The staff members are friendly and welcoming. They do make an effort to assist you. When I requested a size that wasn't on display, an employee went to the warehouse and picked it out for me. Ms. Dominic, the manager, is a really kind woman as well.

Purchased three jackets on Sunday. Spent over $300. When my husband got home he threw away the receipt. Tried the jackets on Monday and neither fit us too small. Took two jackets back to the store to return which I spent almost $200 on. They would refund me resale price of $29 for both since I didn’t have a receipt. I will never purchase at this store again. Charge me almost $200 for these jackets and want to give me only $29 back then resell them to someone else for $200. Very greedy and unethical.

I ordered for 225$. They split my order. In 3. Shipping. They are using unprofessional shipping company. So if. You want to buy you have to go to the store. Because if you do online. And you don’t pay extra for shipping never you will get your items. I received notification I will have my order Sunday I wait all days nothing. I contact shipping company. No answer. I contact Columbia company they open case day after I receive notification aout for delivery nothing again so. I contact shipping company. They told me I have to wait 2 days. If I received nothing I will have to contact Columbia. It nightmare. Never I will but from this. Company online. If you do make sure shipping company will not be laser ship. They are not professional not serious. I’m want just my money back to me if you want. Customer service over one hour. Waiting time dhit company I the world go. To north face will be much better truste me. I try to cancel. Items I bought by mistake but they hold me if I already pay Mai’s I can’t cancel I need to wait untel t’i will receive. After I will have to pay 6$ shipping I can return so even if items still in said company you paid 15 second you want to change your purchase you can’t you will have to receive and shipped back and pay 6$ Don’t buy from them. Don’t do it

Wish it was bigger. Good selection of items, but not enough of each item. Probably will be guaranteed to find any accessories you may want to get right away in store, but you probably will have a hard time finding the clothing in your size on the spot.

The manager was very rude when I tried to exchange some gifts today for bigger sizes. She wanted to give me $3 back for $60 of merch since I didn’t have the receipt. It’s just a receipt lady, learn some manners. I got my money back the next day and went over to North Face.

This store sells great outdoor clothrs are a really good price. Some of the stitching on their shorts don't seem to hold up to daily outdoor use but the other products that they sell work great. They always have good sales.

Found just the right outdoor gear for our upcoming trip to iceland. Jackets, pants, socka and more. Their military discount just added to the savings. We earned 80 dollars in coupons and gift cards towards future purchases in store or on line. They practically paid us to take things home! Well worth the trip.

Purchased the wrong size jacket. Went back 2 days later and no smaller sized jacket on the rack. Sales associate went to check the stockroom and came back with the size I needed! Very courteous and helpful staff.

Ok, this is the Hot Tip. Take one lap around the store and then ask for help. The people who work here are FUNtastic and customer service Superstars! I went in looking for a raincoat, none in my size, sadness. Donita shows up and asks if she can help, yes please, I need a raincoat and it seems your out of my size…She proceeds to help me brainstorm some solutions - goes to the back what was probanly ten times for me, to find out if maybe there was a color or a size that I wasn’t seeing on the rack for one of the many items I was looking at and trying on. By the end of it I had a jacket I loved, a retro looking hoodie that is the Bomb, 2 cool looking T-Shirts, and a fleece jacket for my wife.Now you might think sounds like Donita took good care of you, and she did, but it doesn’t end there. I get up to the register with my items and Kilen absolutely crushes the customer service, polite, pleasant, and so happy to help. This Dynamic Duo went the distance and beyond and you guys have definitely saved the day for me and made me a customer for life.

Went in Sunday and purchased 3 clearance items. One of the items didn't fit, went back Monday to exchange. When I went to the register the item was an additional 50% off. So my $20 item now rung up for $10! When I questioned the cashier she said they do not do price adjustments! So had I just returned the item for credit and repurchased the item in the correct size I would have saved $10! The cashier was very nice however, that really is ridiculous that I'm physically in the store and they won't honor the new sale price since I was there the day before and paid more. That's just bad business!

This is a great store. They have better deals than the outlet store in Williamsburg. I got a mans shirt and kids shirt for $14 together.

Employees were looking at me and my family with in a very suspicious and rude way. They were monitoring our every move just because we were trying on jackets and asking questions. We were all over the store to find the right jacket and I guess it sent the wrong message to the employees. There were other people in the store doing the same thing but the employees were targeting us. Not sure why, and when we checked out the employee couldn't count our money right so she claimed we didn't pay the right amount. Gave her $5 dollars more than what the total was due to her mistake. We tried helping her by putting the change in order but instead of counting them again she just threw it in the drawer and told us to pay the "remaining" amount we had to pay. Terrible experience.

Amazing staff and a great selection! There are a ton of limited edition items here that you can't find anywhere else (I checked the Columbia website) and honestly they're some of the favorite clothes I own. Definitely worth stopping by and seeing what they have in stock!

Nice sale prices. But do need to watch the prices as they ring up. Had an item ring up at full price when is was about 60% off. But they were quick to correct the issue once I pointed it out.

They have an enormous selection of jackets and all kinds of Columbia attire. I came at the right time because everything was 50% off. I got an awesome vest for $15. I definitely recommend this store for all your cold weather and outdoor gear. They also have shoes and tons of accessories.

I came here today there was 40% off. Then I came with my friend in same day 2-3 hours later they took off the sign and when I asked them about the 40% discount, they told me that the prices are chancing in couple hours I should bought that when I saw it.

Large selection of small and medium clothing; also in the clearance section! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if all you have left in clearance are you smaller sizes then the few larger sizes are what's selling in your store. How about getting in more larger sizes!!!!

You can usually find a good deal at this store. Most of the time the staff are polite and helpful. Columbia makes good quality coats, shoes, pants, shorts, fishing shirts, lounging shirts, t shirts, hats, gloves, and cups.

Fairly limited selection of styles. I came in looking for trail runners size 11, a rain jacket with vents, and a wool t shirt. Found none of those things but did end up ordering the shoes online. Good selection of men's fishing shirts, though.

Found when I wasn't even looking. I found a dress that was in clearance, I wasn't even looking for a dress. I like Colombia, on a separate trip I needed a rain jacket and there was one on sale.
