Fantastic, Johnnie et all treated our newbie golden doodle, Annie with respect and care a couple weeks ago. She was lovely with her cute round face cut. Last night she got into mega sand spurs. We took her over this morning and they shaved her immediately. She’s lost her doodle look, but she’ll grow it back.

Honestly these people are just the worst. Employees are rude, rude, rude(and I work retail). Will absolutely talk trash about your pet right in front you knowing full well it’s your pet because you just dropped them off. Ask them a simple question and they will snap at you. Check to see how your pet is doing and they will snap at you. Literally had my mother in tears walking out from dropping her pet off due to their nastiness. Not to mention we made the appointment 2 months in advance, were told at most would be 2 hrs and it took them 6 hrs. If you don’t want to do this kind of work, then find a career that better suits you, preferably one far, far away from interacting with the public. The best part is that on the way out I was closing their door and it was a little drafty out so it closed definitely harder than you would expect and the oh so classy girl working there came outside and said “Please don’t slam our door and don’t call us again!”. Don’t worry, we won’t.

My 13 year old Jack russell HATES her paws and nails being touched. The Saturday morning staff takes such good care of her and it's a speedy execution. So thankful to have found them. They are so patient with her!

Okay long story but,I found out about this place from someone at the dog park, set my baby up with an appointment. We have only been twice so far but will continue to go back each month everyone loves it. So boom to start Chico’s absolutely spoiled loves bandanas and sweaters and they have given him a new one both times. Chico will walk around chasing me with bandanas all day if he doesn’t have one on and he loves the little black one he got from the first time will never leave me alone. Chico will let me know when it’s time to go see the wonderful staff at Jo’s now he’ll start biting his whole foot and all I have to say is you ready to go get your nails cut and he gets so excited heads straight to the door. Then we got a puppy and she was so happy when I picked her up not too much response from her yet but she was definitely happy. When I dropped them off this morning I had a few hours with no worries they were definitely in great hands. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone. Not even to mention the pricing is amazing, If you’re considering this spot just go!

I have to edit this review after our 5 star first two visits. Our last visit, October 11, we were very dissatisfied and I left the owner a detailed message on square when I received my receipt. I never received a response. On this visit, we were told we would need to leave our dogs all day as they were really busy. When I picked up the dogs at closing, their cuts looked awful. The owner was not there and the place was filthy. There was a guy in a dog hair covered white undershirt, shorts and bare feet working on a dog at the table. I asked the lady if they could clean up our dogs cuts but our older dog was too distraught. So she took our pup and said she needed to go to the other shop next door for some different clippers or something. She was gone about 20 minutes with our dog and he didn’t look any better. I had hoped to receive an email from the owner after my private message to her on square but no response. Truly disappointed.Previous Review:Love these gals and this pet salon. They keep it clean, take great care of our babies and don’t charge an arm and a leg. Parking is a premium though.

Dogs came out looking fresh and smelling great. Staff took extra care for our dogs and clearly love what they do. The price was reasonable as well for two chihuahuas. Will definitely be bringing them back here.

Took care of my 2 little mixed breed dogs. One of my little dogs is part "Cujo" but they were able to handle him. My little girl Gracie is so sweet. Place is very caring and professional.

Very caring and affectionate to my dogs...my Lhasa Bernie is 13 and I’ve never left him with anyone before. Recently I had to go out of town and left all three of my dogs with them overnight. The owner knew I’d be thinking about my babies and sent me pics of how great they were doing. When I got back to get them all 3 had been bathed and were happily playing in a pen up front! I would have no qualms about leaving my babies with them again!!❤️❤️

Absolutely love this place! I recently brought in a rescued shih tzu that was covered in mats and they had him looking pristine in no time, and even threw in an adorable little outfit. I was so pleased I took in my other fur baby today for her first real haircut, and she came out perfect with the exact haicut I wanted. Quick, high quality service, friendly staff, and the most affordable prices around. I wont be taking my dogs anywhere else!

We took our 80lb pitbull for the first time and they were great! He's a big boy and very playful and they did awesome with him. He smells so good. They are very nice and we will definitely be taking him back!

I've taken three of my dogs to this salon and they have always done a great job. Only 'incident' I had was with my last pet, they accidentally trimmed his nails a little too much and nicked his quick. He does have dark nails and I understand that it isn't the easiest thing to do.Also, the staff member was truly apologetic for that.

I switched from the big box locations to this local groomer. While there is one closer to my house, JTs is better and more organized. They take care of our pups show them plenty of care. This place was wonderful. Took my moms dogs in a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. Really easy to work with and the fee was really reasonable. I’d choose this over petsmart any day.
