On 3/2. I went to Walgreens to pay a bill that I had cash and it gives you the ability to go to CVS Walgreens 7-11 or Ace. Because I had things to take care of in that area I decided to go to Walgreens, I usually go to 7-11. The bill was a little over 1200.00 so the cashier called her manager who said I can only do $500 at a time mind you I have did this same transaction at a different Walgreens before. So rather than paying the fee 3x I said I'll just go to CVS down the street whome took the payment with no problem 1 transaction. My point is if you are going to provide a service know what you are doing rather than inconvincing people. No shade to the cashier only the manager

Really disappointing in my service today. Order photos several weeks ago. Supposed to be the 24 hour photos. It’s been two weeks. I’m getting email saying my pictures are complete ready for pick up. This is my second time. Going to the store. When I get there the photo departments has no idea where my orders are & why they’re not ready. Today I asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep called someone on the phone when I asked was there a manager in the store, she said no. I just walked out, I refuse to spend my money in a store with no supervision.

My mother is a foreigner and does not speak English well. However, she has lived in the United States for 30 years and has no discomfort at all about her life in the United States. My mother said that when she met Asai at this pharmacy, she felt very bad. Asai chooses to ignore others rather than respect them and does not provide help to others. I'm really sad that ASAI works for you. My mom said she will never choose a Walgreen pharmacy again.

just had the worst experience at the Walgreens pharmacy at 11440 Warwick Blvd. The pharmacist, Liz is beyond rude. She would not honor the contract establish by the insurance company with Walgreens. Even after the insurance company advised her she was to Bill via medical and not through the prescription plan. I had to file a formal complaint VMI insurance company to seek reimbursement. Walgreen needs to implement new training of the employees for better customer service. I will not give any business to a company that allows employees to treat their customers so poorly.

This pharmacy is terrible, it's not open on Sundays, which is very inconsiderate when you've been to the hospital and they order here and you can't pick up your medication.

Hello, I just experienced the worst customer service At this establishment. I was at Walgreens 10140 in Newport News, va. 14440 Warwick blvd 23608. I originally submitted an order for a calendar that should have been completed by 1:55p. When I arrived Somekne called over to assistance in photo and a lady name Luisa I think her last name is Perez but I am not sure about the last name part. She started off the conversation being rude saying she had some people quit and the person who does the photo is off. So I had asked her what she meant by that because I got a confirmation email and a same day service is offered. If no one was available I should have received a phone call or text or email stating a delay in services. She said she would try with an attitude while continue to say she doesn’t know what to do. I thanked her at the time for attempting even though she was rude. I waited for about 20minutes before I said something again. At that point she was getting loud and a associate came over to see what the issue was. She continues to get loud and tell me that I didn’t receive a confirmation while stop working on the calendar. Not having someone be able to do a job that is offered is not my problem. Everyone should be trained on a job or at least the lead should know what to do. The lack of professionalism was in poor. As the lead that was on her badge she definitely needs more training for educational purposes as well as conduct. She should not be in the position she is in handling situations that she is not use to or handle the stress. She does not need to be at this establishment because I have always been greeted with professionalism at any place. My order number is 29988701321508. I hope that something is done about this situation. I would like an email or call back regarding this matter. The other associates helped me and I thank them for that but as for the person who is lead needs to be demoted.

They with held my babies medication that they need to be able to breath. The pharmacist there said it'd take up to 24 hours to process. I spoke with four other pharmacist in the area and they said they could have it done in under an hour. Corporate Walgreens said that there is no explanation as to why it would take 24 hours to process. That man was withholding our child's medication. If I have to take my baby back to the hospital because they withheld her medication they will be held liable.

Burnett woman with tattoos all over her arms working the pharmacy is absolutely disgusting. She is rude. No help. And acted like I was bothering her by dropping my prescriptions off. Complete trash. All the negative reviews you’d think they’d make some changes.

Made an online order for pick up. Pick up order was ready 30 mins prior to close so I figured I would get it in the morning. My email stated that because I ordered medicine (OTH) I had to come in and show my ID. Mind you, I caught a cold/flu so that’s why I ordered pick up so I could do curbside. I totally understand that they need to see my ID. I went in the store where ALL the employees including the manager didn’t say a word to me and ignored that I even came in. I stood at the pick up counter and had to ask an employee to help. I did use the app to give a heads up that I was on my way and arrived within the time frame I stated. I put on a mask and walked in there hoping to get out of there quick- they didn’t even need to see my ID so why did I have to go in the store sick if they weren’t going to check? I am disappointed in the customer service at this store.

I was at check out I put in my loyalty info the Male manager said if you would like to sign up for this hit continue, I picked cancel because I was confused at the fact I already had a phone number for the account. So then I proceed to say calmly no thank you I should already have a number with you. He then replied" well if you would have stopped talking and were to let me finish. So anyways what I was saying was..." to be honest I was so mortified I was spoken to in such a manner by a manager I stopped listening down below is what I am hoping is their employee number. People like this should not be employed in the customer service world. You should be ashamed and fired.

The pharmacy was horrible, showed up for my flu shot appointment 15 mins early (I was the only one at the pharmacy) and I still waited for about an hour to get my shot just to be talked down to and treated poorly by the woman who gave me my shot. Was very sarcastic and rude and should be fired

The pharmacy operations manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The pharmacist even seemed uncomfortable with her poor service but didn't say anything. I was off put enough to no longer use Walgreens for pharmacy services at all.

This pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription and I can understand for safety reasons not taking the medication back but at least refund my 40.00...the two girls behind the counter looked confused and just kept saying that the dr filled that prescription and I said it was in error I am supposed to get the correct medication that you are currently filling. I said I dont believe I should be forced to pay for medication I am not supposed to take any more. And the one lady got sassy and said our manager will be in tomorrow. I said so basically I am screwed out of 40.00 and no medication. She repeated herself about the manager so I grabbed the medication and walked away.What the hell kind of pharmaceutical place are they operating that they are okay with me taking the wrong medication, and they are okay with stealing my 40.00?!We could have used that money for food or gas to get to work but now we are out 40.00 and I still do not have the proper medication.BEWARE OF THIS CARELESS BUSINESS AND ITS EMPLOYEES

For my friends that live in Newport News that go to the Walgreens on Warwick and Denbigh dont lose ur time. I had a bad experience with them. Took my prescription on Monday got told it would b ready at 6 didn't get a chance to go the same day to get. Next day after work I arrive to get my med and got told that there was no meds for me like I never went there to take my prescription. Fact is they lost my perception and then they want to make me look crazy like I never went there. Smh would never go there again my new pharmacy will be CVS. Please make sure u keep copy of ur prescription. They r so rude.

IF YOU ARE QUEER DO NOT GO HERE!!! The head pharmacist, a white man named Nathan, refused to fill my prescription due to “moral reasons”. I am a trans woman and the prescription was for my estrogen hormone medication. I even contacted corporate and they said that Walgreens pharmacists may deny any prescription they see fit to.

I am shocked at the way the managers stephanie and tamara treat customers. They are so rude and extremely unprofessional. Tamara went as far as to make me stand at the register for nearly 40 minutes saying it was against their store policy to follow the corporate policy. Stephanie said that it was up to her discretion if she wanted to allow me to use my register rewards. I now know why people warned me against going there!
