Find somewhere else to fill your prescriptions! All of my prescriptions are sent in at the same time, but never refilled at the same time.Auto refill is a joke. I recieve nonstop calls and text messages to pick up medicine, but it is never ready.To add insult to injury they have some of the nastiest workers. I've only had good experiences with 1 tech and the pharmacist.

Do not go here for your flu shot. I made an appointment and filled out my paperwork before I got here. Despite that I was not helped until over 30 minutes after checking in. There was nobody in line in front of me. Someone finally walked up to me and handed me paperwork which I had already filled out online prior to getting to the Walgreens. I told her that, and they took it back. After 40 minutes, they finally took me back and gave me the shot. The promotion they are running now where they give you $10 if you get a shot with them was not working so I also did not get that. Go elsewhere unless you’re looking for a time to kill.

Literally the worst, hardly ever answer the phone and if they do they are rude. Person that answered the phone today tried to cut me off twice before I could finish 1 sentence to inform me she wasn’t the pharmacy. I understand that, but there’s no need for the attitude. Customer service is definitely lacking.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. This location has been a big disappointment . The pharmacy has gone thru so many employees that I have ever seen . The new hours they have posted is so outrageous. I work in chesapeake and the time i get off it is closed. I am off Sunday and saturday and they are closed . Corporate please fix the problem.

Huge change over the years at this location. Pharmacy staff talking over you and very rude when asking simple questions. Seems to be a trend with some of the other reviews. You are given times for prescriptions to be ready only to be told it is not ready and if you come in they will start on them but if you wait in parking lot to go back through drive through they will not. Manager put me on speaker phone, was very rude then hung up. A zero for me.

People should not be allowed to drop off and wait for their medicine in the Drive-Thru. I waited 25 minutes for the car in front of me to get their medication

The Pharmacy !!!I love my Black Beautiful QueensBut when it comes to a professional environment they are so GhettoI asked a question about my VaccinesI got my birth control then 30mins later had to get my 2nd vaccine the Manager was rude and stank she did not want to answer my questionShe walked off from meI had to call he back to finish my conversationRUDEEEE & it like they know you need your vaccines but they try to make you need themLong story short I waited 2 hrs for my 2nd shot 😠😠

The pharmacy has really gone downhill recently. On one visit they charged me for medication that they didn't give me and another they took over 3 hours to get a prescription they have ready. Unprofessional and going to switch to another pharmacy after this mess. They need more quality staff and better customer service.

Two people working in pharmacy today. Been waiting over an hour to get flu vaccines. Other people waiting long periods of time for prescriptions. They need more people working in the pharmacy, especially for a Saturday

barely even one star, went in there for my scheduled vaccine appointment and arrived early…ended up waiting 40 minutes and never got it. i had to be a work 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled time. we tried to get the vaccine card back then they said it would be a few more minutes , we didn’t have a few more minutes to spare after waiting that long. we asked for the card back a final time and finally got it. honestly a 0/10, 0/5, do not recommend!!

Closed bathroom 30 minutes early, no signage, followed me into bathroom and interrupted me twice trying to chase me out.Followed me around the store taking me they were closing while I grabbed some Dawn and Coca Cola.They refused to take an order out to a customer parked outside who had ordered online because it was "too late".I left the store 4 min before closing, they immediately shut off the lights and left.

I will be eternally grateful to their pharmacy! After switching insurance in July, fighting with the new insurance to approve my prescription, trying to get my Walgreens to fill it for 3 days, they came through. They made sure I got what I needed! Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me! You didn't have to and yet you cared enough to!

The pharmacy department is lazy and has no work ethic. Put me on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up on me. Each time someone picked up they said a quick message and didn't give me time to say how long Ive been on hold and then put me on hold. They also had poor tone's in their voice too, like it was an inconveinience to call them. Also my prescriptions have also been partially filled and not fully. Ive never had these problems at CVS or Rite-Aid. They don't care about you so avoid Walgreen's on Jefferson by Main Street!

Extremely rude store manager, I was baffled by how bad their customer service was. I was transferred 3 times before I could receive any help which ended up not being helpful at all but just bad service. She did not know what was going on in her store which is truly surprising since you would think an assistant manager would know what products she has in her store. The other manager or employee I talked to was helpful and I was trying to get ahold of him but ended up talking to not one but two rude employees. The cashier I talked to was equally unhelpful and confused and provided incorrect information that resulted in me waiting 4 plus hours. I never get upset at anyone working retail since I work in retail and I understand the frustration but being blatantly rude and snobby is not okay for a grown adult who is an assistant manager and represents the company.

The pharmacy staff is great and helpful but their system is literally always down ! Fix it !! It’s been a while and every time I come back it’s still down. You also always have to search for someone to come to the front register, and there’s no point in having a photo center anymore because it “doesn’t work” . How is this location still even open ?

Went for arm sling for my husband ,only carried 1 type and it was almost 17.00 even though it said ONE SIZE ,this is not true it has rubbed a raw spot on his neck and he's not a big man .Also there were 2 men there of foreign speaking language 1 was openly playing with himself and the cashier said nothing (male) also, I felt very uneasy due to him continually following me when I tried to walk away from him. I was trying to not cause a scene however I feel the cashier should have said something .

My family and I are longtime Walgreens customers; however, after today, I'm not so sure. I went to drop off a prescription that I needed filled before my surgery tomorrow morning. I was just warned about staying calm and trying not to become upset because I suffer from high blood pressure.Yet now my pressure is up and I am highly upset. The pharmacy tech was quite rude, and rolled her eyes when I asked how long was the wait. Which she said was an hour to an hour and a half.Highly disrespectful. Never again will I endure such rudeness.Luckily the next two techs who assisted me were much nicer.

My 2 yr old needed a perscription filled for a sinus infection. Dropped off the perscription at 11:30 am. We stopped back by at 12:30 and said it wasn't ready and that I would get a text or call when it was. It never came so went back around 4:30 and was told that it never went in because the insurance card messed up....yeah not coming back. Three strikes with a sick kid and you are out.

I went to the store to pick up my order that had been ready for over 2 hours. Upon arriving, the photo cashier Carol had the meanest attitude, cut me off while talking and I am in the middle of grieving a loss. I get pictures printed often, and my order was not even in the available bucket because it had been left on the printer for the 2 hours it was ready, making the cashier even more difficult to deal with because she couldn’t find my order. When she found my order, she rushed to put the photos in a sleeve that was too small and dropped my pictures on the floor. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this Walgreens again.

Pharmacist Allison went above and beyond to help me get a prescription straight. Her compassion and understanding will never be forgotten. In this day and time, it is so comforting to know that someone is willing to take their time to help someone out instead of pushing the patient to the side. Thank you again Allison.

Prescription that was called in last night was not ready, but the one called in today was... Also when I went to pick it up through the drive through it took about 25 minutes just to get one prescription! And I think they forgot about me, because while I was waiting another woman came through the speaker - "welcome to Walgreens how may I help you?". I don't know if they don't communicate or what but I'm going to Rite Aid.

Pharmacies are always rather expensive you have to do couponing if you're going to go to a pharmacy I believe
