commission for new sign ups. This is a terrible policy, it incentivized them to lie to me. Cashier was dishonest and shows staff need better training and CVS needs to change their policies. I expect better from a drugstore that sells important medications to people.

Use the CVS Pharmacy for one time prescriptions. Have not bought health and beauty aids there in years. The pharmacy process really has not changed much from a customer perspective in years. It seems like more could be done to make that process easier and more customer friendly. Did have a COVID booster there and that was fine and I appreciated CVS's role in protecting the community.

I only really deal with the pharmacy here in managing my family's sometimes extensive medications. The pharmacy staff have always been professional, helpful, and friendly in helping me. It can be very slow sometimes, so it's best to aim for less busy times, if possible.

The CVS pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They over billed my prescription and insurance company by 2 months and have failed to give me my prescription count accurately. I don’t know how they think a 30 day supply count of eye drops at 3 times a day is going to last me 90 days? The pharmacy manager admitted that they overcharged me and that they couldn’t tell me who signed for my prescription - seriously? Thank god this is only for keeping my sight and not something that’s life saving because they clearly can’t handle it. This isn’t the first, second or third time this CVS has incorrectly handled pharmaceutical scripts and I would love a serious review because they’re obviously not up to being ethical pharmacists.

I don't want to attack the staff, my feeling is they do the best with what they have. That said this place and CVS is a CLOWN SHOW, since last year they have had issues with the photo department, first they can't process photos, that went on for months, now the camera to do passport photos is down. My biggest annoyance is their rewards program, it discriminates against people who chose not to give up their personal information and join their stupid cult of CVS Card holders.

Staff pushed me to sing in for some stupid discount when paying for my prescription.I keep getting spam calls from an automated system.Terrible marketing.Be careful, do not press yes to any of the messages you get when paying for anything at CVS.

I been going to Oakton CVS for over 10 years today was worst experience ever. I came in to pick up entresto a heart medicine. They gave me bill.....$1474....what? I told them I get this for $10 they said I only qualified for $400 off. I called my insurance the contact me with CVS trademark. They were very helpful but one hour had passed and come to find out pharmacist had my entresto information and it was actually $10. I was nice and calm and never was mean. I got my pills. Problem was at the end No one apologize to me about the situation. No one even acknowledge me. Was not a pleasant experience at all.

Pharmacy seems to struggle. Repeated calls that prescriptions are ready. Arrived during their reduced hours and prescriptions are often not there/available.

We have had a problem with their pharmacy saying they are refilling a prescription and for four consecutive months we get to the day its supposed to be ready and they say they don't have any in stock. When we show up (because we need it that day) it was sitting on the shelf and they give it to us. When we ask questions on the phone the person we talk to is rude and has hung up on us twice.

the worse, most unhelpful, sad group of people in the pharmacy you will ever see, I live right next to them but chose to take my prescription some where else due to their poor services, and this is not just one time it is most of the time over a 10 yrs period. I am a doctor, I know how pharmacist should treat people. I asked them once why such poor service and unhappiness ALL THE TIME, they said it was the bad pay and the long hours????

I've unfortunately made the mistake of being a repeat customer at their pharmacy for over 2 years. NOT once have they correctly carried out an order. They are under-staffed, apathetically incompetent. Often when you go to the pharmacy, you have a sick child or a medical issue that needs to be addressed and the fact that they add to the stress, lose your order, claim it's not ready despite leaving a vm that it is, etc makes the experience horrific and frustrating. Save yourself the headache and take your prescription elsewhere (as I will from now on.)

Waited on line to get a flu shot, but turns out they "don't have flu shots" despite all of the signs saying that they do. Overall, the service at this CVS is below par. I can never seem to get in and out quickly.
