The CVS itself isn't too bad. My issue is with the pharmacy associates. I was told "we don't discount that medication" which doesn't make sense as the next person I spoke with told me about the discount on said med. The first one I spoke with also said "I'll have to pull her whole profile up to see what was ordered". Like isn't that your job? Last but not least, I called back for an update after discounts (which were applied by the second person I spoke with), immediately cut off as I spoke, once again with the first person, and said "Yeah, it's XXX - amount." Like thanks, but if you don't wanna do your job, just quit.

Always have to wait forever at the window, employees too busy joking and gossiping to come to the window even when they make eye contact and clearly see you sitting there. Once they get to the window, usually rude and there always seems to be an issue. Please count your medication before you pull out - they gave me the wrong quantity and acknowledged it after I brought it to their attention but refused to correct it since I had already left.

We have never been treated so rudely as we just were in CVS. For a manager to allow a so called Associate to yell at and disrespect customers right in front of her and not do anything is ridiculous! If you can't handle a issue without yelling then you don't need to work in customer service and if you are a manager and you can't handle your associates or any issue without starting to cry then that's not the role for you!

This place is liike every other CVS. Lots of everyday product that is needed. Professional service from the Pharmacy. Professional service in the store from the sales associates. Great place to shop and pickup prescriptions.

The people working in the pharmacy are always too concerned with their own conversations and eating food to assist customers in a timely manner. Then the head pharmacist couldn’t even make the effort to walk over to the counter to see what I needed after I stood there for 10 minutes without even being greeted, instead she yelled from across the pharmacy asking what my date of birth was then got irritated when I couldn’t yell back because my throat is raw from strep. Every time I’ve been in there to pick up medicine they act like I’m the biggest burden to their workday. Trust me, if I could go somewhere else, I would. Unfortunately this pharmacy is the most convenient one for me to go to.

Completely ridiculous wait time!!! My son is very sick with the flu and I've been waiting nearly an hour for his medicine! Virtually no pharmacy customers ahead of me. How long can it take to count out some pills?!! I thought since this is a much less visited pharmacy it would be quicker. Boy was I wrong. As busy as Walmart is you never have to wait this long.

I am just totally in shock! On Monday I contacted them to ask if they could fill my prescription, since I have moved from Jonesville to Norton and the lady told me she could not give me that kind of information oh, I would have to come there with my prescription. I explained to her that it is 60 miles for me to drive to not have to go through this, if she could just please tell me if they are accepting patients with prescriptions for the medications I need. Again oh, the same answer she previously gave me, and let me tell you she was pretty snooty! So, in the afternoon I get there with my prescription! Pharmacist informs me that they only have the generic available which I cannot have and that I would have to wait until Thursday. Reluctantly, after asking him the details again and him confirming that they only have the generic there, I agree to wait until Thursday. Thursday early evening arrives and I called them and m informed that the pharmacist accidentally ordered the generic version of my medication for me and that I cannot have the generic version, which is what he told me originally on Monday anyhow! The medication I get to me is a matter of life and death! I cannot abruptly stop using my medication and any pharmacist knows! So now they offer me I can just get my prescription back but I still don't know where I can fill unless I drive 60 miles. I ask them, when they would have my prescription and she said maybe tomorrow. What ? Maybe? What on Earth is this here? I know- I'm an addict, I use Suboxone- you have absolutely no right to do this so me, no matter who and what I am and how you may feel about it! You are playing God with me and my children, my time clean! I wouldn't wish the withdrawal pain on anyone!I'm not just a junkie anymore and you will not get by with allowing such terrible mistakes just because I am an addict! I am trying to better my life, I have not used drugs in such a long time, but what if I can't take the withdrawal anymore? You ask me if I don't have enough to cover? Hello????? Look at my script - they don't give you extras just in case you try to get your script filled at a pharmacy who thinks they can do this to certain people!!!I'm in shock and disgusted by their lack of care and responsibility and will report this left, right, up and down until they comprehend that their paychecks are a high enough to take their personal sentiments toward addicts and stick them where the sun doesn't shine!

So I had to wait for prior approval on my insurance and pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. Then I looked all over until I found a discount service called goodrx and tried to use it as well and they specifically chose not to honor the coupon just so they could have more.money so here I am again paying them out of pocket. This will be the last time. I know of other pharmacies that actually will work with me and care. Terrrrrible service

Can't ever get them to answer phones, my prescription was sent in yesterday and while my fiance waited for 10 minutes outside the drive thru no one came to the window he had to honk. They didn't have it ready even since the prescription was sent in yesterday, they act rude and snooty like me being there is such a disadvantage, I will be switching pharmacies

Took a COVID-19 test on Oct 8. Was told the results would be available in 2-3 days, which is also heavily advertised as the turnaround time. I have called multiple times and can't get any information and I'm on day 5 of waiting. I would NOT recommend getting tested here, go to the health department or Weber City Pharmacy.
