Very dirty and unclean store, especially the floor. Dimly lit, very limited selection of grocery and health/beauty items, as well as massive lines for the checkouts-lines going to the very back of the store.

Front end manager Christina falsely reported me for stealing. And for her putting her hands in my face as well as having an aggressive tone is assault. I tried to tell her how her hands on my face made me feel but she said I can’t tell her anything. A police report will be filed as well as a defamation of character suit. I will try to de-escalate the situation by speaking to the store manager but until then that’s what occurred. And it was all recorded.

This place is set up for convenience. Normally it is well stocked. There is always a shopping cart waiting for the customer at the door. There is one flaw in the system . The Girl who stocks the candy aisle while you're at the register ,she may not have the consumer's best interest at heart but her own pocket.

The meat department is ALARMING! It was beyond gross. Old chicken sitting on disgusting shelves collecting in its own pink fluids. the beef was different colors. nothing was clean or taken care of. Very VERY neglected. Please beware, they are a significant threat to the local community as far as food safety. I have reported them to the Norfolk Health Department in hopes this is forced to be fixed. Obviously, management is not capable of managing their own.

This store needs to be shut down, they’re ALWAYS under staffed.. The Customer Service Center is rarely ever open.. Whoever runs this store needs to be demoted to a cashier or something. Oh and online shopping for pick up S*cks… I waited 45 for my groceries to come out and they never came out. Had to leave because I was on my lunch break. I do feel bad I only seen one young lady working. I called whoever picked up talked to me like we were friends NOTHING was professional about the experience. I ended up leaving my groceries because I was on my lunch break and had already went over on my break waiting.. Hopefully when I go back they didn’t put my grocery back… But this is one of THE WORST GHETTO RAN WALMART EVER.They don’t even deserve a star!

I called this location due to my pick-up order being delayed. When someone finally answered the phone at 5:40pm in customer service the lady was very rude. She proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t have ordered grocery pick-up at neighborhood Walmart and should’ve ordered from a Supercenter… not sure what that has to do with anything being that the option is available online. She proceeded to tell me she is one of the managers there… which I found surprising due to the lack of professionalism and how she couldn’t articulate herself properly, she was really unhelpful and hung up on me. I would like the General Manager Alex to reach out to me to get to the bottom of this.

Last Saturday(15OCT22) at around 6pm I went into Walmart to buy a bunch of ingredients for a new recipe I was trying and was struggling to find the Rosemary in the spices isle. Thankfully Lou was there and helped me find that very ingredient! Haha, it was right in front of us 😅 Not only was she very helpful but also very kind and had a great positive attitude! Walmart is lucky to have a great work like Lou! Hope nothing but the best for her!

The absolute worst Walmart experience, thus far. My mother is disabled so I setup to have groceries and essential items delivered to her from this Walmart. I am in the military stationed in California so I am unable to personally grocery shop for her. Shopping at this Walmart has turned out to be a complete nightmare. It was first stated to me that the groceries would be delivered between 5-6 pm; no one every showed up, called... nothing. I reached out to Walmart Corporate Customer Service and they reassured me that someone would deliver the following day between 1-2 pm. The following day arrived and no one showed... AGAIN ! I was able to reach the store personnel this time, only to hear that my order wasn't ready the previous day when the driver came so he left... what type of excuse is that?!! They unprofessionally said, "My bad, the order is ready now but I don't know when a driver will be able to deliver." It has now been 48 hours , no delivery... only excuses. My mother is blind and disabled patiently waiting for her groceries and essential items. I will highly not recommend this Walmart to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional!

I don’t even know where to begin. This is a review for the delivery service.I placed my order today to have my groceries delivered between 4-5pm and my groceries didn’t start driving out until after that time. I’m glad I didn’t waste money to pay for express because I probably wouldn’t have received them in time. This is a small issue I had with them. My next issue came when I checked my app at 5:40 and it stated my groceries were delivered. I put that I would like to have them signed so I thought there must be a mistake. It turns out my groceries weren’t delivered to my door so I called with no response for another 15 minutes. After having no success with that I then went on to chat and was told that it looks like I received and signed for the order. The driver’s name is Eugene and apparently he gave my entire order $200 to SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! The chat agent said there was nothing she could so I would need to contact my bank. I called Walmart at this location and had to contact Pharmacy and someone finally answered the phone. The gentlemen I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the groceries direct line. A lady picked up and investigated and told me the same thing. Basically there’s nothing she could do, it’s out of her hands. I was shocked and honestly in disbelief. Someone stole and signed my name and I’m without groceries. I called 1-800 and the gentlemen name Jalal was helpful and reassuring however it’s above is threshold so he couldn’t help. Here I am now out of $200 and I’m waiting for them to tell me if I will get my money back or not as if I’m wrong. This is crazy to me and I have no way to file a complaint my against Eugene.If you’re ordering delivery from this place just beware that you may not get your groceries at all because there’s no type of security. Eugene left my groceries with someone and my name and information is on the papers and I feel exposed. I will never shop at this location EVER again and I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever shop at any Walmart delivery or pick up again. The best thing is to go in and do your own shopping.Btw: Pick up can be slow as well and forget items so make sure to check your orders with that too.

I have never in my life dealt with an more unorganized, unprofessional, delayed store in my life. The service here is unacceptable. My order was being prepared for pick at 8 this morning now mind you pick up time was from 9am-10am and here it is after 11am and still no order prepared.. This Walmart need to hire people that's gonna actually work and not just want a paycheck or try to use the weather and not really be flooded in. The managers need to check the areas of their employees residents and can see that they're lying about the weather is keeping then from getting to work.The people in this store are a disgrace to the Walmart Company name. Close this store or rehire a brand new team!!

On Christmas Eve the store hours are posted as 6am to 6pm a two employees are standing at the exit doors blocking customers from exiting shouting out to incoming customers that the store is closed. It was 5:20pm. They still had 40 minutes to go. What a way to go to treat their customers. Doesn’t make me want to come back to this location. Apparently they don’t want anyone’s business.

This is my least favorite Walmart. The only one I've been to that limits self check out to 20 items or less, then only opens one checkout for anything more than 20 items and that one line can take years to get through. I hate it there.

The curbside pick-up staff are always friendly and pleasant.I would give this place 4 stars but the last 3 curbside pickups have been extremely late. Most of the time I arrange my day and work schedule around the grocery curbside pickup. Today I even took off of work and it was over 2 hrs delayed.I will potentially be looking for a new curbside pickup grocery store due to this. 😞

It was a nice experience. Going to a neighborhood Walmart is different because I don't have one of those in the Davenport/Kissimmee area that I live in. It is nice to see one like this in the neighborhood of Norfolk Virginia

Some of the rudest service associate's I've ever dealt with. I asked the young lady a simple question about how to use the self checkout and she started talking to me like I was really irritating here. Mind you I never use it but I was in a hurry that day. I will never go back there again.

They are always friendly and quick to help. Parking lot and store is always clean. A lot of issues with the scan n go section not working properly tho. They use to be open 24 hours which worked for me and my late night work schedule. Now they close before I get off work and lines are too long during the late afternoon hours.
