Walmart ask me to leave a review so here goes. It was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. We had over $200 worth of food. Young man checked us out. we try to use our debit card in the card reader it locks it up. Then try out credit cards same thing then the young man says. “ it only works half the time”. We told the service desk that it should have a sign that said CASH ONLY or close it. They did nothing.

They have a lot of self checkout stands. Only 1 or 2 cashiers at busy times. I do not like to go shopping here if I have a lot of groceries. The idea that I get my items, I unload them, ring them up, bag them myself, load them in the car, and then into the house. I am exhausted after shopping. I think if I have to do all that work, Walmart needs to stop raising the dang prices on us.

Went to pick up my online order next thing I know the Wood Booger carried off the girl bringing out my yoo-hoos. Now I'm out 35 dollars worth of chocolate drink and my son is traumatized for life. Couldn't recommend more, great experience all around.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I’ve never encountered such awful, stuck up, and careless associates. This poor little old lady couldn’t figure out the electric scooters while an associate seen she was struggling and ignored her! Then she fell because the doors hit her! I had to go through 3 different associates to get help to her! I was told “I’m on lunch, go ask someone else” “go to customer service” no one seemed to care that she had fell! It was so sad and made me sick to see how this younger generation is. Walmart do better with your associates because this was absolutely unacceptable!

Walmart can be ok sometimes as on who working is the problem . But going to the pharmacy workers the lady that looks like a dude short hair old mean lady and all the other ones talk bad about me when I left the area. She didn't talk to me respectfully and didn't talk to me in a clam nice manner either old or not, you shouldn't do that no matter having a bad day or not.she is rude for not wanting to help a customer to find medicine when your 4 year old is sick. Her money more important then her customer that in the pick up and drop off area in the pharmacy in Norton VA Walmart it a bad idea to go on there.im NIT saying not everyone has to deal with her getting your medicine,but the old lady's that was waiting wasn't being respectful either in the line . I don't recommend this pharmacy at all. Food city and CVS pharmacy is the best place to go for help to found something. A beautiful and amazing female worker help me found what I need when I walk away and found better helper on the floor.with brown hair and she a amazing person and the guy that was working with her at 9 am this morning on help me so much. I appreciate them 2 a lot. Sadly I will never come back to Walmart over bad experiences I had while my kid is sick and they don't care .

Placed two online orders on 01/12/24. The pickup system at this location is horrible would have left a zero star. Two hours of sitting in a van with 3 children under the age of 6 with cold weather. Had at least 4 other vehicles park within minutes of them parking received their orders.While everyone else including myself was left sitting for hours waiting and some didn't even get their orders. They was told not tonight. The lady that placed the items in the trunk of van said over 30 cars was left in the system and left by herself to finish all of them. The other workers didn't bother to stay and help knowing how many was backed up. Would not recommend anyone to order pickup at the Norton, VA walmart.

Both of the bathrooms were "taking a break" but the Walmart was Walmart other than that and had an item that Pikeville Walmart didn't have.

listen, they are part of the plan. N.W.O. plan. go try to buy Coleman camp fuel there, or lamp oil, or oil lamp wicks, or survival supplies that they carried, pre- covid. you won't find these items anymore, .. it's a disaster

Don’t let Walmart change your oil. They take to long and they don’t change your filter even though you pay for it. The only reason I am giving them a 3 star review is cause the do have some pretty good deals.

Not a bad store. Basically what you would expect from a Walmart. Occasionally they do sell out of necessities rather quickly, however, it's usually back within a day or so. Not too crowded most days and normally quite clean. Additionally, they tend to have really good sales on women's clothing quite often ($1 - $5) and not just on the cheap stuff.

The store is generally tidy and clean. They do a great job of keeping most items in stock. If you come late at night you may as well forget about finding a cashier. They seem to only operate the self check out after a certain time at night.

Extremely clean, organized, and huge!!! There's so many options for all groceries and stuff pretty decent priced. The only issue I have is some of the employees can be very rude and for pick up orders, they'll throw stuff in the back of your car. Not all employees do that, but some do. It's rare to get a nice employee too. Not the friendliest walmart but definitely one of the biggest and cleanest!

I have had more than one problem from them from making 5 gallon paint color wrong which caused issues in time money. Was accused of stealing my money when I entered money to self service and also use my card they held me for 10 mins to look at film so they demote people at this one. But they also have nice people working just how your management handles had events which are caused by people they hired

I do not go into the store ever. I have stuff delivered but it's a simple easy way to get what I need. I do go pick up other family members things when they can't. Usually have everything I need. Never had problems with pick up! Usually really nice employees and fast on pick up orders

If only you had more electric scooters. I waited for one and then finally took a regular shopping cart and it really hurt my back to do so. Please, please invest in several more at least!

Even though it was the first day of the month, in an area filled with people that are either on welfare or social security, the shelves were not bare. This is uncommon in such an area. Everything I had went to the store for was available. However; as always, members of staff were on your heels and treating everyone around like thieves. I have never been to any other place of business that treats their customers like criminals! Most likely the very last time that my family or I enter the door of this particular Walmart (no matter how well stocked the shelves are)!

Associate in the garden center was very helpful. I checked myself out and got embarrassed when the lady watching the checkouts came running up when I was scanning my flowers that were all the same and says are those different? Like I was buying 40.00 plants and scanning them for the annuals price. Really! I finished ringing my things up and she stood there watching the whole time. Next time I won't be nice!

The food was cold, but they had burnt something and had the doors propped open to let the smoke out. The cold air cooled everything on the buffet. Staff were nice, and booths and chairs had been updated since the last time I was there.
