First time using boarding services with The MeowManor over the holidays. My two cats absolutely enjoyed their stay and loved seeing the daily photos of them while we were away. Drop off and pick up was super easy and I liked that I could check in on my cats via the camera access provided. A good reminder is if you need a bigger room for your cats to book as soon as possible as they fill up around the holidays. Will absolutely bring my cats back for future boarding!

This cat-only boarding facility was amazing! Communicated often on the well-being of my cats. Very clean and well organized facility. You can tell the owner really cares about your cats, which offered a great peace of mind being my first time boarding my cats. I will always use this facility in the future.

Megan and Kara where amazing. The place is spotless . The condos , apartments and mansions are adorable. Thy have a camera service where you can see talk to and watch your kitty all day all night. Is in an amazing location easy to get. The service was straight forward educational and easy options to navigate. The staff is well trained for any curve balls they might have to manage on the moment. Over all The meaow manor is a really great place to leave your pet safe and secure. BtW they have a reward program ask for that in addition you can get 5$ off when you do check in on their Facebook page. Amazing

I honestly don't know where to start with how great MeowManor is!I loved the different boarding options and went with a larger room with a window perch. Our cat enjoys a window view so I thought she'd appreciate it.Kara was there when we dropped off and picked up our cat (also named Kara!). She was very friendly and allowed us time to set up the room and then get her stuff together with zero rush. I really liked this because when we've boarded with the vet we were just handing off our cat in the carrier and that was it.Being able to check in our girl via Wyze was great! We were also sent daily pictures and a report card at the end of her stay. I really, really appreciate the time and attention they gave my girl.I wish they had a location in my side of the water but because of all the amazing amenities they offer I don't mind making the drive. I highly recommend MeowManor!

This is our 3rd time at The Meow Manor with our oldest cat; but this time we also brought our 2nd cat-our 9 month old. Once again the staff was completely attentive to every email or text and our endless ‘helicopter parenting worry’ :) The camera in their room is great as you can see them anytime. We got texts each day when it was their turn to ‘explore’ the rest of the Manor and pics. It’s so comforting when you are watching the camera thousands of miles away and you see someone come in and give them a cuddle. I can’t imagine what we would do with The MeowManor!

We cannot say enough good things about The MeowManor. It was our first time being away from our cat and to say we were nervous was an understatement. The lovely ladies at tolerated all our questions and inquires and nerves. The cameras in the his “mansion” gave us comfort seeing him happy and healthy. Then he got to come out and explore the manor and get cuddles. The last morning he was there, we happen to see his “vacation mommy” go in to feed him and he was tail wrapping her and she was petting him. That was amazing to see and gave us great comfort. We will use this amazing place and already have his next stay planned and booked.

The short story is that we specifically booked back in August because we wanted an apartment and knew that holidays book quickly. We arrived today to find out that we were going to be in a cage instead. They clearly have some problems with their booking protocols.We did not leave our cat there. Thank God that we are not in the Navy anymore when we often didn't know our neighbors, and were able to piece together support.The only positive was how prompt Kara the owner was in her response, acceptance of blame and full refund.

Boarded my 2 cats in a MeowMansion for 6 days while I was on a cruise. I could not be more pleased with the experience! One of my cats is extremely skittish, so it was great having a camera to watch how she adjusted over time since I was so worried about her. The staff took amazing care of both my cats and I felt very assured when dropping them off that they would be well cared for. The whole concept of the MeowManor is amazing and I will definitely be back next time I need to board my cats. I absolutely recommend the MeowManor to all cat parents in the area!!!

I HIGHLY recommend boarding your precious fur babies at this facility. I have had total peace of mind being out of town on vacation for a week because I know my baby is in great hands. I get daily updates, have camera access to see her anytime through out the day and picked out exactly which room I wanted for her. The facility is almost spotless and smells amazing! So thankful for the MeowManor and looking forward to using them again in the future.

I highly recommend MeowManor. The staff was so friendly and was very caring and loving with my cat. The mansion (room) was great and my cat loved lying in the window. Having a camera in the room to check on my cat, gave us great peace of mind. It was also great to see the staff spoil my girl and even sit in the room with her giving her lots of rubs and attention. I so appreciated the daily photos they emailed me with the most gorgeous photos of my cat. Best cat boarding facility!!! This will be our go-to place from now on.

This was my time boarding my cats while I was away on Vacation. They were wonderful and gave me a tour of their facility. They have 24/7 live cameras watching your babies while your away. They even send daily pictures which I loved. They were so caring and although my cats were so nervous, when it was time for "playtime", they took them into a separate room, so they wouldn't be so anxious. I'd recommend them to anyone!

This was our first time boarding Chloe in this type of facility. Our baby is super shy and timid. Getting the nightly emails with pictures and seeing her come out of her shell made us happy and put us at ease on our trip. Also having access to the camera in her apartment is a great feature. We truly can not put into words how happy and grateful we are for how well Chloe was treated. The love and treatment she received from the staff is out of this world!!!! Thank you for taking care of our baby 😊✌️

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! It was the first time I was boarding my 8 month old kitten and The MeowManor staff took such great care of her. Being a smaller owned business, it is more of a hands-on and personal experience. The cameras really eased my worries because I was able to check on her when I wanted. We rent a condo at the beach for 2 weeks every year, and drive through Newport News on our way. The level of care that they get is unsupassed anywhere! The Manor is INCREDIBLY CLEAN! You would never guess there was a cat anywhere. Love having the ability to check in on them whenever I want via the cameras that are in their room. When I pick them up, they are happy and calm! Not sure what I would do for 2 weeks without them as an option. No other boarding facility even comes close.

I would definitely bring my cat here again! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They showed me throughout the building and answered any questions I had. They offer a military discount but even before that, they're reasonably priced. The staff have open communication during the application process, before and during the cats stay. They made me feel so much better about leaving my cat at a boarding place while going out of town, which I have never done before. This was my first time there, first time boarding and I would only go here if I need to again! They sent me daily updates and pictures to assure me how well my cat was adjusting. I would highly recommend them!

I adore The MeowManor. It is a cat's (and cat owner’s) dream. The staff is so kind.My cat doesn’t like being away from me for long, and I miss her when I’m gone, so the CatCams are such a perk. She also gets nervous around other cats, so having the option of a room for herself is perfect.I tell people about The MeowManor often! I appreciate knowing my cat will be well taken care of if I’m going somewhere and she can’t tag along.

We could not be happier with the care MeowManor provided our kitty cat. We have never boarded our cat before and were nervous as he is a very people-oriented and social cat. The room he stayed in was clean, light, bright, and spacious. We opted for the largest room to give him space to wander around and were grateful for the live camera feed to ease our anxious minds. It was a huge plus that the staff let him out (and all the other residents) to roam and explore and get the attention he would be missing out on if he stayed home while we were away. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you!!

We felt so good leaving our baby boy at the Meow Manor. I knew it was the right place to board my cat Aiko while my husband and I were out of town. It was our first time ever leaving him and it couldn’t have been a more calming experience. The installed webcams made it so easy to check up on our buddy and talk to him whenever we missed him. The facility is incredibly clean and they check for fleas upon drop off which makes me feel great as a pet owner. We highly recommend boarding your cats with them and will continue to use their service while we’re in the area.

My two kitties stayed at the MeowManor for 6 nights over Thanksgiving holiday. This was their first time being boarded, and I believe that other than having someone pet sit at home for you, this is the best option. Every cat is different, but I think the majority don't like change. With that in mind, my two furbabies did very well during their stay in one of the "mansion" rooms at The MeowManor. One of my kitties is very sensitive and stresses out when there is significant change in her life, but she adjusted well. The room was spacious, had plenty of things to keep them busy/occupied and comfortable. I especially liked the fact that there is a camera in the room, and I could see and talk to them whenever I wanted to in order to quell my own anxiety about leaving them. They were well cared for by the staff. It was well worth the cost for them to stay, and if I ever need to board them again while we are in this area, I will definitely bring them back to the MeowManor. To the staff, thank you for providing this special service for our kitty family members!

brought my cat here when we went on vacation and felt good knowing that there was cameras for me to check in on my cat. the staff is friendly and very accommodating to you and your cat's needs. we've also used the daycare service when we had work being done on the house during the day and it provided peace of mind knowing my cat was safe while we were busy. highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my cat back.

I never knew cat boarding could be so cat-lover friendly. Any time I’ve had to go out of town, Meow Manor has been so great at welcoming Gus into their family. He has his own big room with a cat tree and a window perch and he gets daily explore time in the building. The staff did not look at me funny when I brought his cat fountain and his little mouse feeders with all of his toys. They have a daily card with feeding instructions which they follow and record a daily report on how he is doing. They even cleaned out the fountain before giving it back to us! They have been so accommodating and have spoiled Gus! My mind is at ease any time we have to leave town because I know he is in good hands!

The gals at MeowManor are AMAZING and so nice. Had my baby with them for three weeks and he was absolutely loving it there. He even made another fur best friend, Sullivan. I one hundred percent recommend letting this wonderful group of humans take care of your cat. Five stars all around. The staff here really helped me out in a pinch! I was moving into a new home that needed some renovations to be safe and livable for both myself and my cat. They worked with my schedule and provided her a stay filled with care and love! Thanks so much to the girls here for all their help! They also feature some great amenities such as a cat cam where you can interact with your pet and monitor their stay. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place!

Our three cats has a wonderful holiday vacation at MeowManor! Their video feed of my boys was reassuring to see that they settled in at their time with MeowManor. They were well exercised and enjoyed having their 'Kitty TV" time with the birdfeeders in the windows. Most importantly I felt that my cats were safe and well cared for while we were away. They cannot wait to stay at MeowManor again for our next trip!

I've used the Meow Manor a few times to board my cat, Minerva. It's always been a positive experience. I love the cat cam feature. Being able to check in and see how much fun she's having has been great!
