Update: Tried to schedule appointment for grooming for my girls and employee calls me back, I missed her call and called back and she was rude and left me on hold. I held for 7 minutes and when she didn't come back I hung up. No callback...... unprofessional.Great place with a cool set up. Lots of treats and clothing for your pets. Employee was nice and took my corgi in and we got her nails done, teeth brushed and we also walked out with some treats.

Took my pup here for the first time to get a groom after having bad experiences at other groomers. SO happy with the exceptional care and detail that was put into the groom of my girl! Brittany was our groomer and made my pup look and smell amazing :)

I’ve been taking my puppy to The Pawlor since November 2022 and my puppy Kingsley love it there. He gets to build confidence and socialize with other dogs. At first he wouldn’t want me to leave him but, now he runs to the staff which everyone knows his name. Also being a black owned business it’s only right to support this business. It’s soooo affordable!!! They only use organic ingredients in all of the treats. It’s always cool to receive videos/pictures from the staff about his day. The whole staff is well trained and keep the facility clean and safe. I can’t say it enough!!!! Thanks a billion! Kingsley Dad

Great place to leave your dog. I have a senior dog and she always seems so refreshed after her stay with them. The place is clean and quiet and the have an shop in the front full of cute things to buy for your dog. Love the energy of the place and the staff.

Wow! This place is great! I took my little mixed breed dog in for a grooming. He was a mess! They made him look like a new dog. They have so many cute outfits, leashes, etc. They also gave us a little bag of gourmet treats which Russell really enjoyed! The dogs in the daycare area looked like they were having a great time.

I 👏🏾 THANK👏🏾 GOD 👏🏾 FOR MY BROTHER AND FRIEND QUINCY BROWN!! I have always loved dogs, just HIGHLY afraid of them!! My Leaders know...I still have to pick up my heart and nerves from their house!! 😂🤣 But Quincy introduced me to this BEAUTIFUL, classy, bougie, fluffy, and now SPOILED baby poodle here!! He coached us SO WELL and so today on how to care for and love our baby. I want to shout out his establishment, The Pawlor!! First off, when I walked in, I felt like I was boogie!! I felt like I needed a glass of wine!! I felt like I was a REAL DOGGIE MOMMY!! OMG!! The staff is SOOOOOOOO welcoming and gave eye contact!! The decor yall!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES!! AND THEN THE DOGGY CLOTHES!!! O...M...G!!!! The Pawlor makes it difficult to walk out without anything!! Chanel was in The Pawlor for doggies *Father Help Me* The groomer was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! She made me feel that my new baby was going to be safe in her care!! Now, I did cry when I left, though!! ONLY BECAUSE she was like Ummmmm, are you leaving yet!! 🤣😂🤣😂 I was gone stay yall but she was like, sis, NO!! I called Quincy, and he was like, calm down, she's safe. BUT do in my heart, I knew she was because my spirit felt peace and safety. I just didn't realize how much I loved my Bella. I thank The Pawlor for providing SUCH EXCELLENCE, safety, and PEACE!! You guys assured me that my baby was going to be cared for, and you did just that. Family, if you have a doggy, you WANT to have The Pawlor to be the experience and gathering place for your fur baby.I LOVE YOU GUYS and Bella, and I will see you in 4 weeks!!💛🌻

My fur baby had her first grooming with this groomer, an after numerous other not so satisfying groomers, pawlor is it! From now on out,they will groom my Ginger pooch.

They have a large selection of treats, toys and care products.We brought our dog Daisy in for grooming service and we are extremely happy with everything they did and how they treated her and us. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

What an incredibly lovingly sweet place to bring your fur baby! We brought our English golden retriever there today for full grooming. We saw all kinds of doggies through the front window romping with joy in a large room filled with velvet sofas for them! Love it. Incredibly nice people - so personal, caring, awesome customer service. We've been to other groomer businesses in the past but this one has completely won us over. We'll bring our other three dogs here. You couldn't find a nicer place!

I love this place! The staff is so kind and they clearly love what they do! I had my dachshund yorkie mix groomed here a few weeks ago, he looked so great! He's a nervous boy sometimes with new environments but felt right at home here. I can't wait to go back for doggy day care, boarding, and of course shopping for a new collar! This place has it all.

Whoever groomed my dog was careless with the shampoo or something because as soon as I picked him up his eyes were visibly irritated. It got so bad within a few hours that he had both of his eyes squinted or closed even while awake. He was walking around my house basically blind and in pain. I couldn’t even get him to open his eyes so I had to take him to the emergency vet and pay $330 for them to run tests, flush his eyes and give me an ointment to get rid of his irritation. I don’t care about paying for an emergency medicine, but this was easily avoidable. What was meant to be a quick $65 grooming visit ended up costing me over $400 and caused a very stressful and scary day trying to run around and find an urgent care that was open past 6 pm. This was our first and last time going to the Pawlor, and I’m very upset to know someone treated my dog so poorly getting shampoo or chemicals in his eyes.

Wow! I love this place. My husband and I had been searching for the perfect groomer for our fur baby. We have been to numerous groomers but always left disappointed.My fur-baby is a nervous nelly. And can be a bit difficult to groom. But let me tell you Yuriah and Deja are beyond amazing they were able to give my Trixie the exact cut I've been wanting. Thank you, ladies! The best cut she has ever had. Also, Yuriah took the time to give me tips on how to better prepare my pup 🐶 for her next groom.And the customer service was an A plus. Everyone was so professional and helpful. We had a little schedule conflict, and the business owner went above and beyond to make things go so smoothly.Mr. Loyal scheduled a pickup and drop off I couldn't believe it was just simply amazing!! I didn't personally go into the shop, but my husband did the day before and He said it was very clean, chic, and trendy! Looking like I high-end salon for doggies. They also offer a doggie daycare service which I will be trying in the future.Thank you for making my experience simply the best. If you are looking for a loving caring professional grooming experience for your fur baby, please look no further and bring your fur baby to THE PAWLOR!Thank You for everything Quincy you have an amazing team and beautiful establishment

Absolutely insane charging extra for long hair but not offering a cut for dogs. Don’t go there the prices are too high and can’t offer a cut for dogs. They penalizing you price wise for service they don’t offer

Most unprofessional place I’ve worked by far, does not carry the right equipment to get job done while being asked to do so. And will still get asked to do something clearly stated upon hire I wouldn’t be able to complete for health reasons. Lack of communication and then sudden stop of replies after asking about basic legal questions. Do not work for these people
