Took care of both of my boys and so quickly! They were so sweet to all of us and incredibly thorough even did nail grinding in addition to the nail trimming. Called and they were able to get us in the very next day. Accommodating, kind, fast and excellent service! You have repeat clients with us! Thank you Hope and Veronica!

Prices are reasonable, fast service. However, quality of their haircut very unreliable. Had two excellent cuts the rest were no where close to what was requested. Supposedly the attached pictures were by the same groomer. They should’ve offered a refund. There is no repairing that botched cut. I am always very clear with what I want. I say the same thing every time.

Liz has been taking the best care of my boys for almost 2 years now! She’s great with poodles/doodles of all shapes and sizes, the prices are reasonable, and she’s wonderful at listening to what you’d like done for your fur babies. I can be particular but Liz always nails it!

Susan and her team are total experts!! They do SUCH an amazing job and I highly recommend their services. I am so grateful for their incredible patience with my anxious pup. I don’t usually post reviews but Liz deserves all the praise she has been grooming my Riley for 12 years now. He will not allow anyone to cut his hair for a while I lost communication with her and he was kicked out of petsmart grooming. Once I found her I knew Riley would recognize her and he loves going to see her. I’m so thankful for your work and how you are so sweet and patient with my Riley.

They are always great with my senior special needs cat and now my schnauzer. It's nice having reliable, affordable, and quality grooming so close to home after spending years traveling to RVA or Toano. My cat LOVES her spa days with Fuzzy Feet and is naturally that chill for them. My typically anxious dog flew through his appointment without stress and was happy at the end.

Our little girl Pearlie had her very first grooming session! She loved it and so did we. She is so soft and smelled so good and still does. Fuzzy Feet did a phenomenal job. Go see them for al your doggies!!! They are amazing!

I have to start this off with how hard it is to find not only a good groomer but a groomer overall. Not only was Susan responsive to my call back but she was also extremely helpful and did an amazing job with our dalmatian! She is extremely down to earth which is something i really value in customer service. Susan gave me the option to stay to give me peace of mind but to also comfort my dog. Its a very safe, homey feeling the moment you walk in. I have been to so many groomers in the past with my other dogs and i can't say enough how much i appreciate the hospitality with my Dalmatian especially since it was his first time at a groomer. I can honestly say he did not hate it as well as i will definitely be coming back ! He smells so wonderful and he is the happiest he could be for a first time visit! The pricing was really good for our dog, which is always nice since we added extra services ! Thank you for your heart warming personally Susan and quality service !

$230 including tip for what I think was called the bubbles package which was supposed to include bath, nails haircut, and teeth brushed for 2 small dogs. After I picked them up I noticed their breath did not smell like their teeth had just been brushed, and their teeth still had brown stains at the gum line. I don't feel that the grooming was anything more then I would have gotten at Pet Smart, but it would have been a lot cheaper there.

Dropped off our Newfoundland for bath and simple haircut. Will not be returning. 1 star because staff was polite. Explained that he didn't need to be shaved just simple trim to make his hair neat. Somehow, that turned into his rear end and legs getting shaved. When asked why he was shaved when I said not to, I got the "for hygiene, had knots and I asked for tight trim". None of those reasons applied to my dog. We brush him daily, and matting was not a concern. I asked for a simple bath and trim, and I got a Newfie, who looks like it's wearing leggings. His front legs are un touched, rear legs shaved (not even shaved evenly!), for some reason left just long leg hair around his feet...just overall a waste of $157 (which was told around $90 when called). Do not recommend this place.

Just love this shop. Thank you guys for taking care of our Tilden! All the girls, and specifically Mel, have loved on him like he’s theirs. I appreciated the way she tried to help him relax and feel safe when he was really nervous/anxious. It helped me feel at ease to leave him with her!

My Siberian puppy Smudge LOVED her first ever grooming appointment! The staff here are extremely friendly and informative. They take the extra steps for new pups to get comfortable with the grooming experience. My baby came out looking amazing and feeling great. I’ll definitely be a long time customer :)

I have a lab husky mix who is very rowdy not aggressive but just rowdy. They were able to clip his nails and they’re the first groomers to be able to clip his nails since I’ve been to like six different places. They are always quick and easy and not very expensive love their work

I’m a new client and I give them a 10 out of 10!! I love them already!! My previous groomer could never do what I asked!! My puppy is gorgeous and I can’t believe they got bows on her!! Her cut is perfect!! I don’t have any complaints!! The staff was very kind and courteous !! Excellent job, thank you Fuzzy feet!

Did a wonderful job! Did not take longer than an hour. Very friendly and professional. Did exactly what I asked to help keep my sweet girl from getting hairball obstructions. Excellent price. Quickly responded to my online inquiry and got her scheduled ASAP! My husband kept saying how good our cat smelled 😂. So hard to find a cat groomer, glad I found them. HIGHLY recommend.

The ladies here are very friendly. They made my Rosie Baby feel like family. Since it was her very first visit, she was shaking when I dropped her off. She wasn't when I picked her up. She could have used a bit more de- shedding time, as her momma, who is paralyzed from the waist down, wanted to spend some time with her after she got back. I had to use a lint roller to get the hair off my mom's blanket after they were done. Granted, it wasn't a ton, but Rosie doesn't really move around a lot in a lap. The cost was very reasonable. Rosie came home feeling like a whole new dog. I am a huge fan.

My poor dog had several cuts in his ears after leaving this grooming salon. This shows extreme carelessness or major inexperience. Either way it is unacceptable.

First time grooming today. I found this gem by accident. My previous groomer seemed to go up in price every visit and I decided to look elsewhere. So glad I found this business. They are amazing. The level of care and compassion they showed to my dog can not be given enough praise. I am a customer for life and would recommend anyone looking for an amazing groomer at a very reasonable cost to try them out. 10/10
