Helpful, friendly employees & managers make the buying process simple. They will haul heavy dog food to your car or truck if unable. Prices are comparable to anything within a 30-mile radius minimum. They are also quite knowledgeable about the other reptiles and mammals. We have bought our supplies at this location for a long while. 👍👍

My dogs love coming here and picking up a treat and toy. They also support local rescues which is awesome. My sweet kitty Gus was adopted from here, it was a great experience. I recommend visiting the cats inside the store and if you can making one apart of your family.

Do NOT BUY from the common boxes!! Their treats have BUGS and MAGGOTS!!! ALL the treats I got from their open boxes had bugs (Only one pictured sorry, I couldn’t take it)! I can’t believe they don’t take better care of their treats for our beloved pets.

I took my Aussiedoodle here for his first groom and wasn't very impressed. None of the hair around his face or head was touched or his paws. I paid $60 for a trim I could have done at home. He did smell good but I had to trim his face myself once I got him home, his hair was growing over his eyes. The groomer said he "didn't like" having his face trimmed but he let me do it with no issue. He did smell good, so not sure if she was just in a hurry but I will be trying a new groomer for his next haircut.

Absolutely beautiful. We called ahead to see if there were any cats for adoption and they were beyond helpful over the phone as we're looking to adopt as soon as possible. We found our forever kitty and applied on the spit in store. The cashier (I believe?) Was beyond sweet and patient with me as I tried to decide which animal bonded best with my needs.

I’ve taken my dog to the Petsense groom shop since it opened, but no more. Lost all their experienced groomers and the ones left couldn’t handle my small dog. Had to call me to come pick him up and suggested he needed a vet visit. He was only nervous. Terrible experience and all should be aware before taking their animals here. Kindness and compassion go a long way.

My daughter bought a lizard. Just about all of the info she was given about the pet was way off. Wrong even. So if you go Google your questions dont depend on the staff. Apparently they dont know. Good luck. Other than that great store and friendly staff. Just not informed staff.

Good selection of dog/cat food. Prices a little on the high side.Take my 2 dogs for the bath special they run on Sundays. They do not brush mine as well as they need to be. Both of them are long haired and shed alot.

I go here to get my kids betta fishs and to get my fur baby groomed very great respectful professional staff very clean. They make you feel so welcome.! I do recommend this place I give it a 10star.!

I enjoy coming to Petsense, although its changed since last time I was in there and the products were all switched around on me lol. Definitely didn't find rabbit food in the new dog food section ☺ My only issue is it would be nicer if there was a little more for rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and chinchillas because there was not much to choose from and had to sadly go to Food City for bedding and pellet and tbh I don't care for getting animal food or things at a grocery store, plus not a good selection of toys for listed animals either more for cats then even dogs tbh. Loved that the geckos were not on vacation this time too I finally got to see them for the first time since I been shopping here. Love the associates thou their always helpful and kind and informative.

They where remodeling when we where there it is a nice store and very freaindly workers but we bought a basking light for a bearded dragon for 12.98 then we went to Walmart just on the other side of the street and they had the same product for 6.95 and that sucks I'd rather buy local and help a small business but when there is such a difference in price you can't help wanting to save the money it's over half the price and I hate Walmart but you are saving so much more We did buy the one from petsense but won't again you have to be competitive if it was just a dollar or two it would of made a difference

Overall, my experiences at Petsense have been great. It has a good selection of pet supplies, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It also devotes space to cats that can be adopted and sponsors adoption days so that local rescues can bring dogs who need homes.

My dog does so good being groomed here (Mika- Siberian Husky). But it's a little more expensive. 83$ to groom your dog is rough.

Called ahead because our dogs are all small Chiweenies and a Miniature Chihuahua with small little mouths and tiny teeth. They got us a Big bag, biggest bag Purina makes in the ONE,SMALL BITES. Then my wife had coupons they accepted and had no problems. Also gave us a discount on Purina ProPlan wet food.They carried it all out to the car for her as we're both disabled anyway.Great friendly bunch of people and they price match to beat anyone's prices. They will not be beat.Thanks y'all so much

The screening process for getting a kitten from here is invasive. Plain and simple. If you're not ready for a person to tour your house, look at your Facebook page, and call people who are not related to you for references, look on craigslist. If you just want some pet items, they do have a wide range. However the majority of it is overpriced.
