Awesome. They did such a wonderful job grooming both of my pups, but particularly my collie. They really listen to you and make absolutely sure that they know what you’re looking for. They were so patient with my nervous little boy (my collie). I have never seen him so calm coming out of a groomers before. Their prices are very reasonable for the truly excellent service they provide.100% will be taking both of my pups to them for the foreseeable future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer. Absolutely no notes. They rock.I’ve attached photos of my rough collie after coming home, keep in mind that they gave me exactly what I asked for. He was so hot and uncomfortable last summer that I asked them to trim his fur down very short. In the cooler months when I bring him bask I’ll ask that they keep the fur on his body and mane longer.

I’ve taken my fur baby here twice now! Both times I’ve had a great experience. He is a long haired Persian cat who spits up terrible hairballs. He also hates getting brushed and develops matts around his neck. They make sure to take their time with him and make sure he comes out looking beautiful. Also in this area they are very reasonably priced in terms of cat grooming!!

We just moved here and are so happy we found the Grooming Gallery! Making appointments has been very easy. Prices are reasonable and he always has a great cut. Annabelle does such a great job with our dog.

The staff was very friendly, called and let me know how my dog was doing and when she would be done. I picked her up and she smelled great, I thought the price was fair and I appreciate the styled pig tails she was given with a cute sparkly black bow. However, I found a few nicks and bald spots on my dog that she would not stop messing with. I understand my dog had several mats and was expecting her to be shaved as that’s what I asked for but I feel like they shaved way too close to the skin, causing her pain and discomfort. Maybe we will try another groomer here next time.

Was very satisfied with the great job Tina did on my cat " Blue ". He was beginning to get uncomfortable with his thick and long hair but since Tina shaved him it is like his energy level has risen greatly Thank you SO much and I promise you a better tip next time! LOL!

Never taking my dog here again, paid $90 just for them to shave him bald, our dog had a few knots but not much and we told him we were fine with it being short but not shaved, we dropped him off at 12 pm and was told he would be done around 4 pm and received a call at 1:30 pm that he was done, so they didn’t even try, they wanted a quick turn around for a quick buck, just shaved him from head to toe, I cold have done that myself for free. and they didn’t even bother calling us to ask, this place is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves pet groomers. I do not recommend this business to anyone that loves their dogsEdit: your a terrible business, my pets coat was not bad you guys were lazy. And I dropped my dog off and for sure never said to shave my dog . We said to cut it short if you have to but never shave. The fact that you are lying and have failed to apologize and like to put the blame on others proves how unethical your business is

The amazing ladies at the Grooming Gallery went above and beyond to help out the rescue I work for Critters 4 U. All the dogs we brought came away feeling like beautiful princesses after a hard life. My husband and I are still amazed at how well they groomed our Princess. She smelled so good and her cut was beautiful! Especially around the eyes!!! We used to take her to PetSmart and we were never satisfied with their cuts but with The Grooming Gallery, best believe that you will leave with your Princess/Prince super satisfied with their amazing service!!!

We had a great experience with The Grooming Gallery! Sarah was super helpful with getting us scheduled in a timely manner and told us what we needed to bring! Tori was an expert and sent us a cute picture while they were getting bathed. Our labradors came back smelling clean with nice breath, and manicures! It was obvious they were comfortable. The groomers included a cute seasonal bandana with the service. My yellow lab has severe allergies, and they accommodated her needs with the shampoo. They were also sure to avoid her ears and we have had no issues! My black lab's de-shedding treatment was well worth the extra $10. They had a wonderful day and I will recommend The Grooming Gallery to everyone I know! Thanks for caring for my babies

Called at a short notice and out of our luck we were able to get our love, Karma, in for a grooming. Being a 11 month old this was her first time to do this. Very skeptical and curious of the process. She got a little scared but they worked with her to make sure she was one happy pooch. They did the whole nine yards and even got her to have an amazing scent that will last a good week or so. Brought her out with a cute bandanna too! Ah! Thank you! We will always be customers for you now unless the military moves us of course!

Gigi takes care of our Pomeranian boy so well. We trust her as she previously groomed our Yorkie for over 10 years. Our Pom always turns out so handsome whether we go short or fluffy. Prices are a bit high. Some say, you get what you pay for. We're pleased and that's what matters most.

Took my Labradoodle here today for the first time. I was very impressed because they took the time to listen to me and have a friendly welcoming environment. Not everyone knows how to groom a doodle. Big shout out to Ms. Ray, she did an amazing job with my big busy boy Ollie, aka "Allz". He has a unique coat that is not easy to groom. "Thank you Ms. Ray"

I picked this groomer because they were close to my new home and because of the reviews. I want to add my own experience and review. I dropped my boy off in the morning and the lady there let me know exactly what they’d do for him, asked what I wanted, and gave me a ballpark price. I don’t know a lot about grooming so I typically let the groomer do what they think is best in terms of getting him cleaned up nicely. When I picked him up, he looked amazing! He smells incredibly fresh, his fur is so soft, his undercoat and poofy tail are brushed out with no tangles, his nails look amazing, his ears are trimmed adorably, his potty areas are trimmed so cleanly, and his arm “feathers” are cleaner and cuter than ever. I’m really extremely happy with this place, they did such a good job with him!

I have an ornery old lady cat who is 18 and did not grow up getting regular nail trims. I don't trust just anyone with her, some might describe me as neurotic or even unreasonably cautious. That is fair, she is my life. I am very comfortable bringing her here. They are fast, kind and easygoing. She has never had any issues and it's affordable at that. Thanks again ladies for keeping her claws healthy, and keeping my hands from getting shredded!

My dog’s beautiful coat before and after. Obviously don’t know how to groom a golden. Goldens should never be cut this short, as it can lead to issues with regrowth and sunburns. Absolutely horrified at what they did to my baby. Never again.

Kayla is amazing! She did the best groom I’ve ever seen on my dog in his 12 years! So fluffy and perfectly trimmed, looks like show-quality grooming. She is so sweet and caring, too! We come from Williamsburg to get our dogs groomed with her and it’s so worth it. So happy to have found Kayla and The Grooming Gallery!!

Had a great experience with this grooming place. Both of my dogs came out looking stylish. They were also pretty fast.My only complaint was that I thought the price I paid for my miniature schnauzer was a little high, higher than im used to and essentially the same price for my whoodle who is significantly bigger.Regardless, they did an awesome job, and we will most likely be back!

WOW!! Tina in amazing!!!!!! Although they were booked up, she was able to get my fur baby in for an emergency clean up. She did more than an amazing job!! We are definitely coming back!!!! I can't say enough about this place. Brought in our young Puggle Mia who had a traumatic experience with another place doing her nails and wouldn't let any one touch her. Corina was patient with her, offered homework advice and was eventually able to do her nails : )
