Bought a modern horizons magic the gathering box from this establishment sure I was getting a good product. What comes to eye is they sell faulty products that are missing large quantities of what is supposed to be inside. 10 draft boosters and a 20 sided dice was to be inside and all that was there was 1 pack of land cards not even foiled as it’s supposed to be according to the box and more some. I called customer service and specified the whole situation and I was told that they would figure it all out for me. When I get back they deny me any service to my situation, give me attitude, and lie about the product. I’m HIGHLY disgraced in this place and highly suggest a change in staff, management, and check in product quality. I am NEVER coming back to this store. Those who work here, you should be disappointed in the outcome and I recommend this place be shut down until they can get what’s been described under control!

All the employees seem nice and quick with the service. Always great place to grab a snack or drink. I wish there were some more healthier options though. It would have been 5 stars if there were options.

This place comes in CLUTCH. They open before anywhere else so its great if you need to pick something up before running to muster. They have uniform items, clothing, snacks, hygiene, a little bit of groceries, and even a pretty nice selection of electronics.

I have been in the Navy 25 years, there are few exchanges I have not visited. This one is the biggest and most disappointing. The selection is terrible. Less than any other NEX or BX or PX. I liked more in 1997 before the renovations.

Hangout for the younger sailors using the wifi. I had to step over them to walk into the mini mart.... move the heck out of the walkway. NEX staff need to monitor this! Store is well stocked, friendly cashiers

This place.... every morning around 0615 I go in to get some tornadoes and every morning they are sold out. I've spoken with them a couple times about it and each time they tell me they are sold out. Like obviously they are sold out that's why I'm telling you this... if they sell out that much that fast wouldnt it be a smart business move to idk maybe add another machine that can make tornadoes? Theres enough space on that counter for it. I've stopped going in because the employees it seems are pretty lazy and dont check their food items enough to keep a good rotation going.

NEX. I am grateful for the internet but it needs to be better. After 10-15minutes it times out disconnecting for 2-5minutes at a time. No, there isn't a lot of people only 3. I recommend internet to be improved. It's unfortunate but the laundry room across the street has better wifi.

The older black lady at the register at lunch today was rude and judgementalAbout my face mask..and wouldn't ring up my order till her manager came outTo give me her 2 cents on my face mask..But facts are I was wearing one and I've been the base all week with said face mask 🤣🎭

Good selection of food and merchandise but staff are very rude to CIVMARs. The cashier asked for my CAC three times looking for any excuse to tell me I couldn't shop there.

Plenty of variety and at a reasonable price and has great special deals occasionally. They have good options for the food court. They support my Navy and I’m all for it!

Not a lot of selections but then again, it has the necessities for fleet sailors. Outside the base gate is the main NEX if you really want to browse for wider selections.
