After passing by this hidden Gem, my GF and I decided to drop in. We came to discover that Pollys Folly is a quaint Apothecary and eatery. Wine, beer, soap, dairy and many other items from local farms and aviary's. Our sandwiches were delish. Breakfast items, hamburgers and select quiches and deserts. The service was a friendly as the inviting atmosphere. cant recommend this place enough, please come in and enjoy. Be prepared to meet and talk with locals.

Stopped for a quick breakfast on the way out of Wintergreen- DELICIOUS food. I had the open faced breakfast sandwich and my boyfriend had the burrito. We also picked up some bakery goods and an amazing loaf of sourdough bread to take home.

After a long drive from our house we were looking for food. Found this hidden gem just down the street from our Airbnb. The food is amazing. My husband ordered the BLT and I ordered the Brooklyn Cuban sandwich and boy it took me back to my days living in Key West FL where you can get a true Cuban sandwich. We will definitely come back.

They have excellent sandwiches. It feels like biting into a really great homemade sandwich. Polly herself is a really standup lady and all the bits and bobs they have around the store are neat. They have some very good local wines for purchase along with some other culinary goodies around CVille. Absolutely stop in and grab a bite, you'll love it!

I had not been there since they renamed the business. Apparently the former owner sold or died. I had such a good experience during my few minutes of looking around that I plan to go back as soon as I can and have their all day breakfast! The food looked delicious.

Super tasty food, lovely staff, clean and cozy restaurant with local artists' pieces, and a great drinks selection! Highly recommend this place and grateful to be so close to it :) They also have local groceries like eggs, milk, and dips from the nearby farm. Definitely check out this hidden gem!P.S. Highly recommend their breakfast burritos, they are absolutely out of this world, so are their quiches and sandwiches!

Delicious grass-fed bacon cheeseburger sourced from local farms. Organic free range eggs, local honey, MarieBette bread and pasteries, local arts and crafts, and friendly service. Delightful!

I travel for work and love finding small privately owned stores and restaurants, and I’ve got to say that after spending time in 38 states this one is hands down without a shadow of a doubt my favorite. Over the course of a couple weeks my co-workers and I must have tried every item on the menu and none of us ever left the table less than 100% satisfied. If it was possible to give more stars than 5 I absolutely would. Mike and his staff are incredible, and they really make you feel appreciated. Whether you’re passing through or sticking around for a while I highly recommend you make a pit stop for a delicious lunch and a maybe a little locally sourced goods shopping. Best of luck to Polly’s Folly and I can only hope I get the chance to stop again someday!

On our way to Walton's Mountian and was looking for a place to eat. Saw a firetruck parked on the side of the road. Realized it was a little quaint place to eat. If the firemen are eating there then you know it is good. Went up the road and turned around. Best darn decision we made. The food and atmosphere was awesome!!! Everything is made to order and fresh. Loved this place. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stop!!!!

Went to Polly’s Folly for the first time today! The place is awesome! Mike made me the best burger I have had in a long time. Their pricing is more than reasonable. Mike and his brother Rob took time out to talk with me. I was headed to Pippin Hill Fatm. I told the staff there how great it was and they agreed, they all visit Polly’s Folly on the way to work! So glad I stopped by! Will visit again!

My wife and I were Traveling South back to NC. Had opportunity to get sandwiches here. I got the Myles sandwich, the first bite blew me out of the water! Best sandwich I ever had. Looking forward to the next one. This place is well worth it!

Super friendly service. The burger and mac n cheese is fantastic. I'll get it every time I drive by and something new till I've tried it all. Also had a scratch made breakfast sausage biscuit and it was just as good. Can't wait to go back! Make sure you don't need your phone. It's in the dead spot, but it's nice to just browse and disconnect for a few minutes in the shop full of local art and woodworking, etc.

If u like local art, spices, wine, beer, hand made tasty food this is the place. They have a small take out restaurant. Best Black bean soup I've ever tasted. It's a hidden gem along the 29 Expressway South of Charlottesville. Easy to miss because it looks like a house but it's labeled. Plus Google GPS can get ya there. Worth supporting!

Polly's Folly is great. Their food is cooked with ingredients that are clearly fresh. They have the best burger on 29 South of Charlottesville - will spare the extended explanation but the meat is clearly locally sourced etc etc etc. With the additional side parking, the building is a lot more accessible and safer to leave. I am beginning to wonder if they will offer a meal plan. Their store is stocked too, local spice shop represented. Wine represented. Crafts are well priced and of quality. Nuff said!

Polly's Folly has a great selection of eggs, meats, cheeses, beers, ciders, wines and crafts from local producers and artists. I'm all about the "The Sandwich Formally Known as Myles", but everything on the menu is really good. Its a great place to stop for breakfast on the way in to town, or lunch during the day. When you support Polly you're supporting the whole community!

A really good cheese burger (they have other much fancier options also). They also sell a wide selection of goods like hard cider, wines and handmade crafts, many made super local (super local - meaning they were created by folks living within a few miles of the store, not normal retail local which can mean anything including in state).
