Long lines 45 mints Waite and unprofessional unaccommodating manager Ashley rude unorganized??? Ashley dose not wear a mask??? Store is disorganized!!! None sale items with sale items on selfs then they embarrass you when you check out and tell you a different price? They stock wrong items with wrong prices??? Go to a better store with no Waite times and customer service driven... They have carts everywhere ladders all in the way of customers ??? No safety preventions??? It seems they want a lawsuit ??? Thank you and be blessed!!!

Decent store. It's like any other Big Lots you've ever visited. Variety of items, ranging from furniture, housewares, food, a little bit of everything. Only complaint is the lines are always long. Usually 1 or 2 cashiers. Update...same as before but the selection of houseware items was outstanding.

For the love of God do not shop at this Big Lots . The blonde female manager there is racist and shouldn't be working with any customers. She left security tags on garments I purchasedthere. When I returned to have them removed, I expected some compensation or very least an apology because I needed to wear the garment at an event and was unable to do so.Instead I was berated by the manager and told she would not remove the security tag . She called me an idiot for expecting some sort of an apology. Saying it happens often and "so what" I was inconvienced. I had to call the police because I purchased an item and unable to use it . How Big Lots has her as a manager is beyond me. She said" Black people like you come in here all the time expecting too much"Really? Wow

Great deals. Good value overall. The staff are helpful for the most part. At times, the wait is a bit much to check out. Olivia is a great addition to this store. She is professional, helpful, and always has a great attitude. Love the selection here honestly.

While in the area I went in to this Big Lots store. I wasn't expecting much as they're in a shell of what used to be a shopping center. Irregardless, the cashier on the day of my visit was so very wonderfully nice, as was the lady working the floor. This store is definitely worth another trip from where I live!!

Big lots is great! I can find things here you can't find anywhere else. Prices are comparable and if you sign up for their rewards program you will get discounts and coupons for $5 to $15 off your purchase. Be a big lots rewards member, it is quick to sign up. If you are military with the big lots rewards, you also get an extra 10% off. Very nice.

Had super cute planters, and a lot of them were on sale, cashier was super friendly but I will say it felt as if a manager was following my son and I around as we shopped the store, him being a rambunctious 4 yo was excited about the toy section.

This was my 1st experience with purchasing an item from Big Lots and it wasn't a rewarding one. I ordered an item online from a store that was about 30 minutes away. When I travelled over to pick it up the employee in that department seemed confused about an order for that day and then asked if I was Sean and pulled a crumpled up piece of paper from the garbage can. The employee then told me that the item I was looking for wasn't in their inventory and that I would not be charged. Although I wasn't extremely upset I thought that the situation could have been handled better. I could have been saved a thirty minute drive and the cost of the gas for the drive if I were contacted rather than having my information crumpled into a ball and thrown away. This single situation would not stop me from shopping from Big Lots in the future. It isn't my intention for this to be a BAD review I am only relaying my experience and would not even have done this had I not been contacted by the store asking for a review.

The cashiers and such are really nice but anything to do with furniture and its absolutely horrible. Youre waiting forever and the man is super rude. I will never in my life attempt to buy any furniture from here with this person working here and im leaving this review everywhere i can because come on!!!!!!! It takes nothing to be nice especially after you've been waiting forever for them to even come

Always great deals on Christmas lights. We went on black Friday and got even more of a discount. The line was long, but they had all of the registers open and the cashiers were very efficient. So the line moved very quickly. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful as well.

I stopped in to pick up a couple of things so it didn't take long. I was second in line as only one cashier was working and waited my turn. There was a woman who worked there who seemed very grumpy and never said a word or offered help. While standing in line she proceeds to open another register for a customer who walked up behind us instead of informing us that she could help us. Truth be told, I'm glad I did wait for the cashier in my line. His name was Chris and he was so pleasant and helpful. He was everything their cashiers should be, very personable. I'm a stickler for good customer service and he hit the mark. Good on Big Lots for hiring him.

Great place, I love it...prices are really good and the staff is wonderful. My favorite big lots associate is miss Vivian. She's been there since I first moved into the area and every time I come in she's always speaks to me. Also, she's always happy and singing. We always have nice little conversations on my way out of the store. Thank you Miss Vivian for your service.

This location is awesome. It has a lot of items that are cheaper than in the grocery stores (some items priced higher). The k-pods are a great deal here. If you have automotive needs, they sales anti freeze, wiper fluid and oil here. Just make sure it's the right item for your car before you buy it. The furniture here is awesome also. Great store and cashiers.

This store is very clean and well-organized. The staff is very friendly. I was greeted when I first came in, as well as two other employees asked at various times if I was Finding everything I was looking for. They seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. The prices are reasonable, and the selection is great.
