I’m updating my review. Today Walmart has changed. They organized the store. They have fancy displays. Their clothing is of better quality. They beautiful decorative items. It’s classy. The problem remains though. Lousy customer service at their store. They can not meet the image of Target for example. The physical sights are fine but dress the part. Carry your self well. All the employees look miserable and that ugly blue vest kills the whole concept. I gather they don’t have enough employees so the gate at the garden department is mostly locked. Now that bothers me. I decided to cut loose due to a recent incident which took them 2 months for my refund. Besides that when you call it’s out of the country where these people will be polite and accommodating but fives times I was transferred to the US all of them treated me like a second class citizen. I’m not renewing my membership. I will avoid their Supercenter but will stick with the Neighbourhood Walmart where they give me my meds fast and they are pleasant. Actually the entire store has pleasant employees.

I dont understand how this can be called a Supercentre. It's too small of a store to be a supercenter, and there are only 3 cashiers ever open.Hardly any staff around to help. Then Scan and go only has 7 lanes with only 4 working. Tip. AVOID THIS WALMART IF U DONT LIKE WAITING IN LONG LINES

This Walmart and a few others have a habit of following people around that aren't doing any wrong. They may eat in the store, reach in their bags for there drink, and get followed around the store repeatedly. It's ridiculous. Walmart needs to stop following people around that aren't a threat or doing any wrong. Employees wrongfully making reports on customers. Corporate is wrong for allowing

Placed an order for cupcakes in advanced. Of course they weren't ready at the time they were supposed to be. I had to contact support twice for any actual help to be told the store didn't make them...also the bakery says open until 10 when I went there at 7 it was closed already. Along with having order issues this store rarely has self checkout or regular lanes open there is always a line at the 3 registers they have open...

Considering the walmart I'm used to is always messy unstocked and full of rude employees this was nice to visit a well stocked organized store with friendly staff.

If I could give the pick up department 0 stars, I would! I promise you’ll be better off shopping for your groceries yourself at this location. I will shop for myself or pickup at a different Walmart location in the future!

This is by far the worst Walmart I've ever been in. The employees are rude, sometimes they ignore you completely when you have a question, today at the deli, one employee gave us this look like we had just killed her cat, then walked in the back. Another employee comes out and has a similar look on her face that said "OMG they're gonna make me work???". She slices out meat at snail speed, then slaps the packs on the counter and says "aight". Ill drive an extra 30 minutes in traffic to avoid this Walmart

This store never answers the phone. I wouldn't recommend walmart delivery or pickup from this store. something is alwayssss missing idk if it's the workers or the drivers but do not order from here at all. customer service gave me a coupon code that did not work

Beautiful Store But One Major Complaint!! There is no Benches for Seniors to Sit inside or Out!!That's Crazy. I Was there for Shopping With Family My Mom got a Shooting Pain in her leg and NO Where I could take her!!I ask attendant and She Said they Where ALL Taken out!!No Regards for the Shoppers.There Handicap Shopping CartsAre out dated.. So Please if Anyone can do a little Something would Really Appreciate. Thank you

Most of what you need at a great price. The staff was helpful and nice at this location however some items needed to be restocked. They did have plenty of alternatives.

This store manager should be embarrassed and replaced. What a terribly mismanaged location to visit and horribly inefficient. Lines wrapping around the door to check out. 20 minutes to check out is terrible.

Numerous times has this awful online shopping dept screwed up my orders and forgot items on the order, how dare you forget these items? people spend money on this to eat and you don’t even have the courtesy to check to make sure all the items are all there? Then the manager of the department is a total snob, just a total snob. Do not order from here unless you want your money robbed and not all your groceries there. Terrible experience i would give them a 0 if i could.

This location is horrible they literally have one self checkout open . Only one actual cashier & they’re working the 20 items or less lane. Also it makes no sense for 6 employees to be working the exit and only 1 to be working a checkout.I refuse to use self checkout when purchasing 100+ items(it’s an unreasonable expectation for any customer) . So I just left the basket 🤷🏽‍♂️.This locations cash services area is always closed and the overall experience of the store is similar to a crack house.Just avoid this store at all costs.

I don't usually go shopping here. Walmart is just not my place for shopping. I want shopping this time and spent $250. I bought two 3packs of these ribeye steaks. One pack was $31 and they other one was $32. That's a good deal since ribeye are $15 plus for just one. I got 3 and that's $10 a steak, but a usual long lines, never enough registers open. They said that they roll back on prices but I actually roll back of staff. I was in line 45 mins. That's why I shop Target. You easily get in and get out.

I placed an order for delivery (from the store) and as the delivery deadline approached, I called the store to verify the status and ask a couple questions. 5 times I called and each time they answered the phone and immediately hung up, without even giving a greeting. I understand $500 isn't an enormous amount of money but I think it's enough to warrant at least 1 phone call getting answered. (This isn't the sole reason for the rating as I've been there multiple times but it played a large factor.)

I'm done spending money with walmart, I spend hundreds of dollars a month at walmart and they don't have all these issues taking my money but when I have a defective item or need to exchange one, literally the only time in years I can't find my receipt they refuse to take there trashy items back. I get better groceries for less all day long at Food lion or Kroger and I get better clothes and home goods at Marshall's for a fraction of the price walmart charges. The customer service was not only rude but the customer support desk was closed at 7pm and I was able to get an employee but after complaining eventually made up every excuse possibly to not help me. If you are going to walmart I don't recommend coming to this one of anything....believe me.

Very rude deli staff. I went in on a Saturday and asked for a pound and half of ham, she asked me if I wanted to anything else and I told her that’s it, an older lady came around and asked if I needed anything else I told her I would like a pound of another type of ham the First Lady said out loud she said she didn’t any thing else and begin to talk about me as if I was not standing. If you don’t how to perform your job duties without an attitude maybe you shouldn’t work there or put them in a department that they do not have interact with customers. I was not rude to you so don’t be rude to me and apologized several times because I forgot to ask for the other ham.
