Great first experience here at a new business. Staff was inviting and easy to talk to, landed on some of their sausages as they are the "Brat House" and they did not disappoint one bit. Every style had it's own unique twist that were all full of great flavor. I loved the consistency of the grind they use on their pork and the fat ratio was spot on. Again, great flavors and great staff behind the counter. I'm excited to see them grow as a business and become a staple of the area.. all the best!

This place is absolutely amazing. The brats are so delicious and the filets are tender enough to cut with a fork! I’m now going at least twice a week.

We went in last Saturday and picked up some brats and a NY strip after they sold out of almost everything! Both were amazing and the quality is just TOP NOTCH! We went back yesterday and today for more brats and a Delmonico steak; absolutely amazing! Tender, delicious and you can just taste the quality! So far we have had the badger brats, Ballparks, Honey BBQ, Cheddar and Cheddar Jalapeño and all have been absolutely mouthwatering. We will continue to come back to try more! My husband and I cannot recommend this shop enough and the customer service is fantastic as well! We also appreciate you giving first responders and military a discount, the appreciation is huge and we will continue to shop here and support local small business!

Went to buy steaks,I picked up 2 new Yorks steaks and 4 jalapeño and cheddar,all mouth watering products,friendly services,can get busy at times so meat doesn't hang around for long. I highly recommend this place which Manassas doesn't really have a butcher shop like this! I will be back for more!
