Horrible CVS.Have been getting contacted about prescriptions being ready for pickup, when I haven't been prescribed anything in over a year. Pulled up my insurance to see if it wasn't just someone who previously had my phone number (I've had for 10 years), and found that they had also billed my insurance for these same prescriptions. So I attempt to call this location and explain that I have not been prescribed these.Good luck attempting to get through on a phone call to the pharmacy! Every single call I placed would just continue to ring and ring, as if the pharmacy has the ringer turned off. I got fed up and asked to speak with the acting manager after two hours of attempting to get through, to be told, "I'll transfer you there and make sure they pick up", after explaining the reason. Phone just rang and rang (15 minutes). Called back and asked to speak with the manager again, at which point I was directed to some one with extremely rude attitude who told me, "we don't care about your issue, quit calling".Even reached out to the corporate number after this, to be told they would contact me back. It's been over a week and no attempt has been made to reach out to me, but my insurance has been billed for a prescription that isn't mine.

Switched here from the Hampton Blvd location for better pharmacy service. For the first two months, it was great in that I got my prescriptions in a timely manner and the pharmacy department was ran like a tight ship. But recently, I have prescriptions-very vital ones, that have been listed "in process" for over a week. I called regarding one of them, and was told that it would it would be ready in a hour. I come later that day and I noticed the pharmacy department was a mess, no longer the tightly run ship (change in management? overwhelmed by new customers that were from the Rite Aid down the street that recently closed?). One tech manning two registers at a time. People having a hard time getting their prescriptions. I come to the counter and ask for my prescription, only to be told that it was not available and was backorder. I told the tech that I was told that it would be ready in a hour. She said, that I was told wrong. She hardly had any empathy. This is a vital medication for me and I don't want to wait for several more days. May end up switching pharmacies again.

I’ve spent over 1.5 hours on hold for a pharmacist today. Called the front desk and the employee was very kind and said she would transfer me and tell them to answer the phone. Still holding 25 minutes later. I cannot use the app to get my son’s meds filled, it has to be called in. This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had at a CVS. Based on other reviews a manager needs to be involved. Not all meds can be transferred or filled with ease. The phone system is a vital part of a properly functioning pharmacy, and this one is failing.EDIT TO ADD: had to call cvs customer care line to complain and have them call the pharmacy themselves to get my son’s meds filled for me. I’d recommend anyone experiencing the same poor customer service to do the same, every time, until they decide their customer line is important and start answering as they should.

This pharmacy staff has been the most disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional group my family has ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They were even horrid to my neurologist office who was assisting in resolving a prescription drug issue. Speaking rudely to all involved including hanging up on both patient and the Dr. Staff.This has now resulted in all of our prescriptions being move to another pharmacy.Which we feel certain will in no way affect their opinion of themselves, alter their customer service style or their commitment to excellence in serving the community.In today's world where customers have many choices it seems irresponsible for a local business to drive community member away. Another excellent CVS location. I had a quick doctor's appointment and my local CVS was closed. Thankfully this one was open and after my Rx was called in, then got me all set up in their system which got me my Rx fast.The rest of the shop was very clean, parking is plentiful, and the staff were nice.

so i’ve been coming to this particular cvs for a LONG time & because of my work hours i typically come to shop an hour ish before the store closes, with that said i’ve seen plenty of new faces working within the store. while i do my shopping i always have my phone in hand double checking the deals on my rewards app. needless to say i take my time shopping. tonight i run in to grab a few things along with cards for upcoming bdays & valentine’s day & i can hear who i thought was a customer but actually was who i assume the closing storage manager running her mouth loudly down the isle “she’s been here for a long time” & so i walk to another isle & i continue to hear her & she sees me & YELLS at me while im in the isle “YOUVE BEEN HERE FOR A LONG TIME WERE BOUT TO CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES” all i said back was, “okay?” i was confused because it was 11:20pm & me taking my time to shop shouldn’t concern her being i suffer from obsessive slowness & whilst my doctor & myself are finding ways to better treat it she made me feel completely uncomfortable to even finish my shopping & to just leave. 5+ years i’ve been coming here & have NEVER experienced something close to this in my life. i won’t be coming back. i don’t know the worker’s name but she is a petite african american woman with long dreads or braids i am unsure. she has a mouth & lacks 0 knowledge of customer service.

Subject: Complaint about Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Customer ServiceDuring my visit, I encountered a pharmacist tech, whose behavior was completely unacceptable. I approached her with a simple query regarding the status of my insurance coverage for my medication, as it did not go through at the time of purchase. Instead of providing assistance, she proceeded to throw my medicine at me, demonstrating a complete lack of regard for customer well-being.When I explained that her explanation for my insurance issue was incorrect, she reacted aggressively and threw the items on the counter, raising her voice and speaking disrespectfully to me. At this point, I felt threatened and intimidated by her actions. It appeared as though she was attempting to manipulate me into purchasing the medication at a higher price, rather than seeking a suitable resolution.Fortunately, another staff member intervened and demonstrated exceptional customer service. She promptly resolved the situation by performing an override that rectified the insurance issue. I must commend her for her professionalism and assistance in this distressing situation.However, the overall experience has left me with serious concerns about the level of customer care provided at your pharmacy. It is evident that your staff is overwhelmed and lacks the time or willingness to address customers' questions or concerns related to their medication or insurance. This kind of dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of service expected from a reputable establishment.I urge you to address this matter promptly, taking appropriate measures to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism at all times. No customer should feel intimidated or belittled when seeking assistance or clarification regarding their medication or insurance coverage.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Their phone system always direct me to the app for the pharmacy but almost every time I get a prescription filled, even if they’re just vitamin supplements, there’s an issue so I call and always hold for a ridiculous amount of time. A few times after 30+ minutes of holding it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up. I have never called and the hold time be less than 20 minutes. I worked in a pharmacy before and they never allowed calls to stay on hold for this long but between CVS and Walgreens, idk who is worseUpdate:I was on hold for 25 minutes when I posted this originally, now it’s been 49 minutes and not a single person had picked up the phone!

I had surgery on my foot today & I've been on hold for a hour now trying to get ahold of the Pharmacy. I understand it gets busy but at least one person should be available to answer the phone. Having to wait until the next day after having surgery to get my medication is unacceptable!

CVS has always been a great place for convenience reasons. I always have used CVS for my pharmaceutical needs as well as something quick such as a drink. This specific one is never too packed and the staff are helpful and friendly!

needed to get meds and the punk with nose rings which was the TECH not the actual pharmacist, this individual was so unprofessional and rude and lazy needs to get their employee customer service checked by the manager before i contact corp office for failing to do their job and instead of contacting my insurance company not offering any alternative either wanted to charge me out of pocket like 900 bucks. unacceptable, if i see this person working, im straight up just asking for the pharmacist

Your prices are really higher than other stores. I don't shop there much.I shop there to load my chime account. I love Sally Hansen's gel nail polish but your price is almost double than at other stores .I was given a gift card for your store and was shocked when I saw the price of nail polish. I live off ot so and can't afford your prices. Would be nice if you had a sale on that bread of nail polish.

Went to pick up an rx for my dad and the pharmacy was closed there is no pharmacist on duty today this is crazy. I don't understand how you couldn't get someone to fill in.

2nd time Ive gone through the drive up lane with the phone today. You can hardly hear them & i dnt think the phone works at all. We ended up having to yell across the lane.I was told at 11:00 my prescriptions would in an hr. I come back 6 hrs later they say it’ll be another 4 hrs!!!???!?? What?!? Come on!!! I tell her this. Then she goes away for 10 min. Then proceeds to take care of the other lane without taking me anything. So I say hello, what am i doing “ “oh they are filling it now”….. ok do ypu think maybe you should’ve told me that?!?Customer service TERRIBLE in drive through. I get it your busy. But there should still be some order to it. And BOTH times I came through today - the lack of communication is behind TERRIBLE. Im actually STILL sitting in the drive theoygh literally right now as im typing and nothing is being verbalized to me. Been here for over 30 minutes. This is BEYOND RIDICULOUS

My visit at CVS Pharmacy was very nice! My husband and I were able to find what we needed and the associate was able to help my husband to find what he needed and explain how to use the particular item that we purchased and they were very cordial and I'll check out was very smooth and the associates are very courteous and I would highly recommend anyone to go to CVS Pharmacy the store was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit there at the CVS Pharmacy on Little Creek Road 972 East Little Creek Road

Restrooms are not available for the patrons, you would think in a drugstore where people are sick or medication they would be a facilityThe self-serve registers aren't monitored very well. I tried to use one to check out but it already had an order on itThey definitely need a plumber and probably more security so people don't walk out with their items FREE.

The worst place to get Prescriptions filled. The waiting time at the drive through is the worst! I waited for 30 minutes for a pickup- they only have one drive through window. The line is always wrapped around the side of the building. It’s just as bad walking inside for a pickup.

06/05/23Passport. I went about 2 weeks ago to get a passport photo done but the screen was broken. Came back today and the them issues are there. So they probably won't be doing passport photos any longer at this location. The glee the one employee has telling me it's still was not fix, it might have been the highlight of her day. She seems to hate her job.

I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this pharmacy because unfortunately the reviews are spot on. The pharmacists tonight were cold and RUDE. They were both acting so annoyed because I came in to check on my medicine that had been sent in (and confirmed that it had been sent in) and kept telling me they had nothing while looking at me like I was a bother. Then the girl pharmacist said “maybe it got sent to our sister pharmacy” like what are you talking about?? I really need my medicine tonight and they acted like they could care less. Seriously never been around pharmacists like them. One was a black man w glasses and a brunette woman. Thanks for nothing!

No matter how many times you call, what time of day, they never answer. They are open 24 hours, have about 5 employees back there and still can't pick the phone up. They lost my prescription that they had JUST filled. I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to fill a new one since they lost mine. It's absolutely ridiculous that you cannot find out if your prescription is ready or not unless you go there. Some people don't have cars, they get rides. It's not easy when you have to make 3 trips to the pharmacy just to find out if your medicine is ready. I'd say they need some new employees.. ones that actually want to be there.

1 Star is the best I could give them. How do you have a store with only 1 shopping cart & a shopping cart that is not user friendly for everyone. Then the restroom how do you have a dirty bathroom when you just opened your doors for the day?the bathroom honestly didnt look like it was cleaned for months the baby diaper changing table was very filthy & had no changing pads. The toilet looked as if they didnt clean it for months the toilet sit had dried urine that was on there for a long time. The sink was dirty just disgusting. Now lets start on the prices what in Gods name is CVS thinking Everything in that store is over priced, come on $5 for a box of saltine crackers, $4-$5 for soup and better $5 for a bottle of water.That is not all be prepared to pay a ridiculous price for any over the counter medication. And toilet paper come on we are no longer in a shortage, same with the Lysol ect. from the food to the laundry detergent to over the counter medications, to toothpaste ect ect ect way over priced sorry double what you are paying some where else.Please be kind to your customers get some shopping carts and clean the store.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!Worst CVS Pharmacy ever. The whole store is below subpar. All the techs and pharmacists are rude, they have a horrible habit of not checking for post dated prescriptions- so they just tell you your doctor hasn’t sent anything. They even nab pills from scripts.Basically - they’re lazy liars and pill thieves .Also - they don’t care how long they keep their pharmacy phone ringing. 99% of the time when I call, I am waiting 30 minutes to an hour for an answer.

This is by far the worst pharmacy. Aetna and CVS are horrible. You can never get the right prescriptions, the staff are clueless, they make you jump through hoops for information they should have. I have called the Dr who provided the script 3 times. Now I have to call for prior approval to the insurance company which I’ve never had to do within the past 12yrs of getting this monthly prescription. In the mean time you are out of your prescription for DAYS. My stress over this is making me physically sick. Great job health care providers. We shouldnt have to use this pharmacy when they are clearly the worst by far. Just another drug deal to make people pay more. There is no competition with pharmacies. You are FORCED to use CVS with AETNA insurance. I need to make a serious change this Dec. BELOW ZERO STARS

I guess this place is okay for a pharmacy. The store floor was a little dirty. Also when picking up my mother's medication, they didn't have the right label on the meds and wrong price came up when rung up at the cash register. So I had to stand in another line, have someone else look up the info, correct the price THEN stand in yet another line to check out. Seems like they made it harder than it needed to be.

Customer service is great.... but the place needs better organization, better stocked shelves, and competitive pricing. What was out of stock at CVS, i found easily at the Walgreens one block away. Also, another item I needed was half the price at Walgreens for the same at CVS. I have been going to CVS for years and this one was a huge disappointment. I was also approached by a beggar INSIDE this CVS. All in one visit. I walked out without buying anything. The stars are for customer service only.
