Whent there with my mom who uses a walker. They have yellow barriers around the door I'm assuming due to people stealing. The problem is you can't get through the barriers with a walker or a wheelchair. There solution is to have a handy cap gate. But it doesn't do anyone any good if it's locked. What if it's an emergency and they need to get out in a hurry. This has to be against the law or something.

I've had better collard greens in prison. They shouldn't even be advertised as collard greens, just call them green water. Absolutely no seasoning or flavor. Macaroni salad was decent and the lasagna was ok. But for nearly 20$ I'd rather eat of the trash.

First time going to piggly wiggly. Mr.Tory those chitlins was awesome I will be coming back to get the pig feet. The mac & cheese also awesome. Keep giving that food love and care. 😍

Got the pig feet, greens and Mac and cheese..pig feet no seasoning at all had the nerve to have pepper and onions and they were hard...the greens like just opened the can and just warmed them up....a complete waste of my money in the trash

The staff has been solid. Big Mike in deli has been a pleasure to interact with and it makes the deli experience next level. Mr.Tory puts his entire foot in the food because it tastes amazing. The register staff has been solid everytime.They save me everytime when I need Healthy options after the gym or during work

I wish I could post this with ZERO stars. The manager Que is the rudest person I've ever encountered at Piggly Wiggly. When calling the store the menu is provided stating the lunch specials of the week which is all 7.49. When informing the cashier who called over the manager in the midst of me explaining I was rudely interrupted by Que stating oh well that's not the price and never will be as she walked off. You never know someone's position or mindset. Everyone should be treated with respect especially coming from a manager. Do not accept a position because of title accept the position because you love what you do. Also Chitterlings should be Chitterlings not Souse.

Do not purchase anything from their bakery section I've today purchase a mousse parfait and it was refrigerated right when I got home but when I went to go eat it I found mold in the mousse, I proceeded to call the store once I told them what the problem was there was not an apology it was just straight attitude, I am going to be looking at a new sword to be shopping for groceries learn some manners and customer service training as well as labeling and dating any products in the bakery or grocery in general I'm glad they're not consume it cuz I would have been going to the hospital and they would have been suedI also took pictures of it so they can't say that I'm

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a cool spot for saving and shopping pretty good meat selection clean deli spot overall it's a good supermarket. Just wish they stock up more on the Goya brand and all the great/good Jasmine rice only comes in small bags 😟 other definitely would recommend.

Expensive also Absolutely No good customer service. I'm from Carolina I love piggy wiggly stores but. I now live in Suffolk so I do t mind traveling to one. However I went in this particular on on Saturday and the greens were dirty no sprinkler washing them as they sat. I bought cake slices they were STALE. SO THIS STORE WILL BE A NO GO FOR ME.

My best friend stop by there today to get us breakfast and I am here to tell you it was fantastic. If you are use to a good home cook breakfast of grits in butter, cheese eggs, corn beef hash this is the place to go pick it up. One breakfast can feed two adult people and the price was excellent

Every time I go in there they got old meats and old food when they going to put some fresh food up it seems like they serving people the food that's being thrown out the turkey wings look like they bought the right away all black I would never go grocery shopping here a lot of that stuff is too old to be too expensive it's not worth it and they have a lot of people there that is out of their mind and mental that works there they don't know how to treat or talk to people all of them m************ up there is slow respond on my post you can come see me

First time in the store today. It was very clean. We went to the deli and Tiffany was so wonderful at giving customer service and introduce us to the Chief Nee who cook a wonderful spread today. Ms. Nee and Tiffany is wonderful and for their excellent customer service I will return. Thank you

The aromas from deli drew my attention. Food looked hot and fresh. Was difficult to choose, but finally decided on bbq chicken, mac-n-cheese, and green beans. Employees were friendly and very customer oriented. Going back on Friday for fish and salmon cakes! Surprised the store wasn't busier being so close and convenient to numerous shipyard departments/activities.

Outside of the wait everything was great. We ordered the 8 piece of chicken and mac n cheese. It was hot and delicious. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the taste of homecooked meals.

Not a very big storefront, lacked fresh items and the prices are significantly higher in this part of town. The staff was friendly and it was cleanly hence why they get at least two stars. But the store did not meet the Piggly wiggly ambiance you get when compared to its southern stores. The store location is off the highway and next to a police station, generally felt safe when shopping. Do not think I will go out of my way to come back shopping though. Hoping business picks up and they rearrange themselves into full Piggly wiggly fresh friendly potential.

Love the discounted for sale meats. I get very happy. You can get lucky and get t-bone for 3 dollars and change. And the hot food area, is alot more cleaner than the one in Norfolk.

I drive from all the way uptown to go get my meats here.I feel like I won something when I walk out stacked with meats for a large family for a couple of weeks at amazingly low prices.I hear they have a meat truck ever so often, waiting for that opportunity.The other items are pricey, save those for a trip to Walmart or even a dollar store.

I sent my daughter to the store to purchase some items for me. One of the items was incorrect, so I asked her to go back to the store with her receipt and purchase the correct item or ask for a refund. Shortly after, my daughter sends me a text and tells me that they accused her of stealing it, and they had to run the cameras, even though she had her receipt! So I immediately went to the store, and by then, the cashier who rung her up previously had already explained to the manager that my daughter indeed paid for her items. However, when I got to the store, security was standing behind my daughter, while the cashier and manager was at the register completing a refund. I asked them "why would you think my daughter was stealing, even after she showed you her receipt" The cashier responded and said she saw my daughter walking up and down the isle and didn't purchase anything. So she decided to do the right thing and notify her supervisor. The right thing would've been not to accuse my child of stealing if you didn't see her take anything! When I asked her if she was going to apologize to my daughter, her response was she did not accuse my child of stealing. If you have security standing behind my daughter while you check your cameras, then that's accusing her of stealing!!! She even said "well some people do steal" That doesn't mean you treat everyone like thieves. I live on the street directly in front of the store, and I have given you a lot of business. But you will never get another dime of our money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I will definitely spread the word!!

I just ate their breakfast from the deli. I ordered grit's, cheese eggs, link sausage and corn beef hash. Lordy it was good good good good and I will return tomorrow morning for more. Thank you for coming to our neighborhood!

Though I don't go here to make my entire grocery list, the deli serves some the most amazing homestyle meals. Cafeteria style so you choose your entré and sides . Some of the best fried chicken this side of my mama's kitchen lol. Enjoy!!

They have food and produce but the prices are really high. You can get most if not all the same food at walmart for cheeper. If you go here what money you have prepare to spend. This store is not good if you are a money saver but if not and you want to spend they will take care of you

I shop here from time to time. They have been open for some time now and the prices are somewhat reasonable. The problem I've had has been getting a stock of WHOPPERS in(Chocolate covered malt balls in a milk carton). I've requested this item several times, and it seems that the manager doesn't want this candy in the store as the other store in the area has them in stock. So, I think they can have them in this store. Someone please get the manager here to start stocking them.

Terrible. worst shopping experience ever. Talk about racial profiling. Never seen a store stocked with so many racial puns. The produce section was a disgrace with wilting lettuce simply on a shelf with no water spray. Very little in non-gmo selection. Why would there not be the option of healthier food here. Could it be the location.If you are looking for an endless supply of fried chicken, moon pies, chitterlings, raison pies and grape everything then this is the store for you. Otherwise this place is a disgrace. Food Lion has far more sales and prices are even cheaper all around. Piggly Wiggly is not a healthy choice at all.
