I've been happily taking my dogs here on a weekly basis to train and socialize for months. Today I was rudely kicked out by a person named "Carl" He approached me and told me that I was not allowed to train in store and to leave. Me thinking that he thought I was training others' dogs professionally told him that they were my own dogs not someone else's. He rudely told me that it doesn't matter and I need to leave because I'm somehow taking business from them and that it was policy that I couldn't train them in store. I told him to prove it or even tell me how I'm supposed to know not to train them there and he threatened to call the police. I will be calling corporate and making complaints. I will also make sure everyone knows what to expect from this place. They have lost a paying customer (I buy something every time I come in the store)as I will not put up with this treatment. I have never solicited my training in this store and my dogs are always very well behaved

Store has gotten a lot cleaner! Friendly employees. We go there 1 to 2 times a month to have our dogs groomed. Shana is the best!

Shauna grooms my two dogs winter and bella. They always come out looking amazing and her positive good energy I don't worry leaving them with her cause I know they are in good hands ( i am picky on leaving my dogs). If you want an amazing, loving to your animal, professional she is the one. If I could rate 10 stars I would. We love our shauna.......

I got to choose from many different types of fish to purchase. One of my fish of 6 years passed, I wanted to buy more like him and found them at this location. The employees did a fantastic job explaining what type of fish I should and should not put in the same tank! I would definitely recommend and refer love ones to this location.

Very fast, very professional, very good service. I have been there quite a bit to utilize their grooming service and have never been disappointed. They send text and email reminders so it syncs with my calendar. They also gave a courtesy call to make sure we were still good because things happen. My dog came back to me so clean that she was complimented by a stranger on the way out. I highly recommend this place.

Good customer service. I also enjoy the reward program for the bags of food they have. Make sure to sign up for app. Buy 7, get the 8th free. I spent about $560+tax on all 7 bags but have a free $80 bag coming my way.

Petco isn't our normal pet store but we needed a few things & this location was on our way home. The staff at Petco were amazing. The gentleman working in the fish department was very knowledgeable about the plants we were purchasing for our pond. We ended up leaving with a 1 eyed Koi that I fell in love with & they were giving him away. Agent Fury is doing great in his new pond home & I'm so glad we chose Petco that night.

They're always awesome, the puppy play time is great for socializing you dog. I learned a lot of great things in their puppy classes. Also I take my dog regularly to get groomed and they do a really good job with his teeth, ears, and nails. Its always super fun to go there. They also have vet services come through if you look at their schedule and that's where I chipped my dog. They also have fun events for dogs that you can participate in. Every so often adoptions will come in and they have the most precious animals to adopt. It's a really cool spot and if you're an animal lover definitely check their schedules out for events. (Nails done by the groomer)

Very impressed with this Petco. We moved from across the US and needed to get our pooches up to date on shots heartworm ..all that. Came into the store, was warmly acknowledged by the store employees. The gal who took our info for the vet visit was absolutely a joy! She made this process so much easier. And the ladies who took care of my Boo in the clinic were wonderful as well. Even the young man at check out register was very friendly too. Excellent experience !

We recently adopted our dog from the Isle of Whight Humane Society that brings animals here on Sundays. After this we come to puppy play and puppy class put on by their wonderful employee Valerie. This is absolutely fun, and Val is an expert. I absolutely recommend this place.

Nice store but went to get pick,no there but me asked cashier about pick up. He was doing on boxing, ok had to wait no problem. But when a customer came up after and he helps. Her 1st that's wrong. Yes he knew I was there , even ask how he could help.If the item was paid for I would of just left.

This PetCo is the way to go! Whether pursuing the store, scheduling a pick-up, or receiving services from VetCo, my experience has been quick and easy – my only suggestion would be designated parking spots for pick-up orders, but parking has never been an issue. I’m so grateful to have always had the same courteous employee, Emily, during the checkout process - she is very friendly and personable and it is a delight to interact with her upon entering and leaving the store!
