Kipper and Bara says “thank you so much for our new toys and treats. Mamma said we could only take a nibble from each one but we showed her that we can do what we want to do and eat as much as we wanna eat. We also love our new toys. Thank you.” Lovely little mom and pop shop with a wide variety of treats, food and toys. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Just went here for the first time today with my pups and we all loved it. The staff were very kind and helpful, there was a huge variety of healthy products for so many needs, tons of good quality toys, and amazing in-store made treats. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to everyone to go check it out

I just went here for the first time today! As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile and asked if I’ve been there before. When I said no I was promptly told about the store and shown all the different sections. As a crazy dog lady myself I was beyond impressed with the selection of toys, treats, homemade treats and collars/leashes they had. Not only do they have dog stuff but they also have stuff for the humans! I was also given a free sample of their homemade dog food to try as well! I will from now on be doing all my business with Gangsta Dog and I encourage you to aswell!

Got my dog his first cake from here! He absolutely loves it! And the staff are always so kind and helpful. I only buy dog food from here, the treats are great, and the toys are wonderful! Thank you so much for being amazing!

Such great employees!! They know about their product and now I might possibly start buying their dog food if my pups like the sample! I forgot the girls name who helped me, she had long hair and glasses. She was great and so friendly. I’m sure my dogs will love their treats!

Amazing doggie store! Staff greeted me as I walked in and was super helpful answering any and all of the many questions that I had. It smelled like a human bakery inside and upon viewing the fresh in house gourmet doggie treats along with the wonderful aroma, my brain couldn't tell the difference between animal treats and human goddies, almost had my mouth watering! If you spoil your pups, this is the place to go to hook them up with some of the best of everything from treats, food, toys, chews, etc!

If my dogs could talk, I think they would agree that the service here is amazing. They always get a friendly greeting and treats. My dogs absolutely love the bulk bar and the prices are reasonable. I like coming here after a vet visit.

Just went into the store on shore dr in Norfolk! Gorgeous!! store lots of fresh baked goodies and large selection of toys for your pups. Super friendly dog crazy people. Def bring your furbabies in and pick up some cool stuff. Got a few free samples with my purchases. My girl thinks every bag that comes into the house has something for her in it so ik she'll be happy when I get home tonight.

Came in the other day and the staff were absolutely amazing! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. Got some free samples for and some treats. Let me tell ya my dog ate it up and loved it! My kids loved the dog treats that looked like Cheeto puffs. If you have the chance to stop by you won’t be disappointed with the level of customer service! This place is highly focused on making sure the best quality food is provided for your best friend. I will be back to pick up my first set of food.

So happy there is a pet store in our area now! My Labrador truly enjoyed walking around and choosing his antler to take home. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. A little pricey but expected with top notch treats and goodies!

One of my new favorite pet stores. Has a great variety of treats, toys, and more. Their dog food option is amazing as well. It has the best container with a easy to open and close lid plus easy refills by bringing back to container. Customer service was excellent and the staff was able to provide good education surrounding new products and treats. Highly recommend!

Our pitbull puppy was chewing through all of his toys & the pet smart employee recommended we go to gangsta dog. From the moment we stepped into the store, the customer service was amazing! They were so quick to greet us & help with our needs for our dog. Jen & Liz were super knowledgeable & kind. We also got to meet the owners & they were dressed up as Santa Claus & Ms Claus because it was Christmas Eve, which I thought was really cool. Their selection is HUGE, they have everything from food, treats, toys, decorations, & EVEN PET ICECREAM!!! We left with some of their homemade treats & the most durable toys we’ve ever gotten. I’m actually still in the parking lot writing this review bc our experience was amazing! Definitely coming back with our puppy!

Our FAVORITE pet store in Norfolk, the employees will get to know you and they go above and beyond to take care of you. Our dogs wouldn’t really eat their food we were giving them, we tried out gangsta dog and now they gobble up the food every meal. Couldn’t recommend this place more
