Some of these managers need to work on their management skills. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work on this place, the managers have a certain level of integrity, not well with their communication, rules are not always consistent or being applied. So if you try to work here, wish you the best of luck and watch for the HR, the worse of them all

Much cleaner and better organized than the Princess Anne Rd. location. Selection of of food and health/beauty items is a little bit better, but not much.

Waited ten days for them to fill a prescription, then I come in and they tell me to wait 20 minutes ,then theyvtext me and it's ready, bit the line is 12 people long now, usually when they do that I don't have to wait in line again ???!!@@!!!!! Perplexed and gave me ANXIETY,,which is the mess I needed, guess I need to find a more reliable pharmacy. This happens every time I come here.

I was not impressed. The store is disorganized. The meats were not too choice. There was one lane open with cashier. The rest were self checking. I could not find an employee to question location of something. Another customer was thankfully willing to help. Stating "no one actually WORKS here" Again not impressed.

Friendly staff, clean store. The 20 items or less for the self checkout is annoying when there is usually only one or two checkout lanes open, always with long lines.

Ordered groceries for pickup but all the spots were taken and over half of them were taken by people who were inside shopping, not there for pickup. Waited in another spot for awhile and watched a woman walk out with a full shopping cart. Tried to talk to an employee about it but they seemed to not really care. I made a comment about the woman leaving their cart in the parking spot and the employee responded, "well we have a designated person to get carts, so."

I actually visited the Romantic kingdom outside of the Walmart neighborhood market! I had more fun in there looking at all the interesting costumes play things and novelties... I forgot to get groceries!This time I did visit Walmart... Neighborhood market... My grocery bill doubled. Can't be sure if it's where I shopped or inflation... But it is exactly 200% of what it used to be... 109. compared to 218.

This location is generally clean and decently stocked most times, but the fresh produce is very iffy.The checkout process can be annoying. There are maybe one lane open with cashiers, sometimes two, but the speed of which the lines move are very slow. Self checkout is for 20 items or less and you have to wait until the attendee allows you to come in. That would be fine and all if they didn’t always try to turn you away if you have 12-20 items. They don’t count your stuff, just eyeball it and tell you you cannot enter because it’s “20 items or less” and they assume you have more than that most times. The other annoying aspect is, this Walmart never has the wireless scanners at self checkout, so good luck when you have big items like the bigger cases of water or whatnot. It’s beyond inconvenient having to lift large items to scan versus being able to leave them in your cart and using the scan gun to just do so.

This is effectively a grocery store. They have all the groceries you can think of, the quantities on the shelf are less than a supercenter but quality seems to be on point if not better than a regular grocery store. They have a very small section for each other discipline. The health and beauty section is about half the size of a supercenter. They have all the normal things you can think of but those specialty items that the supercenter would have you would not find here. You can do curbside pickup as well.This is the first time I've been to this location and I have been to several other neighborhood market Walmarts and they have not been as nice.

It was a nice experience. As quick as they were loading shelves ppl were grabbing. The lines were long. My cashier was a young man in management. I saw his attire and had to ask, Are you a new employee? He said , no mam I'm normally in the office. I thought it was nice to see him caring about the customers time..

Went to the pharmacy at this location to pick up my prescription and they gave me the price I told the cashier I had a good RX discount code which would save me an additional 20 dollars for my prescription she proceeded to tell me that she was already using a good RX discount and they are not contracted with good RX and refused to use my discount code I will transfer all mine and my wife's prescriptions to Costco now Walmart does not care about their customers just the money already being the richest family in America lost the direction the Walmart stores was founded on by Sam Walton.

I used to love shopping at this location but of late, it's really declining. They stock shelves all day long and have multiple stockers cluttering the rows and often block your passage. They don't ever speak to you even if you're obviously looking for something you can't find. Which brings up the next thing....last 4 visits, I go up for a few items, most of which aren't in stock. Took 2 weeks to get organic eggs. Milo Tea constantly out. Then of course, not sure if they have a theft problem but they have you come in to the right, and out through the left if you're facing the store. You are constantly crossing streams with people leaving when you're coming and with people coming when you're leaving. Counter intuitive and not ergonomic at all.Food Lion right up the road is more expensive, but none of these issues exist there.

They are understaffed. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. They can't even print out a barcode on chicken. I asked to speak to a manager. Instead I got I other 4 employees and no manager. I couldn't go to customer service. I found out they actually don't have anyone working customer service. Literally they don't have anyone running front end. All they had to do was either look it up manually or put a new sticker on it. After 30 mins of the run around. I went and bought another brand for more money with a legit barcode. Worst store ever

After a long day of driving, approximately 6 hours, we stopped here to pick up a few things for the weekend. The staff was wonderful. One gentleman employee asked us if we needed any help and if we could find everything okay. Very nice experience. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and they rotisserie chicken was wonderful.

Their pick up took so long I might as well go in and shop. I thought there commercial were true on fast service for the pick up. Btw order was ready at 7:30pm didn’t get it till 9:30pm. :(

While this market is convenient as far as location, I can never go there because their RIDING CARTS are ALWAYS broke down! I'm disabled and can not walk very far so I have to utilize them when a store has them. But why the heck can't Walmart afford decent, working carts???

Loved it! Extremely clean, great prices, friendly staff! No long wait in lines, also plenty of cash yourself spaces! It is very cold in there ,I would suggest bringing a sweater.

Always a great experience. Employees have been very helpful. For example, an employee named Gabrielle really helped me by doing some price checking - with a good attitude and quick response even though he was busy (I had no intention to rush anyone, he just immediately helped). I have a few other examples like that, though not as clearly remembered.

Today I left this store frustrated because the employee watching the self checkout doesn’t know how to read receipts. She said we didn’t scan items that we clearly scanned. She told us they didn’t show up. So we rescanned items and then noticed she was wrong. She was wrong 3 times. There are 3 voids on our receipt due to her ignorance. I’m glad this is not my usual store. I will not be returning to this location.This woman needs additional training or another job.It’s bad enough that customers are forced to checkout their own groceries. Now customers are being hounded to scan items twice. This associate didn’t know that GV BAC stands for great value bacon.NECKBONES is clearly spelled out. There is no excuse.I was charged twice for bacon. She gave us credit for gluten free cookies instead of the bacon. Luckily for us, cookies cost more than bacon.Train your employees better.

Went there this morning around 7am, first thing went to the meat section there was two roast packs that were spoiled, I had to bring it to the stockers attention. Second the stockers were all in the way hard to shop. Third there was no registers open no choice but to use the self ck out lane; honestly hate using the self ck out one I dont get paid from Walmart or any incentives to use the self ck; but worse the older women who works that always cms and watches over ur shoulder like everyone is a theif, this morning I was the only one over there when her she cm like clock wk to stand over my shoulder. I said to her why are u standing over me watching everything Iam ringing up I am not a thief and dont appreciate being treated like one. Her response was u are the only one over here. I told her if she didnt move I was leaving and would never shop here again. I told her it is very offensive to have her watching over ur shoulder like ur a thief. She said if I wanted to watch u I could on this device that she held up looking like a ph.(Really walmart is that how u treat ur customers) And Last I thought Walmart was suppose to be cheaper than anyone else but the prices are just as much as any where else or more. I guess Walmart doesnt think the customers are paying attention.

This is my go-to sometimes! They don't have everything. I just do without! They don't do money orders because that machine never works. The fried chicken is whack! I mean, Harris Teeter has really bad fried chicken, at least they're trying. Walmart tries and still gets it wrong. I don't go here unless I absolutely have to.

They wait until you get in line at the self checkout line then tell you that it is 20 items or less. Then you've wasted your time in line and now have to go to another line which takes three times as long because they are so slow. If they're going to hinder you from using the self checkout lines then they need to open more registers. I was literally standing there at the self checkout looking at three empty registers and get told to go to another line. There are no signs telling you anything about this made up rule.

While the bakery items are pre made Walmart does everything within reason to ensure it's freshness. Nice variety of goodies. That vanilla iced donut is my personal favorite.
