Terrible, everything was locked up. No boxers for the kid tonight. Lol the ppl with key to the men's boxers, wyf beaters, etc were held by the fitting room dept and that dept had a sign saying be back after 12....lol they close at 11 I thinkThat was one night. And I'm keep it 💯 with you. They never have cart for ppl who need assistance.

Two-star review, because you always have massive empty spots in your store and almost no cashiers. Every time I go, there is always something I cannot get because you are out of stock, almost like people steal there constantly. Even on my one-item shopping lists you would be out of stock, rendering my time and trip wasted. Get more cashiers, you have the registers so leaving them empty does you no good, especially when the self-checkout lines have stretched all the way to the produce section (way too long). From this point on, I will drive the extra distance to go to a cleaner, more organized, well stocked Wal-Mart.The second star is only because there have been a few times I needed something at the last second and you just so happen to have it.

As a disabled veteran, I need an electric car to shop. I often have to wait up to an hour because there are none available. I don't have this problem at any other stores.

The shelves are always stocked and it’s clean. The downfall are not many of the carts actually work and the haggling/hassling in the parking lot. The staff are nice.

3.7 stars for this place is a lie.Most of the 5 star reviews are people who are actually trashing the place but are too dumb or old to realize how the ranking system or technology works.The other 5 star reviews that say “nice and clean as usual,” please take a look at their profile picture. Hint: they are probably a friend of an employee whose manager asked them to ask their friends to put a review on Google when this score get below 3 stars, and I’ll just go ahead and say the employee base here look similar. Take that info as you will.Gave 2 starts instead of 1 because the auto people actually did right by me a couple months ago.

I ordered a cake and picked it up yesterday before the birthday dinner planned for my daughter. Get home, look at it and it's damaged. Should of looked at the store but was behind schedule so was in a hurry. Have never had a problem before. On the way home something was telling me I should of looked too. A quarter of the cake had split and leaning on the side of the container it was in. Along with the decorations. I tried to talk to customer service but every time I went to chat it said I can't chat after saying why I wanted to chat. I went to do a return and it said I can get a refund. That's it's nice but I wanted a remake of the cake instead. This was gonna be a nice special surprise. I didn't even bring the cake to the birthday dinner and just bought some cupcakes on the way. So so disappointed that whoever did the cake couldn't manage to keep it from getting damaged. It's like the cake was coming apart and they just decided to decorate it anyway instead of making another cake. I thought the bakery department was better than this. Will just have to go somewhere else from now on, since Walmart bakery employees don't care about the work and that we pay for it. I would have much preferred a remake over a refund. 😟 😒

I came to Walmart around 8am and asked to try on 4 pieces of clothing I needed for work. Unfortunately, I was told by an associate that the fitting room does open until 9am. Why does the associate in the clothing area not have the key. Around 9:10 someone finally arrive with the key.

They like to harass you about your receipt and if you do stop and show it to them they act like you have stolen something if you don't have it in a bag I'd give less stars but they have what I need and the prices are fair.

This Walmart is a mess! I was in there last week in the lighting was dingy in the floors were shining but everything was moved around. The staff in here is horrible and useless in general. This is the worst Walmart supercenter I've ever been in!

They're locking up toothbrushes and underwear, and then you can't find anyone to open the lock. Never any checkout lines open, and a lot of times the big self checkout lines are closed. I hate shopping here, sometimes I have no choice.

standing in line now for 25min. Seems like every time I come here the cashiers are slow. Every lane is this way. Update. Almost a yr later and still only 1 person in checkout at 8pm when the store is PACKED. Horriable. Horrible Walmart compared to many others I have shopped at. Self checkout is packed. And lane 6 is the only one open. Trash.

Over a 20 minute wait to check out.That was self checkout.Only 3 opened staffed checkouts open, so even longer wait there.I avoid going to the store at all costs lately.I will use Walmart delivery as often as I can

Most unreliable Walmart in history. They will mess up your plans. The photo center lady shows up whenever she wants, in addition, she leaves work early when ever she shows up. Obviously there is no longer a one hour service; you need to remove that from your website. I am utterly disappointed.

They never answer the phone. They put you on hold for a half hour while you just listen to ringing no matter what department you try calling. Tried calling the electronics department multiple times to see if they had a product before I even went there and no one answered. It got to the point where they were just hanging up the phone every single time on me. Absolutely the worst customer service in the world.

Ok! But they always have computers on Clearence but they never have anything in stocks. What good are they if they advertise in store items but every week the truck comes in, Nothing cones in!!!! Walmart need to do better than they are doing. The long lines are incredibly exhausting then you have No in stocks items. This makes 2 months the same computers are on CLEARANCE but nothing is in Stock.

I am up here shopping and just looking around and realize Halloween stuff is out and look for help to find the item in question i find tamara hope i spelt that right. Any way she drops everything and helps me find some that can help and together they do there best to help me Tamara and Denise were very helpful i got so excited i accidently popped one of the hooks out of place im sorry wal-mart team! You all were awesome to me. Very helpful and nice price's

Walmart why....why is this bread still on the shelf today, it expired around Thanksgiving? After mentioning it to the store, and nothing has been done about it the past few weeks, enough is enough it’s 2018 throw it away already. Restock some new Organic bread so I can complete my list from one walmart instead of driving to multiple. Whenever I visit Norfolk I’d like to have good memorable moments like seeing this fancy new walmart minus the moldy bread. This will be a topic at my San Diego Walmart when I return home, thanking them for staying on top of their job, caring about the quality of fresh food, and the customers. SMH the customer service at this Walmart is No Bueno😒

I usually do the grocery pickup since my mobility is limited til I have my surgery. This option is a blessing and a curse. Yes its a big help not having to push a heavy cart in the store. In it was getting much to cumbersome to use the cart that doesn't hold much and trying to get things off the higher shelves. But at the same the fruits and vegetables you would get ...smh ... Most of time be prepared to head back to the store! By the time you cut a away the bad part you may have enough for at least one serving! Of course there has been times not even that! On the few rare occasions I received large fresh fruits and veggies that looked I picked out myself i wished i could request that person to pick my order all the time!!! And the others to never touch my order again. Especially the one that gave me moldy strawberries! Money wasted because the app doesn't allow you to do returns all the time.
