I give you the four for this very reason the cashier who I was dealing with was pretty cool funny. But I'mma just be bluntly honest, that 7-Eleven needs a lot of work. It's too many panhandlers out there begging people for money getting upset because you don't give them anything as if you have to. Every time I pull up I'm always cussing somebody out. And nearly got in a fight because I don't back down from anybody no matter how big or small. As far as finding what I needed and getting what I needed done that was cool. But you can kind of tell do other personalities that work there, if I probably went to another cashier the whole experience would have been negative. That's my two cents. But once again I gave it a four due to the cashier.

Fat brown skin cashier with dreads has a super attitude problem!!! Got mad because I said I was going to wait for her and the male cashier to finish talking because they never stopped their conversation when I came to the counter. She got an attitude when I asked for cigarettes. Then said "oh my god" with a huge puff when I asked for something else. I asked her "what is her problem" she said "she doesn't have a problem" them I said "well act like you're at work." She slammed my stuff down in my bag. And she was HIGH HER EYES WERE SUPER LOW SLURRING HER WORDS AND TALKING SLOW.

Their credit card Machines do not work you have to go see the cashier and. When you finally get up there and there’s only one person doing cashier and there’s a big line in front of you when you were in a rush to get to an appointment they simply walk away into the back room. This is by far the slowest location I’ve ever visited. I am glad I am not late for my appointment otherwise he would’ve charged me $50 because of that woman.

I worked there. I tried my hardest to treat customers respectfully but I would get cussed out for someone's card declining or they didn't have their ID for beer and cigs. Some employees treated people badly because we got cussed at daily for following the rules we were given and for 8+ hours shifts with no breaks. If a customer stole something, it came out of our paychecks. Tried my hardest to make customers happy but people wouldn't know their pump number and get upset when we can't exit the store to see. About the pan handlers and beggers, we were not allowed to deal with it because of the cops. Store is messy no matter how hard we clean due to the fact people would leave messes at stations amd we weren't allowed to leave the register if their was a line of 3 people or more. Management was horrible, take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this 7-11. Some of the day shift employees, but especially the night-shift employees are incredibly rude and have an obvious chip on their shoulder. Every interaction I have with them is overshadowed by their thinly veiled disdain if not outright disrespect. The experiences I have had dealing with their attitude and lazyness is obnoxious enough that I actively try and avoid the store...unfortunately I live nearby and sometimes patronize the store just for the convenience. The owners and their sons (I assume) are always polite, positive, and energetic. It's to bad they hired such terrible employees. If you have another option I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Horrific service. After a severe storm, traffic delays, and a medical emergency, the owner refused to allow me to use the restroom DESPITE me being a customer. Any place serving food and beverages should allow patrons to use the restroom. I was shocked at his adamant refusal to allow me to do so given the circumstances-- I'd go so far as to say I begged. Such "business practices" intolerable and unethical. The store itself seemed barren, dingy, and unorganized-- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Typically, the employees are decent. But I can guarantee that every time I come here, someone will be at the doors or around the side of the building, asking for change. It's not just the 7/11. It's the whole area, all the way down to the nail salon.NSU students probably already know this but their Spartan Card machine stops working often and at very inconvenient times so bring backup payment if you can.This isn't the store's fault, but the lot and the gas pumps are hell to get in and out of. Whoever built that strip of stores sucked at planning. If you want an easy entrance/exit, go to the side streets. Olney leads to the other side of the lot, by the nail salon.But be careful coming here at night. There have been violent occurrences. Take a friend with you. Or two... or three...

Worst 7-11 EVER! Charged my card 2 times, but I never got gas. I went in to let the clerk know that the pump wasn’t working and she stated she couldn’t do anything. She then said to call later when her manager came in. I called 5 times and got no one.

The street people/ pan handlers are out of control.. threating people who won't give them money or buy them stuff because they stole from there and are not allowed inside. Wish 7-11/ store owner would clean it up. The store and workers are great.

I'm staying in Norfolk for work. This gas station is on the way to the office and I have stopped here every morning for coffee or energy drinks. Bad customer service. It seems every other time I come to this store there is negative energy. I would avoid this place if I could.

First time inside with my children it’s 11:44 am 6-18-22 the lady that’s working I asked if their was a bathroom she told me their isn’t a public one lol I never head of a 7-11 not having a bathroom to use and they don’t take ebt at this location 😒 lady just rude for no reason

If a place has a noticeably low rating, I'll read the reviews and let it affect my review. I needed a copy of a gas receipt, so I went in and got one by asking. I didn't notice a card skimmer on the pump I used.

very messy coffee station, including partially dried spills. Cheese dispenser had cheese hanging down about an inch and hardened. ketchup was out. Attendant was nice.

I have been coming to this store for work for the past 3 months and get the same thing each time. Dont come here!! After 3 months I still recieve old product and hard as a rock bread for my hotdogs. This 7-11 is a waste of your time!

The people who work here are incredibly rude. And this rudeness is not just a one off thing...it happens all the time. Avoid this establishment if at all possible, it’s not worth dealing with nor supporting such horrible people.

Cashier started yelling when I was asking why she was charging me for something that I wasn't being wrong up for worst place I've ever been to hands down the most ignorant people I have dealt with at a 7-Eleven ever I wish the owners of the 7-Eleven would do something about it there's no need for a cashier to yell at a customer
