The store is always messy no products to buy? Dirty and just empty shelves??? Best go to a better organized store !!! Where you can buy what you need... Also no regard towards customer safety??? Its like a garage sale really instead of a $ 1.00 how about .5 cents

This is about your average Dollar Tree in the area. It is nice in that it is larger than many others in the area. There were many boxes in the isles and the store was showing some age. There was only one cashier, but that is average. It is what you would expect for a Dollar Tree.

A nice dollar tree in this area. It was well kept, clean, and well stocked. I found what I was looking for, and I really enjoy the craft section at this location! The cashier was very friendly.

Dollar Tree at 6101 N Military Hwy in Norfolk Va. Isn't very well stocked since Todd the manager left to become district manager. It's going down hill everyday.

It's always a mess and there's only one line ever open. I guess when you sell cheap stuff you attract cheap customers and employees. The bathrooms are storage rooms.

It was a little messy today. But it was a Saturday before Easter. They still had a few things left. I was happy as that was what I went in for. I also oucked up some. Crafts. Some wooden mermaids and some wooden mermaid tails. These will be fun to paint.The craft section in the Dollar Tree has been really fun this year. They have got some new and exciting things always coming in. I may not have time for all the things that I buy at the moment. But I can't beat the deal.If you have a dollar tree near you definitely check it out.

This place would be so great if they had adequate staffing and help. As well as more space. How HR expects the employees to place product they don't have space for is beyond me. The manager and staff are nice but you can tell everyone is overworked, overwhelmed and underpaid. Do better by your employees Dollar Tree

The store is okay for the most part..but can someone please take DAVID off the register?? Everytime this guy is at the registered it's awkward and unpleasant and apparently he doesn't have any manners. I like the older guy and the nice lady with the locs. Put David in the back somewhere

Store was not crowded. Cashier greet me when I arrived. However it was very cluttered. The workers were stocking supplies and boves were all in the isles. They did follow social distancing guidelines. I spent a fair amount of time in the store. I got everything I went for.

I’m obsessed with Dollar Tree and this prob won’t stop me from going. That location usually has more selection as far as crafting items than other branches. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. They are loud, the call each other on PA system like their home and need more staff. They stay on their phones with the cordless ear pieces even at checkout.

Love the products you can find here. But why do cashiers have to be so rude! I went on Easter to buy some last minute items. My cashier was blowing her nose while chasing me out and didn’t even bother to turn around or say excuse me. Gave me my change with the dirty tissue in her hand and she tried to give me an attitude about an item I told her I didn’t want.

Store lighting is dark. Boxes in aisles, safety issue. Slow lines. In need of more cashiers. Surrounding AREAS UNKEPT! TRASH SCATTERED ALL IN PARKING LOT. BASKETS IN PARKING LOT AND NOT IN STORE FOR USAGE! HIGH POINT! CASHIER WAS PLEASANT! THANKS FOR YOUR REQUEST!

My favorite dollar tree yet. Huge selection. Pretty clean and organized considering the amount of items and traffic of customers. Great place for party supplies. My toddlers did their xmas shopping here. Found something for everyone they love.

The cashier Lexie is so unprofessional! She laughed at the fact that my card got declined with other customers as I left. After I asked to split the payment between two different type of cards. WHEN YOU DO PEOPLE WRONG IT ALWAYS WILL COME BACK TO YOU ALOT WORST. TRUST!

I wish this were a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree combined store. The staff here is much friendlier and the store is overall much cleaner than the Dollar General nearby. We can always find what we’re looking for here.

Everything was neat. The items are dollar some are worth it, some you are thankful you only lost a dollar. The staff tries to be personable. The dollar tree allows me to have retail therapy without breaking the bank.

There’s great products and all but there’s always only one cashier at the registers, and absolutely no staff to help at all.. on top of that everything’s a mess in most aisles. 3/5

For a monday morning @ 10:15 store shelves were not stocked - many, many items missing, shelves sloppy, items not with shelf labeling. Did not hv either item I needed. I will only use this store as a last resort, if at all.
