Normally I love my local CVS. But I am calling to see if my medication is in stock. I am currently on hold and have been there for over an hour. I understand a bit of a wait if they are busy , but an hour? I could have walked there and asked by now, but I can't walk.

You should be reported to corporate. In fact I'll do. I had sent some emergency medication for my kid looking at your business hour. I reached here to pick up 7 mins before the closure, however some employee lied upfront with some odd stares at me that why I'm here & I heard other employees talking inside pharmacy that they just did put the shutter thinking that they will go early.Not justified to carry a brand value at this location. You are so offensive instead of courteous upon asking why you are close. This is against law.

One of the lanes for the drive thru never works and it takes ages to get your medication. Additionally, their system inside the store is sometimes down so it foeced you to use their awful drive-tjeu. Transferring my prescriptions out of here to a pharmacy that will deliver for free. CVS you're losing my business. I won't give it zero stars since I guess I got my prescription filled after all hassle.

Long wait time person who answered the phone was rude, said my child perception was at a different cvs and ask did I want the number, I said I’m sorry it was to be sent here she agin said do you want he number for the other store she really didn’t want to hear my concern

I have been coming to this CVS for over three years now and the staff is awesome! I am an early morning patron, usually around 5 am. These folks are always friendly and courteous and I always feel at home with them. I cannot attest to the day shift staff, but the night crew is awesome!!

Dear CVS,I was helped by a young lady by the name Xeanna I believe. She was the most pleasant representative I have had the experience of engaging with in a while. She is an exceptional member of your team and I can tell she cares about providing a quality experience. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and currently own my own business. She has every bit of what an employee of the year has and more. I hope your company sees her worth and what she is bringing to the team because I can gaurantee she has opportunities. Promote this young lady to a district trainer and/or orientation manager and give her a reason to stay. Don't forget the pay bump, bonus, WFH options and increased PTO. Take care of your employees and they will take care of your company!

I had excellent service on 9/4/22 visit. The pharmacy tech took great lengths to ensure my rx discount card worked. I also lost my keys while I was browsing and the store employee helped me find them

Super busy pharmacy that doesn’t seem to be very well organized. The busy part isn’t their fault, obviously; but sometimes you have to wait for thirty minutes just to pick up an order simply because they can’t prioritize correctly.Go up the road to the other CVS and it’s worth the drive, you’ll be in and out in a couple minutes.

If there were an option to rate this CVS more than five stars i would. The pharmacist and tech truly, cares about your well being and concerns regarding your medication. Long story short; i had a matter which needed prompt attention the pharmacist and tech Rosie went above and beyond to help me. I want to acknowledged their willingness and heart in ensuring that my issue was resolved ,regarding my prescription. Thank you, thank you.😇

If I could rate negative stars I would. Definitely reports this store to BBB. The store manger just hung up in my face. I’m literally disabled at the moment and can’t drive. Been on the phone holding for an hour. Worst customers at this store. I’m letting everyone I know about this store and it poor management. Hung up I’m my face like I didn’t matter. Tuh some nerve !!!! I’m missing medication from pill bottle and need help understanding my medication dosage as it new.. THE WORSE PHARMACY!

The stuff is great and the wait time usually is not long at all.... I just don't like how they do the new rules with the pain medicine where they have to call the doctor and get a code and then the one time I was getting my medicine filled they would not fill it until they called my doctor to see about if the doctor would change my pain medicine to something less addicting which I explained that I just had surgery and the doctor knows this works but they said they wanted to see if she would change it. That was a headache but besides the pain meds they are a good store to go to....

This store is very busy. The staff tries to be helpful, but the customers are rude. I have been there when a group of girls were shoplifting. Which created a whole series of delays. Another visit I was literally blocked in the drive thru for over 18 minutes while a customer refused to move while her Rx was being filled, the car behind me refused to back up, so that was a hideous visit. I try not to visit this CVS anymore. It is not the employees, but their customers that make this CVS a bad shopping trip.

Manager on duty 11/6/16 in the morning was very nasty, racist and unprofessional to my husband about something neither of them could control. Cashiers should be trained thoroughly on how to deal with all situations especially dealing with money. I'm a certified customer service provider and I know that bad customer service will hurt a business. Better training and positive attitudes when dealing with people money will help your business survive. I will no longer be a customer at CVS I will go to Rite Aid or Walgreen's for now on. Thanks for nothing.

The store staff is professional and helpful. The pharmacy staff not so much. It takes far too long to have anything filled and they communicate poorly at best when it comes to details regarding insurance/copay/availability of script.

I went thr Through the drive-through at the CVS on E. Little Creek Rd. in Chesapeake Boulevard there was one car in front of me I literally waited behind the car for over 25 minutes going on 30 minutes no action that I could see between the car and the window just dead silence I finally get up to the window and I asked the lady at the window I said ma’am I’ve been waiting on this line for almost 30 minutes I said what is the situation I don’t understand why a drive-through is so slow and the lady that was attending to me didn’t say anything but then the pharmacist came out a Caucasian lady with blond hair young lady and she became very nasty she said Sometimes we have to call the insurance company to verify coverage I said I understand that maam but if a customer is giving you an insurance card and it doesn’t work and you call you either get an approval or denial what is taking 30 minutes with one customer I mean it’s not very complicated it seems you would call the insurance it’s either approved or denied. I know I’ve had situations where I’ve given the pharmacist and insurance card they call and within two minutes they tell me your insurance has not approved it actually done through the online system did they get an approval or denial back immediately online at that point what else can you do at least ask that customer to move up and let the other customer go through the drive-through while you’re waiting or on hold or whatever the situation may be I don’t think it’s fair to be on hold for 30 minutes in the drive-through and she says to me I didn’t know you were a pharmacist she said when you become a pharmacist let me know she said you should be thankful we are here or even helping y’all. I filed a complaint CVS is 800 number first of all she doesn’t know what occupation I am she doesn’t know if I’m a pharmacist a doctor or surgeon at Dentist’s she has no idea for her to even say that is ridiculous. I know when I present insurance cards they were approved once the input the information in the computer or the denied within a minute or two literally and then they tell me bye have a nice day come back with another insurance card or cash

The pharmacy staff goes out of its way to inform the customer of the Rx they are taking. Patients privacy is of the utmost importance! The fact that I can take care "EVERYTHING" through the CVS app makes it so much more convenient.

Refills Prescriptions via E-Scripts(all of which are sent three months at a time with time date releases) the same exact prescriptions every month for the same quantity yet somehow EVERY month I seem to have a problem either getting my prescription filled on time or filled at all. This is becoming an extreme inconvenience being that this is my home pharmacy. They fail to notify you if they don't have enough of a medication to fill a prescription and don't have the convenient feature of just sending the prescription to a sister location nearby, and they will inconvenience you to get the script faxed over to another location from your doctors office, which depending on how your doctors office is set up in practice could actually take days compared to how quickly you'd think could get it done. I am highly considering changing pharmacies altogether this is becoming too much to deal with. Think about another location

Michael was a very helpful cashier. When I asked if they sold forks, he walked me to the exact aisle and section where the forks were, instead of just pointing me in the general direction. Then, when I was checking out with some other items, he gave me advice on how to get a better quality phone charger that was the same price and went out of his way to help me get the best product. He was very speedy and helpful and I appreciate his extra service.

These 5 stars are for the one pharmacy tech who was a godsend. He located a hard to find prescription at this location (I had no luck at the other two major pharmacy chains or another CVS location). The medicine was packaged differently so I wasn't sure if it was ok to get. The next day I checked with my doctor and was told it was ok. My son went back to this CVS to get the prescription filled just to be told by a different pharmacy tech no wr don't have it. Fortunately the gentleman from the night before was there. He stepped in and within 10 minutes my son had the medicine in hand.

My son has the flu and the pharmacists Malerie is very sweet, great customer service. She got my sons prescription ready in 15 mins and aslo took the time to get me some lysol disinfectant spray so my sick sleeping children didnt have to get out the car in the cold weather. 5 + stars all the way.

Went in around lunch to get script filled. It was busy but I tell ya this the first pharmacy staff running a fast pace shift. Wow I was impressed. Def go when pharmacist Basseri is there. 👍👍

This place is a mess! Stopped by some afternoon to get some pictures and you could barely get to the picture kiosk because of the large storage bins and empty boxes piled up (no one was restocking shelves mind you). Behind the counter was complete clutter with trash all over the floor, looked like an episode of hoarders back there! The store also smelled musty.... I'll be going to Walgreens.

Service was good but we tried to go through the drive thru, and one lane was open so we drive up and it was out of order, and there was a car in the first and another car was also coming, so we decided to go inside and it was pretty faster inside then the drive thru
