I have been here twice to have my dog’s nails trimmed and everyone is so sweet, patient, and understanding with my nervous big dog, I appreciate them so much! We are in and out in less than 5 minutes, they take walk-in nail trims, and nail trims are only $5! We will be back every month for sure!

Amazing place. They really care about your pet! And the price won't break your bank either!. I take my bully mix often. And even tho she's a pain. "Howler/barker". They always treat us like family 💞💞. With keep going. And highly recommend!!!

Took my boy in today for a nail trim. This was his first time in a pet salon, we usually have his nails trimmed at the vet. He was very nervous & the ladies took their time with him & showed him lots of patience & love! I really appreciate that! 10/10 recommend

Been taking my pup to a major pet chain for nail trimmings. He is a big nervous mess during this and this major chain was requiring multiple anti-anxiety meds and requiring he go back by himself before they were even willing to trim his nails. Bayview was able to do it in less than 15min and allowed me to stay by him to help keep him calm! Thank you so much for being flexible and working with a big nervous mess like my pup! Will be bringing him back for sure!

I showed a picture and my pup was cut down very low l could see the skin. NO pup wasn't matted, pup is brushed daily. I waited in parking lot for my pup and ALL the dogs that l saw come out were cut close with no style to cut. Seems the ladies can ONLY cut close with no style to cut. Questions: are you ladies certified licensed groomers with schooling or were you self taught. I was VERY unhappy! I love my pup's fur and take good care of it and to have it cut all off was hurtful 💔

The staff is very nice and they dld an excellent job of grooming my Silky. Their fee is reasonable, but only take cash. Be aware they have about a 3 month wait for an appointment.

The team here is great!!! One of my dogs is very skittish and they were able to take good care of him. My other dog is terrified of having her nails clipped and they managed to do thst as well. They are so fluffy and clean!

This is the best grooming place in town. I love getting my dog groomed here. The ladies here are very sweet and they know what there doing! My dog always look great when he comes home. It is also very affordable which is another plus and cash only.

As someone who is terrified of leaving her dog somewhere, I can say that I feel safe in the hands of Bayview Pet Salon. Snooki is my emotional support dog, so naturally I have anxiety and panic when having to leave her places, partially because she calms me when she's around, so being without her for hours is difficult, but mostly because I'm terrified of something happening to her. However, I can say that the ladies here are so super sweet, and when dropping Snooki off to get a haircut I know that she will be in safe hands and I don't need to panic the entire time she is gone. Not to mention, they do a wonderful job. Snooki is a Shihtzu Maltese mix and has wavy hair that tangles easily, often when I bring her in she can be pretty matted, but when they're done with her she always looks great and I have never been disappointed. Snooki always has a smile on her face when I come to pick her up. Great customer service, very friendly employees. An added plus is that they are VERY affordable compared to other salons. Makes you wonder why anyone wouldn't come here really ! I worked at Pet Smart for a year and I have some horror stories that I witnessed as far as the grooming salon, and I think that is what contributes to my fear of leaving Snooki at a groomers. But I have been bringing Snooki here for years and as far as I'm concerned Bayview Pet Salon has mine and Snooki's business for life!

Great customer service, good price, made my dog feel safe and smelled great! I've been multiple times and this has been my experience each time. Customer service goes a long way and is very important to me when choosing where I'm going to spend my money. My dog Sam is very cautious and afraid of anyone or anything new as he has a very sad past from being abused before we adopted him over a year ago. I told them about this and they have made him feel comfortable and at ease. I cannot thank them enough for that. I worry about him and leaving him as I obviously don't want him to think I'm leaving him for good! They make him feel safe and happy and that makes me so grateful! So they are doing more than just grooming him and giving him a bath! They text me when we had a snow storm when I had an appointment seeing if anyone needed to change appointments to the following week so they are very customer service oriented. I highly recommend!

Kim was warm and friendly. She provided excellent customer service when we took our cat in for a full grooming - bath, nails and comb out. Our priority was having her matted hair combed out or removed. Kim did an exceptional job. And the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends.
