I’m 80 years old I went through with my walker and my oxygen to get an RSV shot. The man behind the counter with the bald head to forever the lady in front of me, said, by the time I get my flu shot this season will be over! I finally got my time. I have Medicare and TRICARE for life which is the best insurance you can get a put it through and said I wasn’t covered under TRICARE. I told him to do it again he did it again and said I wasn’t covering instead of asking for the pharmacy in Charlotte in so much shock and running low on oxygen I had my first bring me back home to myself Apartment buildingI called TRICARE for life immediately on reaching my home, and I was assured I was covered and obviously he made a mistake. I gave him my ID card. All I have to do is copy down my sponsors, Social Security number, and without me thanking he said I wasn’t covered. I want CVS to know I will never come back to your store again for any shots with Walgreens is across the street and I’ve never had a problem!!! 😡

06/05/23Passport. Went to 2 other CVS locations that do not do passport photos because of issues they didn't seem to think we're going to get fixed. Mandy I believe was the worker who helped me get my photos done. She was just the best. So helpful and nice. She seems like a gem of a worker. Very helpful.

So glad there’s other pharmacies out there!! This one’s a joke! The only pharmacy to completely close in the middle of the day so they can all take lunch together. Wow unbelievable no consideration for their customers. They can’t even rotate employees just to keep one up front to be able to give out much needed prescriptions in the middle of the day!POS pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch what a joke !

Their app isn’t working properly when I try to use it. When I have questions and I try to call No one answers the phone. They tell me they are trying to get in my medicine and then they never do it? I come in person and ask them where my prescription is and then they are confused? I’m looking for other options because I’m too frustrated.

I was only there to pick up ear plugs and a rude pharmacy technician yelled at me. Later the same person started complaining that people are too demanding of them during their break. Nobody was asking them to do anything. I was the only person there. Prima Donna.

Avoid this CVS pharmacy too. They will tell you one thing then never do it. Went to drive thru. Was told script wasn’t ready but she’d expedite it and it’d be ready in 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I went inside to pick it up, only to be told it was never expedited. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend for CVS pharmacies in the area. We’re done with CVS.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Lied about having my prescription!I went in to get a prescription and was second in line to an older man. There were 5 people there and not a single one even acknowledged him. He turned to me after a while saying he wished he went to the drive-thru to which at that point the pharmacist told his associate to go help the man. I was next up and gave my last name and DOB. The lady told me the price abs said it would be 45 min. I waited for 1.5 hrs after which time I figured I’d ask the status. A different lady told me that they never received my prescription in the first place and the first person probably just told me 45min because they were busy. They then instructed me to drive down the road to another CVS to see if it was placed at that one since she could not look it up. So I drive to the one down the road and they were so helpful but didn’t have my prescription either; oddly enough they were able to see multiple CVS locations. I called the UrgentCare to tell them the prescription wasn’t in and they verified it was sent to this CVS and to wait a few hours. By this time the CVS was closed. My husband went today and it STILL was not filled. They told him “it was top priority and would be 15 min.” He is still not back home and it’s been 30 min and counting. Busy is one thing but telling somebody you have their medication when you actually don’t requiring them to wait longer to treat their condition is unacceptable.

This review is long over due. The Pharmacist is just rude and unprofessional. I have had numerous bad experiences here. It just never gets better. How hard is it to just do your job and remember we are the customers. There is no compassion or customer service out of this store. I will not be going back to this CVS. On top of that my wife is a PA and has had the same issues. She has refused to write prescriptions to this CVS and she works at a medical group right by this store. I normally write something positive, but with this group at this store it would be impossible. They need help from Corporate.

The thing that makes CVS a great place to purchase my items is not just the everyday low prices but more importantly it’s the tremendously helpful associates. Always smiling and offering assistance. Keep up the great work.

They have signs for walk in flu/COVID shots but never take walk ins. The app shows errors when attempting to make appointments and they won't make appointments at the store. Been sent away many times trying to get flu/COVID shots.

AETNA has directed their members to CVS Pharmacy for cost savings on prescriptions. I must admit there was hesitancy because for over ten years Walgreens has taken care of my health, very professional pharmacy team, five minutes from my Va. Beach home. I checked the rating 3.8 for this Norfolk location compared to 1's at other locations, my phone contact was very kind and helpful, the wait on my first visit to drop off my prescriptions was less than 5 minutes. Lauren was the associate, so very nice and to pickup was less than 2 hours. Because of her kindness and no delays when picking up my prescriptions, I think I'll be okay with the change.

Was just at the rite aid drive through to get covid tested as referred by my doctor, the girl at the pharmacy girl at the window said if i did not have an appointment she could not test me.. I explained i was referred by my doctor and she said she could refer me elsewhere. I told her that online says every cvs in a 50 mile radius says no testing dates available she said yea its a pandemic...and I'm like yea I know I have very real symtons and a doctor telling me to get tested, I glanced down to view her name tag and she quickly shut the window in my face and walked away. Rude. Unprofessional. Unkind. Obviously I didn't get her name but the blonde girl working the pharmacy drive through window on 7/23/20 at the CVS on 4261 east little road at 4:30pm. Apparently this girl needs to have customer service training again.

COVID testing at the drive thru is a huge problem for pharmacy customers. The line is backed up every day and potential COVID patients use the same line as well patients. The second lane is closed. I have used this CVS since it opened but am moving my prescriptions. The wait lines are unacceptable and our health is jeopardized every day by putting COVID patients in the same line as well patients. This is exposing healthy people every time COVID patients touch the push out drawer and get out of their cars to self test on the spot. So disappointed in the CVS protocol!

They are professional and do their best to help out fást but I suggest they have a separate nurse just for COVID section and allow the pharmacy/pharmacist to get the customers waiting on medication a bit faster than usual.

Took an appointment online with them for covid testing at 11am, got the approval the same day for testing at 3pm. Received confirmation, and a text 30 minutes before saying "looking forward to seeing you!"Then you show up and hear, sorry we don't test today, come back another day.So no, I won't come back another day. Ever.

What happened to this CVS pharmacy I'm not sure but it's horrible there and people are rude. The pharmaciest used to be so sweet and the other people working there were great now they are horrible and don't help and take FOREVER TO DO ANYTHING!!!!

I expect to pay a little more at these places but the markup is crazy high even when compared to the Food Lion in the same parking lot. The last 2 products I needed here were about 4 and 10 fold more expensive than on Amazon.

Will miss this pharmacy and all of the wonderful people when I am forced by Tri-care to change to Walgreens. I doubt I will get the same wonderful service. It is going to be a very sad day.
