If I could rate them negative 5 I would. I had to purchase thick long needles for my disabled dad's muscle injections, but I couldn't remember the gauge needed, I asked the pharmacist for help and was immediately treated with rudeness like I was some junkie or something. I tried to explain what it was for, even giving the info for my dad so they could see that he has a prescription that requires such a needle to go into his muscle, but she only treated me worse and refused to give me the needles he needed. Poor customer service with nasty attitudes.

It’s is awful when you can’t get a prescription filled because they are out of stock and here we are a month later still out of stock . You need to update your system to fill the prescription you ran out of before filling the new ones that come in . Your customer should not have to keep calling you everyday .

Decided to switch to Walgreens instead of Rite Aide, which SUCKS.... but Walgreens is no different. Absolutely unreal with trying to get just a little decent service.

Had an appointment today at 2:45! I get there and they’re temporarily closed. Would’ve been nice to have received a notification or something to let me know to that my appointment has been canceled! So I could reschedule or find another location to provide the service requested. I took off of work, burned gas, and wasted my time searching for another location to provide the service! Thank you CVS for accommodating me before my scheduled appointment and in a timely manner! In and out!S/N: It’s ironic that the code official and I have the same first initial and last name.

Made an appointment for a yellow fever vaccine weeks in advance, drove several hours to this location because they said they had it. Showed up and they did not have it. Leaving me in a last minute situation for a necessary vaccine

This location: DO BETTER!!This Walgreens location is absolutely the worse. My son had 2 medications prescribed and was sent to the Yorktown location. Had to come here for one of them because they were the only location that had my sons medication, this place was horrible. The staff in pharmacy had such terrible attitudes, seem to not enjoy their jobs, and made me feel like I was such a bother to be there picking up the medication. The pharmacist there was no better, the attitude was just as worse as everyone else. If it wasn’t for my son needing meds, I would have just waited for the other location to get it.If anyone has a choice on which location to go to, avoid this one. I will from now on wait for the Yorktown one (across from Walmart) to order my meds. Although that location is extremely busy, I enjoyed my interaction with them, and were very pleasant (probably why they are always busy, everyone loves that location). Great service will always be above convenience.

Absolutly terrible if I could geive zero stars I would. I was on hold for half an hour just to be hung up on. I had called back to speak with someone which took another 10 minutes after I found out what the issue was with my order. So in total I am on hold for just under an hour and haven't gotten my prescription filled or updated on the status. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't do business with them but I am forced to due to insurance reasons.

Not sure why the pharmacist thinks that they know better than a Dr. Had a appointment today with Dr for a back injury, got a call from Walgreens saying mods were ready at 4pm. Around 7pm finally found a ride up there to pick up meds and was told they only filled on because the second one would react with a med that I was already taking and i would have to wait 30 min to fill the other.....ummm, not your job to over ride a Dr orders, just fill a script...don't you think the Dr is already smart enough to have that conversation with their patients.

Do not go to this pharmacy. They told me they didn’t have a very important medication of mine in stock for another 3 days. Then my doctor called and they told him, the medication was in stock. Please go somewhere else and not to a pharmacy that plays around with important medication.

The people working here can't be bothered to fill a prescription that was sent in three hours earlier. I had already waited 30 minutes in line to get to the drive-thru window just for the lady to tell me it wasn't ready yet and would be another 15-20 minutes because she couldn't be bothered to verify the insurance. I got fed up and decided to go to another pharmacy. This place desperately needs to get its act together.

I have been a customer with Walgreens 600 j Clyde and Jefferson Newport News Va for years. Every time I receive a prescription change I am told to stop taking by my physicians and pharmacist when I purchase newly prescribed prescription. My physicians knows my health and Walgreens pharmacist have always explained a change. On Friday my doctor changed me from a prescription and as alway I am aware that it means cease from taking the other. I haven’t slept in days and I wasn’t told by my doctor but the pharmacist on call tells me to bring in my prescription so she can go through and then she will take it to kiosk. I have never heard and with COVID ever even thought that would be patients rights and if anything sanitary. When I pulled into drive thru the Saturday because my doctor always explain to me to do what I always do with medication, the young woman asks me am I aware of the high copay, that right there upsets me because I copay for most online of my prescription so I say to her I am aware of the 107 dollars I have to pay. Then the pharmacist on call that I supposed is new Colette tells me at the drive thru she needs me to give her my last 5 pills first before she can let me pay for a prescription prescribed by my Doctor. At this point we haven’t slept and having anxiety and panic attacks. I drove to the pharmacy myself so that I don’t have any problems. And I spend money i don’t even have on prescription to be treated like a criminal for 5 sleeping pills my pharmacist wants to recycle. This is unacceptable and I will be looking for somewhat of apology or I will be looking into this unsanitary and just unlawful experience. I have understand that all the employees are doing there job and I appreciate them all, but to discriminate isn’t fair and no one should have to deal with that. Especially when I have never had a problem with Walgreens now because one person treated me unfairly I am now going to have to deal with the backlash for speaking up for myself. I don’t want to have to change pharmacy but I don’t like problems when my health is involved. I tried to leave a message online website but, it will not allow. one bad experience doesn’t mean the entire experience is worth giving up on but, when your health is on the line I don’t mess with that.

They accept prescriptions even when their pharmacy is closed…then put it back on the customer / doctor to move the prescription to another pharmacy. Not the end of the world, as I was able to choose another pharmacy close by, that in an of itself would get them a 2-3 start review. It’s annoying and is just an IT issue, so fixable. Seriously Walgreens, up your IT game.What put me over the edge and made the review a solid 1 star was the extra wait time at the 2nd pharmacy because Walgreens DID NOT CANCLE the prescription order they have no intention or ability to fill…even after I called and they told me they couldn’t transfer the prescription to another Walgreens and I’d have to work with the doctor to resubmit the prescription to a different pharmacy…WTF.

Don’t waste your time going here. Went for COVID test Saturday 14th. Said it would be back on Monday 16th. No results. Called Tuesday 17th. They said it was Still processing called Wednesday 18th. They have nothing in computer and they have no record of test! Careless and someone didn’t do their job correctly. Just think they are handling your medications.

I've been going to this Walgreens for well over a year now, but now I will stop doing business with them for good!Last month implemented a change in the Walgreens on J Clyde, changing from 24hrs now to 12. I was disappointed in the fact of them closing early but I really enjoyed the staff and their display of customer service. Now since the store is closing at 12pm, this new staff closes thirty minutes early (11:30). I disagree with this way of business to its entirety and I know with keeping this procedure up eventually this location will closed forever. Walgreens keep your word to your customers and close at the right time. Thank you

This is my go to place for pharmacy but after my experience with the 1- hour photo I probably won’t come back at all. I printed photos from online and was given a time they would be done. It was FIVE photos and when I showed up the girl, Jasmine or Jazmin, didn’t ask for my name or number just how many photos. I said “five- three 4x6 and two 5x7” well she said she didn’t print them yet so I had to wait for a few minutes. The photos were printed and I left. But when I got home I realized she didn’t print my 5x7’s. So I had to go back out and when I got there she was at the front counter slapping a pack of cigarettes acting like she was going on break. Once she saw me she ran over and handed me the photos and said please don’t give me a bad review. My issue is why wouldn’t you call me saying “hey sorry I didn’t wait long enough for the rest of the photos to print please come back and get them” but no she just acted as if “oh she’ll come back if not whatever” please get it together.

Can you say INCOMPETENCE!! HERE IS AN IDEA DO YOUR JOB🤔🤔. Delay after delay everytime i submit a prescription and they never call the insurance just put it in the system and read a screen. I know it's automated but every once in awhile you have to actually do the research the old fashioned way, PICK UP A PHONE!! #LAZINESSATITSBEST Definitely moving away from them soon

I was travelling through and stopped at this Walgreens for cigarettes. The lady gave me the cigarettes, took my money and when giving me the change she said " I hope one day someone takes these away from you !"Are you discouraging sells ?If I want a sermon, I'll go to church ! I won't return to that store or maybe any Walgreens.

What is the point of having appointments if you show up for yours and people who have theirs 30 minutes after your appointment get to jump Infront of you in line?
